Browsing through TriSupply was like an adventure! So much to see, and got some great ideas for future purchases. Though we didnt go in specifically to look for new kitchen lighting, we came across exactly what wed been needing and wanting to replace our over-the-sink light, and at a great price! After researching for replacement windows near to me Tri-Supply had the best price and very nice quality product. I got a quote the same day I inquired. Went on person to purchase the windows arrived actually a few days earlier than expected and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them.

The staff is very good to excellent on a consistent basis. The product lines are contractor grade to top tier. They store is always clean, and you can expect to be properly greeted when you walk in. I have shopped there for years with only a few minor hiccups. The customer service is far better than Lowes or Home Depot, but they do not offer a military discount. The military discount can become the deciding factor when considering a large big-box purchase. A discount is usually of minimal consideration when ordering custom products. You will likely find nicer products at Tri-Supply than any big box store will have in stock.

Loved our purchase except it did not have a table to go with it but found another one that worked.....was for a fundraiser for our athletic director who has cancer. Online bidding going on now and so far the bidding is above purchase price, which is great. Last year you seemed to have a lot more 2 chair and table seatings for a small porch or patio feature. There were a lot more terra cotta pots in different sizes outside to choose from also....maybe you have a lot more coming for the summer. Love the store and hope to be back soon, although you are an hour away so we cant just come over more often. Your staff is great and the lady checking us out was wonderful!

My husband and I are researching a few household items including composite outdoor furniture and an induction cooktop. We heard good things about Tri-Supply so we decided to check it out.The people we spoke to about the outdoor furniture were WONDERFUL. Truly! The woman we spoke to about the induction cooktop was completely unhelpful. In fact, she was almost comical. I told her we knew we wanted an induction cooktop but really didnt know the differences between the brands and types and I asked her is she could just give us an idea of the major features of the various brands/types. She told us, There is no difference. Induction is induction. Stunned, I said, is there no difference between one that costs $1,500 vs $5K? Not really, no. I asked. are there no power differences, no differences in ceramic materials? No, there really isnt. I said thanks so she could be dismissed to go back to her desk.Im not making this up. This was our conversation. Look, maybe if she was having a bad day she could have just passed us off to another associate because there certainly would have been others we would have liked to work with, but for our induction cooktop, and probably any other appliance we might be in the market to buy, we wont be going to Tri-Supply. Today was the second time I have been in this store. The first time was for outdoor lights for our house which we are currently renovating and the second time was today to find a sink for the cottage we are also renovating. Found a beautiful one that will fit the space beautifully. The store is HUGE, and the choices available are amazing. However, if you find something you like, grab it. If you wait, it more than likely wont be there when you finally make up your mind.

For as long as theyve been there my thoughts wont matter. They will not get my black dollar.

It has only been one week since delivery but We are so pleased with our Bosch suite of appliances. Allen listened to my needs and concerns then directed us to the best items. No pressure and questions were answered with knowledge of the product. Delivery took a month due to Covid. Again, courteous, professional installation. Happy customer!Update...its now been 6 months and I am still happy with my appliances. The microwave is basic but is much faster than my Samsung with lots of bells and whistles. The fridge is great, smaller than my Samsung but THE ICE MAKER WORKS!!!!!!! Dishwasher is so quiet and does a great job using the 60 minute wash for most loads. Happy girl here!

Great service initially during the purchase. A few hiccups due to the virus that caused more delays than anticipated. 4 stars because I had to be the one to call and ask for a status update on the order 4 times. When the wrong item was delivered, the issue was addressed and corrected the next day. Everyone was super friendly. Would have appreciated a call to let me know that my original delivery dates were not feasible. However, I’ll definitely do more business here.

Your technician did a thorough check of our system, explained everything about it, and suggested the possibility of a replacement although there was nothing wrong with the present one. Later he had an estimate sent for a replacement. He arrived soon after I called although I let them know it was not an urgent call, just a check up. I called Tri-Supply in Temple to inquire about availability of replacement and upgraded parts for my Big Green Egg. The lady I spoke with told me that I can only buy BGE parts at Tri-Supply if I purchased my BGE from Tri-Supply. Ive never been told this by any other Big Green Egg dealer.

Work... When I said work, it wasnt that I was looking for work. It was that my visit to your facility was work. Im a truck driver and I made a delivery there today. Had to rate something or they keep coming back. The 1 rating was only to acknowledge that your facility is on my timeline. Dont know what the company does or what services you provide. Recieved a friendly greeting from the front desk. Took a while to get some help on the floor. Was told I would receive my order by the 25th of September. When I call to check the status of the order, no one could give me the status. It didnt not come in until October 13th. No phone call or notice but luckily we were home.

Initial very bad experience - store saw our review and did what was needed to make it right. Outside contractors didnt even attach our washer - Alfredo with Tri-Supply did a great job installing scratch free dish washer. I would consider using Tri-Supply again.

Love the table and chairs that I purchased. I think the if a business is going to charge a customer for a delivery fee and be in the delivery business then they need to complete the job and not use insurance as a scapegoat to not fully do the job. Other than that I’m very satisfied with the furniture I purchased just not the company’s delivery process. Trip supply gets an A+ for the furniture it sold me but an F for delivery that it sales to customers. This was just my own personal experience.

I dont think their prices are any great bargain but if you want something different, youll probably find it here.They sell everything from flooring and wood trim to cabinets and refrigerators. Overall the quality of their products (doors) were good and customer service was above average. The issue was the cut on the hinges on the doors. The last 3 I had done, the hinges were all cut on either the wrong side, or not in the right spot, so I had to trim the sides to make the doors work.

I purchased a washing machine from Tri-Supply in Temple. The model I wanted was not in stock so it was ordered. It arrived in a reasonable time. They held the machine while I was out of town and when I returned the delivery was timely and the installation professional. I love my new Speed Queen.

Over all good job. Was treated well during ordering and door was delivered on time. The window was late making pick up late. Will use them again, their prices are hard to beat.

My sister and I had already shopped around online and found pricing for the two items we were looking for. We had made a phone call to the Tri-Supply showroom in Temple and found the items in stock and at a lower price than originally we had found online.The staff was expecting our arrival because of the call ahead we had made. They were very courtesy and helpful. They had everything ready for our arrival and made the purchase exchange seamless and easy.We look forward to the new showroom in Austin, it would make it a lot closer for us.

The prices range, depending on the item, but there are some deals to be found here. The staff is friendly and helpful. This place is definitely worth a visit if youre remodelling or updating a home.

This is a great place to find the better quality items for your home. The staff is a great help, but they dont hound you as you browse. Sale items can be a real bargain!

Never got to eat. While we were waiting to be seated. 2 waiters are at the hostess desk arguing about what tables they wanted to serve. The more people the bigger tips. Great to hear as you are waiting to be seated. It was not about good service it was about the money. One says that table only had 2 people that means only a couple of bucks. We called the rest of the party and left.

This store seems to have everything for those who are remodeling, redecorating or building. Doors, windows, door hardware, kitchens, light fixtures, patio furniture etc. Sales staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. Convenient location, great parking well worth a browsing trip to plan your space.

Great Store. Asked if we needed help coming in the door. Did not hound us, but checked on us throughout our visit. The Manager even made sure we were being taken care of. They were knowledgeable about the products. It was a much better experience than the big box stores.

Only place in town that sells fire place kits with options and a straight up description of all parts. I was impressed with service both times I visited the store for purchases. Awful experience. Ordered lights and was told they would be in on Friday and then received a phone call Friday morning stating that they wont be in until the following Tuesday. Spoke to the manager and was told they werent ordered until Wednesday and delivery on Tuesday would fall between the 5-7 Day time span they typically give even though we have an email stating they would be delivered sooner. Confused as to why they werent ordered until Wednesday when they took and processed payment the day prior. Very poor customer service. If you are on a schedule, dont depend on this store to fulfill your needs.
