First time renting a storage unit and they made the process easy! The managers are friendly and helpful. Plus they shared promos that I could take advantage of as well. When it was time for me to move out my things the checking out/cancellation process was just as easy! Would recommend to anyone who is needing to rent a storage unit.

Rented the storage Unit for almost a year and havent ever had any issues. Thomas was always friendly and answered all of my questions or concerns. He even greeted me whenever he saw me. Thomas is the best! From searching for a unit all the way to closing out that unit, he has been a tremendous help. He answered any questions that I had and always called back right away if he missed your call. The last day I had my unit I forgot something on the side of the building, I drove back knowing it mostly likely would be gone, but Thomas found it and kept it safe in his own unit. Will definitely use Store Space again when I need another unit!

I left my stuff at Store Space for about 5 months, and it worked out well. It was easy to access all of my stuff any time I wanted to. The only negative was that we found mouse droppings throughout our stuff. It wasnt a climate-controlled unit, so maybe thats just the norm in Florida.

Thomas was real cool and he set everything up with me and walked me over to my unit. Told me the right combo to get in and made sure all my questions were answered before we settled up. Definitely gonna recommend

The whole thing that was a bit of a bummer was that some spiders found their way into the unit and some of the unpacked clothes were super dusty and web filled but honestly that’s not really the fault of the place.
