Bell County Motoworks is possibly the best dealership I’ve had the pleasure of working with, period. Unlike a lot of dealerships I wasn’t treated like a number, but an actual human being. They helped me get the bike that best fit my wants and needs without pressuring me at all. I made an appointment to get the ride command screen checked. Mary was accommodating in scheduling and also accommodating a reschedule request. Very friendly staff.The dealership is very well kept, and they have a good lounge area to wait and work. It was an hour-long drive to get there, worth it.

What a fantastic dealership, had service recently done, took 2 visits only because had to order part to fix my screwup. this is such a great family run business. Shelby helped me the whole time and kept me updated timely on all the goings on. She contacted me by text to let my know part ordered was delivered so that i didnt have to make an 1 1/2 trip for nothing. She was nothing but fantastic. Not to exclude anyone else, the whole staff were attentive and kept ensuring i was comfortable and if i needed any refreshments during my wait time. they will always have my business, you need Indian motorcycle, triumph sales and service? this is the place. I highly recommend Bell County Motoworks. I had a issue with my Indian and they went the extra mile to contact Indian to have them pay for the repair despite it being out of warranty. The service is clearly above and beyond any other shop that I have been to. This team will take care of you and your bike.

This place is awesome. I bought a used 2015 Indian Roadmaster from a private seller. I live about 50 miles away from any Indian dealership and wanted to get some things done. Took my bike here and the entire staff is just helpful. The service dept is a class act from Lani, the manager, to the technicians. They do awesome work and I can’t say enough about them. Next bike I buy, I will definitely be driving to this location to do it. They really care about the customers! Refreshing after dealing with some of the other bike service departments at locations closer to where I live. I’ll leave it at that... love this place!

Customer service here was good great friendly people when approaching but come time to talk numbers and finance they mess around to much and tried switching me to a bike i did not want and was more expensive bout a bike else wear

With harley within four miles youd think this place would answer the phone.I get it. No one talks on the phone anymore but in order to remove all doubt that someone is present within working hours before the drive is made it would be nice to talk to someone. Two potential sales rapidly discouraged.

Good service, I am a short rider. I just wish the salesman would have been more in tuned with riders like me. Even though Im very pleased with my motorcycle I felt like I could have got one that fit me better.

Incredibly nice and knowledgeable sales team... but classic bait and switch driven by management. I drove an 1.5 hours expecting the 1200 Scrambler XE I asked about on the phone to be $15,400 as listed. When I asked to see the best they could do, the manager sent the rep over to me asking for MSRP plus $1500 for assembly and freight... not really cool to up the price ~10% last minute once I show up ready to just buy it up front.Again, the sales people were an absolute delight and werent surprised I was annoyed. I genuinely wanted to buy 30% more because they were so good. But unfortunately, I cant reward marketing tactics like this and had to walk.To the dealership, advertise your out the door prices transparently like the ad below. Your sales people and customers deserve better.

Great team...from sales and finance to parts and service. Found a great motorcycle at a reasonable price. Discovered a flaw in the paint shortly after purchase and they worked quickly to get the issue resolved through a warranty repair. Highly recommend to others and will definitely continue to take them my business. You can’t go wrong with Bell County Motoworks!

If I could give these guys six stars I would. I was riding through Austin, TX on a 1700 mile trip to Northern Virginia, and called them to see if they could change the oil on my Chieftain while I waited. Lonny, the Service Manager, said theyd clear a lift for me if I gave them a couple hours notice, which I did, and they were ready for me. That was only the beginning. First of all its a great shop - lots of bikes and accessories to look at, and nice folks to talk with. When I got there they did a search and found two open recalls on the bike they offered to fix. Not only did they change the oil and fix the recall items, they also checked my tire pressure, and adjusted my clutch, throttle and drive belt to ensure I had a safe, trouble-free ride home. In about two hours I was on the road again. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for an Indian or Triumph, or just wants their bike serviced. They are a relatively new shop so I hope the good word gets out.

My husband and I would like to thank the great team at Indian, especially Archie and Josue! Not only was the whole process relaxed, smooth, and fun but the healthcare hero discount really speaks volumes especially to me as an ER nurse during these times. Dealing with these folks is a true pleasure! Josue didnt give up trying to locate the model on I wanted and even made waiting fun. Had my Victory cross country looked over before my trip out west, I hadnt had service like that in a loooong time. Lonnie and Kaitlyn were very helpfulThe Victory techs answered every question i threw at them. Im in Austin but the ride up to Temple is worth it!

Recently purchased my Indian Stage 1 Thunderstroke Exhaust here. Even though there was a delay in receiving the exhaust the staff kept me informed on the status and the arrival of the new exhaust. The staff here has always been excellent in helping out. And if your looking for a good motorcycle Im sure they will have one to fit your needs. Im extremely pleased with my Indian Chieftain Limited and enjoy the ride and looks better than all others I have ridden.

Bought a new Indian here. I didnt think much when coming to look because Harley wanted 3k down on a motorcycle and high interest rate but I came in with hopes and they didnt let me down. Tait was an awesome sales person and listened to what I said I had down and what I was looking for. I told him about Harley and he said that his finance manager is really good (a phrase Ive heard before at other dealerships) but I am glad that Tait was correct on what he had told me. Their finance manager Marcus not only got me approved on a new Indian Scout but got me approved with only 650 down compared to the 3k from Harley as well as a rate that was lower than what I was expecting. When I got into his office and saw my rate I asked him how he managed that and he told me where most banks and most finance people just look at your score he will look at your report and see what is actually going on and talk to the bank for whomever is trying to get the loan. Ive been buying cars and motorcycles for year and it seems more sales people and finance people only care about lining their pockets than trying to help but I will say this dealership and their staff did a great job. Came to test ride after okay on financing approval elsewhere. They had bike ready to test ride in short time. Took bike out, came back, I asked to run new financing & received a better deal than from 1st dealership. Took the deal. No pressure to buy or run financing. Good people. (update) Dropped a star because of pricing on 500mile service. Id advise calling other dealerships for service pricing before committing here. IMO huge difference in service pricing with others being FAR less (33%). Might drop another star for being told/convinced Scout Bobber fuel tank larger than it was .

I just bought a Indian scout bobber sixty from this place. I really enjoyed my purchase, they helped me a lot with loan and parts I wanted and been really nice to me and did understand my needs and helped me with best behavior and I really believe they are at the top of their game.

Good selection, didn’t get ambushed to force a sale for being military which is rare in that area of Texas.It’s a good place, but some of the prices can be a little high.I’d still buy another bike there.

I went in to the bike shop to check on the recall notice on my Victory Cross country tour. On my way out i stopped to look at the Triumphs as usual while looking at the Trophy SE, Josue started to talk to me while i was looking at the bike. Josue showed me several key features on the bike that i didnt know about. I purchased the bike and am very happy with it. I was shown around all the departments of the shop and found everyone there to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This is the 5th motorcycle i have purchased from them and am still happy with them. Allen

Bought my bike here. Process was slow, but it got done. Then, it all went to hell. How long does it take to get plates??? My paper plates are expired and still dont have my plates. Called multiple times to no avail. My buddy was also trying to buy a bike here and they change the numbers on his deal TWICE!!!! I guess they thought he wouldnt walk away...

5 stars from me. I have been in the market for a new bike for about three weeks and was strongly considering a Harley. After getting the cold shoulder and lack of enthusiasm for the brand from both the Temple and Fort Hood locations I decided to humor other brands like Triumph, Victory, and Indian.Indian bikes just look fantastic. I walked in there and the man had helped me immediately. No pushiness, no sales tactics, just listened to what I was looking for and showed me a few things in my price range. I ended up taking a Scout since the wife would be pissed if I bought something bigger as my budget wouldnt allow a chief.I dropped money that day, they took the bike to the back for PDI and I came back the next day to pick up the bike. The salesman was sick and out that day but he still came in towards the end of the day when I was getting my bike to see me off. I tip my hat to this dealership and staff, I usually avoid buying anything from Killeen but this place was definitely different.Whatever Polaris did with Indian I like it. They did a fantastic job of the store setup design, training of the staff, and keeping them professional yet loosening up a bit once they get to know you. Also, the dog was cool. Hung out with me for awhile between signing the papers and getting on the bike to go home.

Paperwork done fast and great group of people ( other then one hitting on my wife ). everything was done in one day and I on my way. The only problem was they did not clean the bike before handing over my key.

Never go to this place! A employee thinks its ok to bring a motorcycle gang in to the a good workin force then threaten people. If that the type of place that will tolerate this type of behavior and the management can not separate personal life with work life then my opinion is no one should go here Im glad that my kids were not with me cause they do not need to see that this is how a good American business is ran. Police has been notified!
