I would have given 5 stars but I dont know if its inflation or the prices seemed a little high. Happy with person that worked there and product quality.

Customer service is quite good.Its regrettable that retail is on the out, in this industry.I rather enjoy the in store experience.

Very poorly stocked. Several shelves and spots empty with just labels of what’s supposed to be there. Looks like they’re going out of business. I would recommend going to a different location.

Friendly staff how ever many items are not in stock.

Second time I have been here that they weren’t open when they said they were going to. They waste my time coming here if they can’t show up for work and open the store.

Worst area of management Ive ever worked for. They do not care about their employees what so ever. The area manager and the manager do not communicate. Instead they just tell you to do a bunch of different things differently over and over again. After I put my two weeks in, they held onto one of my checks for almost 5 months... and the only reason I found out about it was because they wouldnt send me my W2 the following year... so of course I had to keep nagging them. They wouldnt even send my w2 out to me or my parents, even though they knew I moved across the country. My mom had to go pick it up for me! The area manager of all of these GNCs in the central Texas area is mostly to blame. Very rude with no social skills what so ever. She just throws random people into the management position without training them on their job. No employee matters to her.

The GNC in Belton texas there always so friendly to me!!and they always listens to me and they always helps me when my products!!
