Great, friendly and helpful customer service! A bit pricey, but helpful. They dont dopeanuts filling anymore because its not biodegradable. So ensure you have your own filling out be prepared to purchase bubble filling there. Goes for about $12 for a reasonable amount. They were extremely helpful, I just showed up unpreparedπ€¦ββοΈ. Try to bring your own box of you can. Clean place and lots of parking.
The customer service is excellent. Debbie the manager was so helpful and caring when my package was not delivered on time. She went through the entire process with me including helping with a refund. I will continue to do business with this store.
I came in to send a decent sized package. It was a fast process and the gentleman was very nice. I would recommend this location for your shipping needs.I usually deal with other locations but my closest location was closed and Iβm really glad I ended up coming here instead. Not only was it less to send but I feel like itβs a lot better of an experience than what I get with other mailing locations.
The employees here were so kind. Iβm deaf, and the mask wearing makes it hard for me to read lips. The employees went out of their way to write things down and make sure I understood. They also signed βthank youβ in ASL! Great store.
I have 3 separate Amazon returns I dropped off here and they have not been shipped in 5 weeks for one and 10 days for two other returns. Iβve already been recharged by Amazon for the first and expect the same for my other two returns. Emails are not returned. Now Iβll have to make a trip into the store for answers. What a pain.
My husband and I team drive and are out on road for weeks at a time! This UPS store has never complained about the amount of mail and packages we seem to pile up! If you want professionalism and to be treated kindly I definitely recommend this UPS store! The manager, Debbie Hallak, is such a very nice person and she will go above and beyond to help you!

This UPS location gives the best service. We live closer to another UPS store, but we decide to drive out to this one since the service is so much better. Every time we go an employee named Torben is so helpful. He is always kind, polite, upbeat and willing to help. Torben is a model employee and because of his service we will continue to use this UPS location.

Was needing to ship a lot of packages after moving and needed a lot of help. Debbie the Manager made it so easy. She recommended how to pack it and the most reasonable rates for shipping my items. Always used Fedex in the past but now this store and UPS are my go to shipping people. Great Job.

The store overcharges you by adding an inch or two to the dimensions of your package, and that could mean a difference of $30. Once I paid $96 to mail a Lego game to CA using ground delivery! If they lost your package, they dont refund you the full cost of shipping. They would use all kind of excuses, e.g., if you mail the REPLACEMENT package using their competitions service, UPS has to deduct the refund on what you paid for shipping the FIRST package. Does it make any sense to you? If you call UPS HQ, they will tell you that you have to PERSONALLY visit the store to get your full refund. Another fat LIE! All UPS HQ agents are foreigners. They are told by their managers not to do anything for you because they know there is nothing you can do about them, given that most businesses are using UPS. I will never ship with UPS again. And I will patronize my local business and avoid mail orders. I have used Fedex and US Postal Service for packages recently. They provide good service and they LISTEN to customers. They are MANY TIMES BETTER THAN UPS.
I brought Kent some framed art that is over sized and very special to me. I needed it to be boxed in a solid shipping box with wood outer protection and he did a very fantastic job. I would recommend Kent and the UPS store in Temple for any of your shipping needs.
Ive had a mail box there for several years now. I travel for work around the country, so this box is my main hub. They hold my mail and forward it to me wherever I am. Their customer service is excellent. I get all of my mail! I enjoy working with them.
The Temple Texas UPS Store has the best people ever...i called with an unusual request...I wanted a large, wrapped, empty box delivered to my great niece for her 1st birthday. They got it done for me, including picking up wrapping paper elsewhere and the manager delivering on his way home. Thank you, thank you!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. 2 bucks to scan and a dollar a page? So in a bind my friendly local UPS store wants 22 bucks for something I can do in 2 minutes in my office. Not only will I never stop in one of your stores again but I will choose other shipping options as well. Thats a crime.
Never will I ship with this store again, took my item in packaged already to go and the owner of the store, told me I needed to box it up. Funny because I mailed stuff with the same store last week and the lady was super helpful and didnt make me repackage anything and all my stuff was delivered just fine! Sounds like he is trying to make extra $$ of his customers!

Came for printer service which charges you per minute along with somewhat clunky design. Printed on wrong paper and cost $18 instead of the expected $5 ish because used paper thats double the size.
Been doing business with this UPS store since they opened. I have had a mail box with them for as long as they have been open. I determined I no longer needed this box. I had renewed in November. I called to cancel the mailbox. No refund. NADA. Zilch. Xnay. No good explanation except they werent going to do it. I have spent $1,000s of dollars at this store and they cant refund 100 plus dollars??? New ownership is terrible. No customer service. They just lost another customer. I will never do business with them again.

Horrible customer service + Overpriced: Carrying a stack of boxes and struggling to open the front door while one of their tattooed up, inconsiderate employees behind me completely ignored me. This equates to only one fact = a business that does not care for their patrons or exhibits common courtesy.Also, a basic package sent via USPS property mail for $16 costs over $35 to mail from this store. I would not mind paying extra here if this store was not run by individuals who acted as thugs.
