Good, clean store. Employees could be a little more eager to help the customer. They seemed to be a little preoccupied engaging in small talk at checkout. But overall its a nice store.

Gave me the right part, let me work in the parking lot even. They talked as I worked and were really friendly and perfessional.

The service was good. There was one guy who was less then helpful. But there was an employee who would greet every customer in the midst of conducting research for my part. I was impressed

Saturday evening I ran into autozone for a return, a nice man helped me ( not sure of his name ) he was very polite . Then a lady came over to help him with the return I assume the manager . She was a middle aged woman with red hair . HORRIBLE customer service . Very rude to not just her employee but also to me . First she was basically telling me that the product wasnt new but I had with me the receipt with the date on top which was dated for January 15,2020 with the correct part listed on the receipt . You could clearly tell it had not been used on the vehicle . Put on yes but it was the incorrect part so there for I was returning it for my 250$ back . She told me I was lying the part wasnt new and also that she couldnt trust me . Worst customer service experience . Ive worked in retail, I have also been a server and I can honestly tell you that if I treated a guest like that I would have been terminated . Just making you aware of the management you have at the fort Harrison store here in terre haute . Thank you

Have been working on a Dodge Stratus and Sunfire for the past couple weeks so Ive been in this location A LOT lately. Great, friendly, and helpful staff. Always quick to get in parts they didnt have in stock and was never pushy on weird promo items. Always a plus.

Usually has what I need. Like how they will test your battery, alternator, etc. When my alternator went bad (but before I had the cash to get a new one at that exact moment), they told me straight: Turn everything else off, and drive straight home. Had to listen to the wailing of the notification in my car every five seconds, but their advice was sound and I made it home fine.

They have good, helpful people there to get you what you need for your vehicle!!

Very slow service the guy that helped me was very rude another employee noticed my dissatisfaction on my face and stepped in to help. The older gentalmen that was originally helping me did not look too pleased that another employee stepped in. The new employee that was helping me now told me the opposite of what the rude gentleman was telling me. And told me the old guy make these mistakes all the time. So I will give 3 star because the young guy helped me when he seen the old guy was being rude and wrong. Would of got 1 star if young guy did not step up and then step in.

Ive usually had good service there..i do get annoyed with the younger clerks that depend on the computer for any part i dont care how small or common it is..ive not had any issues with the quality of the parts however
