The salesman was very helpful but the was a very limited supply of beds to try on the floor. Mostly the the higher end mattresses. I would have liked to have more of a comparison.

I called to order a box spring for our bed and the gentleman was kind and patient. My toddler was crying in the background and he quiet and waited for me to be ready. He asked for my info and submitted the order while on the phone. He told me that I would need to check my email and pay through there. Well, I forgot and about 30min later he called me back making sure I payed for the order so my delivery date wouldnt get moved. That is great customer service!

Went to browse for a new mattress and Allen was awesome wasn’t pushy showed me different mattress options from different prices. And ended up finding the perfect mattress with a great price. Recommend going in and seeing Allen he has lots of experience and can hook you up.

Associates are very knowledgeable. Prices were awesome. Sale going on saved $250 on an $800 mattress.

Showroom has many beds to look at and chose from . Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful we purchased a mattress and box spring then we had discovered an issue with the mattress which they swapped out with no problem. Highly recommend this location and Mattress Firm.

The store manager at the Temple location by I35/loop363 is fantastic, responsive, goes out of his way to help u. I had a great experience dealing with him and his coworker. Both of them did an excellent job of customer service and trying to help in anyway they could. Highly recommend visiting their store and letting them help you find your mattress and get it to your home. Really good customer service is hard to find these days and these guys do a great job!

We have never had a new bed in the last 35 years, so for our 35th Anniversary we decided to treat ourselves with a new bed. Thank goodness because after 35 years of snoring! We would have a hard time making it to 36, just kidding.The salesman Terel, was great very honest and understanding young man. Helped us immensely. He was really impressive with his knowledge. He wasnt pushy and really concerned with our needs. Great young man.I definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

We went to the Temple, TX location on a Monday night. The store was empty and quiet which was quite enjoyable. Gilbert greeted my husband and I with a warm smile and explained what all the different colors meant! After his explanation, he left us to try out all the beds and figure out what we liked best. We came in just looking, but Gilbert answered all our questions and with such a great financing promotion we were able to comfortably agree on our dream bed.
