Its pretty good, my guess is they treat contractors a lot better. And the prices are super high for non contractors. But I got exactly what I was looking for. But again it is really expensive if youre not a contractor.

Came in after months, they rearranged the store. I like that. Same with the art wall. However, there was the store manager and 2 other Reps. They didn’t even bother to greet me. They just looked at me from head to toe and kept on their conversation. I wont say the details of what they were talking about, but had to do with their annual trip to florida. It’s messed up that reps only hit you up when they need the sales.

I appreciate the help and information I receive at the Sherwin Williams stores when I ask about specific paint or other products. And I am always satisfied with the products and prices.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a paint color from another company that I was trying to find a lighter match for. They helped me pick out a color and mixed up a sample within 5 minutes. I had to wait over half an hour at another store. The color I picked is for the complete interior of my house, so Ill definitely be back.

I always prefer Sherwin-Williams paint over other manufacturers and customer service has always been great.
