PROS: This cvs i sometimes go to if Im desperate. Located close to my home its a quick and easy process to just go in and make a purchase. Staff is always nice and the place is always cleanCONS: The lot is very small and is shared with the diner and wine store while their selection is very small cause its the smallest cvs in the areaOVERALL: If you wanted something quick and basic go here, but if you want a larger selection go to the one in Cresskill
Here on two occasions both of them ok ; amazed they have self check out in NJ; they do not stock Dr Pepper or any good beverages here ; i was able to get whole milk ; this CVS has all the items a NYC CVS would have except the NYC CVS would have a miscreant or two lurking about ; anyway NJ they vited for Obese CC twice
Friendly staff, convenient location, clean inside, full complement of home and pharmacy supplies. I’ve been coming here for years and have had nothing but good experiences. It’s my go-to. The staff gets to know you and that’s nice too, and not too common these days.
Big sign on price and the cashier wont give it to me because I dont have a CvS card will never shop there
The absolute worst place for the past 20 years. Every time is a horrible experience. It will never get better. Go to CVS Cresskill.
Love this pharmacy store. Very good services, friendly staffs, and pharmacists. Highly recommended (╹◡╹)♡
Been going to this CVS 17 yrs never a problem. Friendly staff.
11/30/17 15 minutes before 9pmBought a medicine but this tall, curly hair male pharmacy tech is so disrespectful and snob. I’m in medical field but we treat out patient with respect irregardless of ethnicity, gender and stays in life. A man who doesn’t know how to treat a women.
The Pharmacists and techs couldnt be more accommodating. They always try to help with sticky insurance/medication issues.Heres what I dont like. My part D medicare insurance is through Aetna. Aetna bought CVS. Or the other way around. If I fill my prescriptions at any other pharmacy ie: Wallgreens they are substantially more expensive. Something wrong with that.
Pharmacy staff needs to be educated on customer service.
Its barely OK only because its close to my home. CVS as a chain lives in mid-20th century and its website is worse than a joke. Something as simple as submitting a new prescription online? Maybe a photo of the prescription via either their website or your phone, for picking up later WITH the hardcopy prescription? Nah, too complicated. CVS simply cant figure out how to do it in this day and age.
Nice, but needs some cosmetic work inside and out
Always gave my mom hard time because she was spanish spoken. Gave her hard time to pick her medications. Staff was always rude to her and unfriendly. Not very welcoming staff. No costumer service
Pretty good. The cashiers are very nice, but the prices are pretty expensive.
Its clean and all but the prices are too high considering the goods you get like each pack of gummies costs like 3.29 so when you are short of money when youre with friends it gets really annoying
Good
