I was having a good time, until the new worker on 8/14/21 decided to be really rude and start yelling at the customers to stand up and get out for shift change. Very poor customer service, I guess thats how he will treat your paying customers. He stated he had told everybody that it was shift change, but I was not the only one who didnt hear him. I was unaware that I could cash out before leaving for shift change, which when I asked how long it would take. He responded very rude, how ever long it takes I was only asking, because I thought I had to sit outside and wait for them to do the shift change. Im a disabled combat veteran and I didnt appreciate being talked to like that! Please treat your paying customers with respect!I addressed my concerns with the manager and expressed to him how rude he had been and they proceeded to ban me from the establishment. Take their verbal abuse or dont play, I guess. Nice establishment, poor customer service with zero communication skills.

Small and packed it could be fun for stone people. But way to many people for my taste

Its a great place to kill time.... If they would open at the stated time. But other than that a very reputable establishment. I still would recommend here, than the other places in Killeen that are overran by wanna be thugs.
