The guy was as helpful as he could be but was not able to provide the service I needed. I am disappointed in Sherwin Williams, not the guy working there. I was trying to get a color match to paint some new hub caps I purchased. There wasnt any sort of booklet with different makes and models of vehicles and the guy handed be 3 fat stacks of color cards and sent me out to my truck to find something I was happy with. I came back in with something I thought may have been close and it turned out that color (like many others in those stacks of color cards) was not going to mix right nor give me the desired finish. I would also need a clear coat. Then came the price...it was going to cost me over $80 for the paint and clear coat and he said it may not work. Sherwin Williams, if youre going to have a special store for automotive at least have booklets with color schemes for the different makes and models.

This is my first google review simply because Ive never been as impressed with a businesss customer service as I was today. This was hands down the best customer service Ive ever had. I came in knowing nothing and was for once not upchargerd. My sales rep did the opposite and went through every possible solution in order to get me the best price possible. I will %100 be shopping here in the future.
