Very very good the best Baskin Robbins in Tampa. I went there Sunday night though the drive thru and the black man I did not get his name was so nice and made my order right and it was it was almost closing time but he cared about my order. I went in today and the Indian man did my order and he was nice and did my order excellent. I definitely will be back .

They took some time to give the ice cream to us, but it tasted pretty good I was surprised as it was better than expected

I like Baskin Robbins they have great food and drink for anytime of the day plus the lce cream it,s a great place to go.

Great service and friendly employees....one of my favorites...always great service.

This place is a complete joke. Came by a few months ago, before COVID, and they were out of ALL vanilla and chocolate...anything hahaha. Just tried to go again and asked for a vanilla brownie sandwich, and the guy at the counter said they 1) didn’t have vanilla and 2) didn’t have brownies 😂😂😂 Just close this place down - the owners clearly don’t care.

Very stingy with the portions compared to every other B/R.

Got my FREE Large frozen caramel coffee! All because I get them all the time anyways, the app earns me points towards FREE beverages!

This location was my 2nd attempt at icecream for the family after going to another location being told it was closed. Called this location but no answer drove over to find out they were out of mint chocolate chip (also the place was empty so I dont know the issue with answering the phone). What a waste of time!

Absolutely HORRIBLE! My daughters grandpa ordered her a cake for graduation because he couldnt make it from Tallahassee. Nice surprise right? They had all the details from his order . The day before they called to say they didnt have chocolate or vanilla ice cream can they use oreo..... 1st off are you not an ice cream shop? I told the girl that was fine. We show up on graduation morning to collect the cake and the WHOLE cake is different. We ordered a white cake, and they gave us a chocolate, we ordered purple writing as her favorite color, they put green.... Then the manager is acting like its no big deal . Horrible service, Horrible manager, Horrible location !

First and last time going to this place. I went through the drive thru and saw 3 raccoons on the top of their dumpster. (Ok kind of a slight problem) but no biggie. I then proceed to the window to pay for my order. No one was there so out of boredom I turn to look to the right of me and no lie their were 7 more raccoons in the parking lot😱😱😱 I was mortified. By then anxiety kicked on overdrive because one of them was a mere feet away from my car. I’m still waiting to pay for my ice cream but no one came to the window to greet me or anything. By then I had been there for a couple minutes. I kept checking to see if the raccoon that was a few feet away from my car was whole highly anticipating someone to come to the window but they never did. After while my anxiety got the best of me and I left and I have no intentions on going back to Racoon Robibns

OMG!!! The RAW SEWAGE SMELL AT THE DRIVE THRU SPEAKER!!!!.. It is the WORST SMELL EVER!!!!.. We got sick to our stomachs. Kid working the night shift would not take our order unless we did it at the cesspool. Claimed it was the grease trap at McDonalds....BS!!!. Grease does not smell like RAW SEWAGE!!! Tried to call the number at this location the next day and it goes to a fax. Corporate really needs to address this place. It was the worst offensive odor in the planets history!

Will never order a cake from them again. Ordered ahead on Thurs for it to be ready for today(Sun). I needed the cake for Mon. They call me Sun morning and tell me the manager didnt order the flavor cake I asked for and all they had was oreo. Since I needed the cake I okayed it. Go to pick up the cake and the persons name on the cake was wrong/unledgeable. And the happy birthday looks like a 2 year old wrote it. I asked them to fix it and the girl told me they couldnt fix it and tried to get me to take the cake until another employee turned around and took the cake in the back to fix it. They come back and they fix the name but the rest of it still looks like a 2 year old wrote it and the girl jokes by saying its in doctors handwriting. If I wasnt pressed for time at this point I wouldnt have taken the cake, but now all I can do is cover it with candles.

Clearly ordered a Jamocha shake and the cashier made it a Jamocha Almond Fudge. I think she barely spoke English because she also wouldnt help when I asked for how to turn left out of the parking lot.

Remodeled on the inside and now has a lounge kinda feel. Perfect to eat, read a book or study.

I made an order a month a head of time for my bestie birthday so when I arrived for pick up no one knew anything about it. The manager Im assuming allowed me to pick out any ice cream cake I wanted rightfully so since my order was ghost I wont be ordering from this location no more.

My wife had nice ice cream here.

The car in front of us at the drive thru had to pull up next to us to let us know that there was no one in the store after waiting 20 minutes.

Open 24 hours, friendly staff, and good ice cream.

Drive thru supposed to be 24/7 but no one answered when I called after sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes, drove up to the window and there wasnt anyone inside.

The staff were friendly. We even started a conversation about DC and Marvel.
