Was in Tenafly for five years before I really knew about this place. It’s a great GNC type store with a ton of supplements and vitamins and that sort of thing but it is SO MUCH MORE. They have fantastic sandwiches and wraps ready to go, they have a wonderful prepared foods case, but they also have a hot buffet every day and even though it’s only a few things it is all ALWAYS delicious. I go here to get lunch all the time! The selection is great. They have produce and frozen foods. The prices are higher, since it’s all organic but it’s still a great place. The only thing wrong with it is their marketing! They should have found a way to get to me sooner!

I purchase my supplements here.Stores like this are not often found.The people working there are very knowledgeable about what they sell and prices are reasonable.

I love getting my fresh squeezed green and supplements juice from here. I really just wished they opened earlier so I can get it first thing in the mornings- I’d be there everyday after dropping kids to school just blocks away.

Nobody knows their stuff better. They never try to sell you on anything & are a great source of information - so well read and up on everything. A very personal caring local experience - it’s my favorite place in town!
