Have been a loyal customer for years but my visit today involved the absolute worst customer service. I was taking in a picture to have mounted into a very specific family frame. The items were large and as I got to the door to go in, there was a young male employee sitting on the door rail outside on his phone who watched me struggle to get the door open and then in with my items. Didnt offer to help or hold the door at all. I went to the framing department and first they assisted the customer who had come up after me first. When it was my turn, the assistant in the framing department quickly expressed that I would need to buy a frame from them. I have had several projects framed with them in the past where I brought in my frame and purchased the mat and paid for framing. I explained there was sentimental value to the frame we were using and it was obvious she did not want to frame my picture. She quickly measured and then told me it would be $120.00. when I asked for what, it was a very vague response and I stated I felt like she was not wanting to do my picture. She said nothing, offered no options or explanation and had no problem watching a customer walk away. Upon getting to the door to go outside, the same young male employee was still sitting on his phone and just looked at me as I struggled to get out the door. Hands down the worst experience at Hobby Lobby and absolutely no customer service. The two employees I encountered did not represent Hobby Lobby well at all and will cause this customer to shop a different location.

Hobby Lobby has such a great selection, that I always find what I am looking for. Everyone is very helpful and the prices are great. I got half off of two of my items.

The fabric department is amazing! The team over there know exactly what you need when you need it. I did numerous projects and their expertise has allowed my projects to come out amazingly awesome! If you need any fabric help, I recommend you talk to those ladies! There are two check out ladies that are amazing as well. They always have a friendly smile and great greeting!

Hadnt been to a craft store since pre-pandemic days. HL hasnt missed a beat. Love the sales. Came in looking for Stretch Magic, left with that plus more, as usual.

I love our Hobby Lobby! The one thing that bugs me though is its to popular! The supplies move fast and I have to go to another town for supplies sometimes.

The store is bigger than most. I did like that.However, the exchange line should be for that only. An employee was standing at her register talking to another employee (register 5, I believe). I went to her line and they told me she was closed. They had me go to register 1... the exchange lane. It was a downhill adventure from there. The customer was returning at least 50 items. Then someone walked into the store and the lady who told me to go to register 1 opened up on register 2, and took that customer over my son and me! So much more to this checkout experience but Ill spare you

I always like to see what creative stuff they have on sale for the upcoming season. Onething I like the most is Im trying to guess what song is playing in the background always have Christian instrumentals playing.

A few months back the store tried to force people to wear masks to enter their store. I dont know what they are doing now but I will never go back when I found this out. I now shop at better places.

We have been loyal customers for years. We noticed we got overcharged for an extra item we had (only $7) we called less than 10 minutes after leaving the store to notify them and see what the next steps would be. They told us we would have to bring everything back with the receipt and they would have to check on the security cameras. (note we had 10+ big items) Employees were not helpful and were unwilling to ease the process for their mistake they could have just reviewed the camera footage they brought up and seen for themselves that they overcharged . However never offered, Will be hesitant on returning again.

Always find what we need, but this last time we purchased paint from a locked cabinet. We were not allowed to walk it to the front, had to wait more than 10 min for the employee to deliver. Not pleased at all. At our age we should be getting better service. May need to shop Michaels more, went there for our second color of paint can and they allowed us to take our paint up front to check out. Hobby Lobby Temple Tx, might want to revisit your policy/Employee training or check with Michaels for hints about Customer Service. NOT a happy customer.

The movement of gondolas blocking some iles mak it very hard to shop...older people some with walkers, and wheelchairs have to work around several iles to get to wanted items. It is easier to go elsewhere.

I was seeking a hobby store to buy beads for jewelry making. I called the store and the employee was unfamiliar with the products I was looking for. They told they didnt have cowrie shells and maybe one other item I was looking for. Upon going to the store in spite of on a hunch, Hobby Lobby did have the cowrie shells and the other item I was looking for. So I give the store a strong four stars. It would have been five if the store employee didnt fail to verify the items I was looking for. Being a hobby store I was sure they would have them if not sold out.

Just disappointing as a crafter. Very small section of paints. Very little actual unfinished as far as supplies or crafts. I went for supplies and its def not the place for art of hobby supplies like it used to be. Happy to see they still have the framing department.

Went to Hobby Lobby the other day and will never go back. I like to make decor and crafts and would go just about every week. The last two times I went there prices were outrageous. They no longer accept the coupon anymore and I was told that the sales would be better to make up for the coupon. The sales are worse than they have ever been. I hardly saw anything on sale. I will be shopping on Amazon and Wal-Mart. It could be that our economy is getting so bad and prices are going up, but for now I will shop elsewhere. It’s sad because it was my favorite sore and I would spend ours in there.

Well stocked, has sales on holiday items. Always check the clearance area if you have a variety of talents. Many items up to 90 percent off.

We found what we needed and little more. I wish cash out line will move faster on a slow day. However, cashier was friendly and quick.

Shelves were not stocked well. No sales in paper crafts. Could have gotten it at a third at Walmart.

Members helpful when asking for items. Have all the items i need for taxidermy projects. Not 5 stars because they still use sticky tags for prices which make check out a 20 minute ordeal and god forbid a price tag falls off.

The store was clean. The people were friendly. Easy parking. I really only deal with yarn and their selection of just their own brand is far superior in variety, feel, quality, and price to their competitors down the road. Im going to visit more often.

I asked 3 different workers where one item was. They each told me a different place. It took me 30 mins to find one thing when it should have only took 5 mins or less. I actually had to call someone I know and they told me exactly where the item was.

Although they didnt have the exact thing I needed, ultimately the visit went very well. Staff seemed to be everywhere and doing many different things. They kept the store looking clean and organized while still helping customers. Everything went smoothly. With the specific item I was looking for... they knew right away they didnt carry it, but pointed me in the right direction.

The employees followed my husband and I around while we were getting our things. Called the cops for nothing. Then they stopped card when we were buying the stuff we wanted to get. I will not go back. Watch out they will accuse you of things you are not doing.

Worst Hobby Lobby I ever been to. Looking for Christmas ornaments and they were terrible. Most were broken, overpriced and very cheaply made. I watched the person stalking the ornaments drop SEVERAL a place them on the rack for sale to patrons. If that doesnt say we dont care about our customers. I dont know what does.

This location had a great range of art supplies. Good customer service. Even has the right stuff for mums even though Im from a really small town.

Awesome FRAME selection. (50%) Watch flyers and app for which category is half off for the week... Shop THEN only for what you need... Decor, mixed media and like-color displays are the absolute best... But, true to form, help is truly NO WHERE to be found... Its been this way at that store for as long as I can remember... Look up everything on your list -- website or app -- before you even get there. Silver lining? The store manager is NOT the one from exactly 10 years ago.. Maybe he can instill the merits of customer service.

They dont have a very big selection of heat transfer items, items to press or things that are used for pressing. Dont count on finding what you need in a pinch for transfers there.

This is my go to place for decorating my house. I can always find what I need, from material to cover an old chair to Halloween decorations to stick on the front door, to beautiful paintings and wall decorations. Oh, and art supplies too! Love love love Hobby Lobby!!!

I love this store. Some of the items are overpriced so that you can get it at least at the regular price at other retailers, while other stuff is at a good discounted price, but I always find really good stuff here. Yesterday I went in there for Fringe, fabric, and trim for the upcoming Passover. The fabric department employee was great, she always is, we discussed religion which made for a great visit for why I was getting these items in the first place. I got a lot and she was quick. The store is always clean, and of, and merchandised well. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing.

A great store with supplies for every kind of hobby and a large supply of gifts. Watch the sales ads because the rotate regularly and you can get what you need on sale. If you cant wait the 40% off one regular priced item can easily be pulled up on your phone. This store is kept clean and the employees are friendly.
