Worst pharmacy ever. Hospital called in themedication several hours before leaving the Hospital because we would need them asap.Asked the lady whats taking so long with them having the info for over 4 hours now and we live a long ways away from them she got some rude guy to come on just to say they havent done our job yet so sucks to be you8-17-21 if anyone cares to see whos managing this dayThis pharmacy has given us issues every time and they seem to embrace there negative feedback and its funny to them when what there doing is cause people unnecessary pain and time

This was the first time we went to this pharmacy to receive medications. It was a serious disappointment. Everyone seemed like they hated their jobs and had such a bad attitude. The girl with the neck tattoo literally threw my daughters medication into the bag. Then when the pharmacist took it out to explain the different medications she put the syringe that she is supposed to put in her mouth on the counter that was dirty from previous customers.I was given only 1 inhaler when I was supposed to be given 2. That is exactly how the prescription is written out. Then when I explained I was supposed to receive 2 they returned everything and I am currently waiting for them to fix it.......

It’s only getting three stars because the refill time is so fast. The lady that answered the phone sounded like she hated her job, and didn’t sound like she wanted to work, she was helpful, but not too nice. I would recommend putting someone else on the phone.

Worst pharmacy ever. I’ve been here multiple times because it’s the only pharmacy off of Adams. I have never had prescriptions filled here that need prep. Not sure why it takes multiple hours to put a box of medication in to a bag. I’m no pharmacy tech, but come on. Done with this place for sure.

Filled my prescription within a couple minutes. I didnt have to wait long at all. The pharmacist took the time to educate me on everything I needed to know about the medication such as no dairy products within one hour of taking. Great service!

I enjoy going to this Pharmacy. The staff is helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I moved all my prescriptions to West Adams Wal-Mart. The Pharmacist is very friendly and respectful.

Would not recommend using this pharmacy. Very disorganized and waste of time. I’ve been given back another people’s credit cards instead of mine in the quick tube. Also not to mention, you have to sit in drive thru for at least 30 minutes until someone assists you. Not pleased with this pharmacy

They need to allocate additional pharmacy technician hours to this stores location. They are too busy most of the time to provide good customer service. Their drive thru is hit or miss depending on if they are busy inside of the store. On several occasions theyve told me theres customers ahead of me inside of the store when Ive patiently waited several minutes for someone to respond to the drive thru service button that Ive pressed. Whats the point of having a drive thru if you dont have dedicated staff to properly work it? The service inside of the store hasnt been stellar either.

Ive been waiting for 30 mins in drive through. No one has even acknowldged me yet. Ive pressed call button 3 times now, does it even work? I know theyre busy but even a hi we will be right with you would be great. Horrible customer service.

*Update* The quality of service has improved greatly. They do often run out of my medications and I need to wait 2-3 days after my Dr. fills the prescription. The drive-through is much more responsive and expedites the process. Thank you for the improvements.Horrible experiences. Lack of communication; no apologies for mistakes; one of the women smacks gum while talking on the phone yet still doesnt answer questionsThis place is awful! I will not have anymore medications sent here.

Drive thru should be fast as well as a convenience to customers. Kids were asleep in the car and didnt want to make a fuss over going into the store. Waited for 25 minutes and no one answered 2 call button pushes. Used my cell phone to call the pharmacy to make sure the drive thru was open as the hours sign that is posted states that they should be open at this time. Tech that answered the call acted unaware saying oh, are you ringing over there?! No apology for the wait. The tech sent the canister to collect payment for my prescriptions and I sent my debit card back to them in the canister. Finally got my medication and card another 12 minutes later. I dread picking up prescriptions from this pharmacy. It is conveniently located close to my home but I would rather go elsewhere and will from now on.Clearly their system isnt working and doesnt seem to be getting fixed. Nearly 40 minutes at a drive thru?

Horrendous customer service!I had been in line since 1:25PM only to have the young pharmacists with long hair yell to me we wont be able to help you because we are going to lunch at 1:30. I tried to explain that I only needed Sudafed. She looked back at her middle aged manager (male with salt and pepper hair) then gave me the snobbiest look and shrugged her shoulders. I was the only person in line after the 2 that were already being helped. I told the manager that I felt this was terrible customer service and it would be the last time I purchased anything from their pharmacy. He replied Okay! This manager and his trusty side-kick should be fired for treating a customer this way. I have my own business and I wouldnt dream of treating someone so disrespectfully. The pharmaxy hours should be changed to reflect their lunch break so people dont go in believing they will get service. Sam Walton must be rolling over in his grave!

You will sit in the drive thru for at least 30 mins. The inside is not much better. They do not recognize that you are standing there and the do not apologize for any mistakes they make.

Horrible... prescriptions were called in and ready for pick up. I come here a lot to pick up meds, everytime theres an issue with the insurance. Now there saying its rejecting... same insurance I have had everytime. Horrible customer service. Will find another pharmacy.

Worse experiences. I stuck around to give them a chance but they are awful at communicating with costumers. One lady that works there always had attitude. I will not be back. Yall are the worst!!!!!

I am a Supervisor in Walmart for almost 11 years and there should be hours listed for the pharmacy because they are different from store hours.Walmart already has a bad name and whatever can be done to improve peoples viewpoint of bad customer service we need to provide
