Jennifer was a blessing today for me as I have had no luck with this move, no matter what it may be! However, she provided great service and aid and I am very pleased with this location! The facility is secure, air conditioned, and I was able to get one of the best units I could ask for! Highly recommend!

If you’re going in to rent a storage I recommend you work with Jennifer. Although, I haven’t had a bad experience with other staff but she’s my favorite. Jennifer is always very professional and she makes you feel very welcomed you won’t be disappointed.

Happy with the space and location of storage. People you have too stop driving into the doors! Since Nov. of 2020 one or both have been down all but maybe three weeks.Since it changed owner ship management and the front desk do a great job. Always clean both in the halls, elevators and head. Im secure knowing that rounds are made daily to check every lock and latch. Thank you:)

New facility, pull thru drive inside garage for unloading / loading access. Full automated access and fill video surveillance security. Carts for moving stuff supplied. Very well kept. Convenient location.

Jennifer was always pleasant and kept the building spotless. No problems with the access and even when the door needed a repair due to someones carelessness Jennifer always made sure there was a way to get in easily. I recommend very highly.

We needed to store some important things before hurricane Elsa came in. I rented a storage on 3/12/21 and was assisted by Malik. From the moment I walked in Malik was friendly. Malik made sure to walk me through the process and answered all questions that I had. The storage and office was clean and ready for move in with no issues. In the future I will absolutely rent at this location again.

Lee is the greatest! Patient and helpful, even with my tiny toddler running amok in the hallways. Space was bright and clean, storage pricing was a great deal and I am thoroughly impressed by the in house drive up. No more rainy weather moves!

The main doors never work. They worked the first month, but since then they have not worked at all. Someone broke into my unit and they couldn’t help me at all. Their units are not secured and the side door is always open anyone can come in and out and I believe that’s how someone was able to break in and steal out of my unit. They removed the weak ceiling that they have and stole my stuff. If you have a unit there I recommend you go and check it out you might find your stuff missing too. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Made reservations to move-in today on November 23rd. Recieved email confirmation that said: Youre all set! A friendly Beyond team member will be reaching out regarding your reservation and next steps, including the total amount due on move-in day.No one ever reached out. Arrived to move-in earlier today and found a sign on the door saying the facility is closed today and tomorrow. This was incredibly frustrating given I just drove 500 miles with a U-Haul full of furniture. It would be nice if you communicated these details with people youve made arrangements with.

I toured a couple storage facilities the minute I walked into Beyond Self Storage I was blown away....it is so easily accessible, by far the cleanest property I have ever seen! And then there was Lee who answered all my questions and went out of his way to show me spaces. I am very happy to have found Beyond Self Storage.

Exceptionally convenient and a good value. Great location off I-75.Having a few issues with my fellow tenants damaging the roll up doors, but Lee called me to give me an update and theyll be fixed soon. If you lease here, please pay attention to your clearance height when driving a rented truck!

I’m very impressed with the facility and the storage accommodations. In addition, we were immediately welcomed by the store manager when we arrived. The prices are reasonable and because of everything provided to us, we committed to purchasing storage space the same day as our first visit.

Lee was great help on the phone and in person. He was very quick about information and made sure all the prices, unit, and location were expressed accurately. They also have a drive in area to unload and load so that AC is accessed 24/7. 10/10!!!

I reserved the space online, no money to do that, got a call from Lee within the minute to come to the facility and after i saw it, i was checked in! Within the hour i had my space, knew what to do, and now i am free to put my things in my space. Very nice people to talk to. I recommend this facility to anyone wanting security and comfort in storing your items.

We are moving my 75 year old parents to Florida tomorrow from Tennessee. Lee helped us find the perfect storage unit for them. Its rare these days to find someone willing to take their time and help someone when they really have no idea what they need. Lee was calm and patient and we even chatted about Tennessee. I felt like Ive known him for years. I feel comfortable letting my parents handle their business after I leave. Lee even said to have them call him specifically and he would make sure they were taken care of. One less thing to worry about! Thank you Lee!

The large roll up doors have not worked for months and there is no eta of when if ever they will be fixed. My unit got broken into from the top cage fence. I was told a request would be put in to fix it. So as of now anyone could go into my unit. I will be removing all my property and using a different storage company.

Sam and Lee are wonderful! They have excellent customer service skills and created a very welcoming environment! It was soooooo CLEAN! Safe, easy to move in and out! I also got a month for free! Bathrooms are always accessible and clean. Air conditioning which is so nice and cool. Even music playing so it doesnt feel dark and creepy. Also LOVE the shelving in units! I have been with storage units bc of work and this is hands down the best I have seen in 5 years!

I have 2 daughters that attend USF, right down the street. In anticipation of them finishing their first year at college, I started looking into storage units in February. Calling around I came upon Beyond Storage, a brand new facility, that was competitively priced. I spoke with a representative there named Sam. Sam was knowledgeable and professional, and was able to maintain his patience with me for what he would find out would be multiple calls from me over a 2 month range. I put the unit on hold, and then the pandemic interupted all our plans. We were restricted from returning to the campus to move out. In this 2 month pause, I also had the pleasure of speaking with another rep named Lee, also very knowledgeable and professional. Both reps were extremely personable and always friendly. We finally got the go ahead to move out yesterday, and actually utilize the storage unit. The facility is great! Being brand new, we are the first tenants to occupy our unit, the facility is spotless. They have an indoor loading/unloading area, so that we were not in the sweltering heat. I highly recommend Beyond Self Storage!! Ask for Sam or Lee, you wont be disappointed.
