Understaffed. Waited over 1/2 hour at the desk after the oil change finished and key at desk. Not pleased.

I had a wonderful experience getting my oil changed here.

I came in to have a tire fixed on the my truck. I was told by the manager that I needed two tires. She also recommended that I put the new ones on the front and the best of the front n the rear passenger which was the one I was there for. When it was done I drove home. After getting home I noticed that they didnt take care of the tire I came in to have fixed. I called and they had closed for the evening. I called back in the morning and was told that they couldnt put those tires on the one that need fixed. I went back after working all day. I was told that I would need two rear tires. So I told them I wanted the same as the front ones that I purchased the day before. Im in the store waiting about a half an hour later they call to tell me they can o my find one of the two tires in stock and that they would either use the spare or put one of the old ones back on. So now I have to come back a third time to get the other tire. Needless to say I am not happy with their service and would not recommend them for anything.

I was in and out in no time plus done some shopping. Was real pleased with the service and they found afew things wrong and let me know about what it was.

I was worried needed 2 tires . These guys were great ..when I went to pay 299$he said hey are still under warranty. But it took 3 hours may appt next time

Staff seemed unprofessional and they didnt have the tires I needed in stock. I ended up going to belle tire instead.

I arived at 5 and the guy kept messing around until the floor boss said not taking any more.

Twice in a row got turned away

I waited over 2 hours for an oil change.... After an hour I asked if I could go ahead and pay for it. The guy told me I couldnt pay until it was done. So I sat for another hour as my groceries were thawing out and finally went up and asked how much longer it would be that I had been there for 2 hours and the guy was like whats your name even though I had just told him an hour before. Come to find out it had been done for who-knows-how-long. But I always have to wait when I go here Im done going there for car service

Very friendly staff and they are always very quick at getting the oil or tires changed. If you are going to use Walmart to service your vehicle in town you should use this location and not the South one

This store was incredibly nice compared to most Walmarts I usually go to. The store looked brand new immaculate everythings was well put together. I was truly impressed with the way the store experience overall was. I definitely have a new favorite Walmart

Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order for an oil change. Nobody came up to me. This isnt the first time Ive had this issue at this Walmart or another one. Either you want to provide service or you dont. Ill take my personal and company vehicles elsewhere from now on.

East side service center is much faster and techs are more knowledgeable.

They said 45-50min no problem for the 2 tire replacements. Took 2 and a half hours with only me in line and that kinda was upsetting as well as inconvenient.

Theres always a 2 hour wait even if you get there at 8:00 a.m. in the morning. I havent been able to get in the last four times that Ive been there. They wont even take a reservation. Its ridiculous

Always good service, usually less of a wait time than they tell you.

Good experience but every time I go here or attempt to, theres always a 2 or 3 hour wait. Maybe they need to hire more people?

Love this Walmart, very clean unlike the other one south. better stocked too.

The worset walmart car care center I have been to.the assistance manager is so rude and ill mannered.Spitting all over the place his attitude towards customers are not welcoming.Two times in a row i get the same guy and he has lied to me the first time about how long it was gonna take for my car to be serviced he said that many cars were ahead of me while there was only one care and yet again this time he did the same thing but i am waiting in the service area to actually count how many cars are going to go in front of me after I had him point out the cars that are infront of meWe will see and update my review .my car just got pulled out from infront of the service bay after a new customer just arrived and asked for an oil change and service for his fuel injection and the same guy told him one hour instead of being after me he is actually moved up in time agead of me, i will monitor the situation and report again

I live right down the road from this Wal-Mart. I use their deli all of the time for fruit, veggie, and meat trays as well as cakes for work. They are cheaper and larger than some of the other places I have ordered trays from and come in second to only Baeslers in quality.I have had issues getting someone to come to the jewerly counter. I have found that you need to go find a cashier or cashier supervisor to get someone there. This is the ONLY issue I have ever had.Unlike other Wal-Marts, I havent had an issue with their inventory changing every other time I go in to shop. I hate falling in love with a product and not be able to find it when I go in the next time to get it! There have been some things that they have been out of but they either order it or I get it online and have it shipped site to store.They do need to fix all of the baby changing stations in the store!

Other than shopping cause I had no choice there are employees who are never around and rude this retail business has gone to shame its so sad my husband and I waited an half hour to have someone grab a bike down an they were paged twice and there have been times they have no clue where product is or they run from you there conversations are inappropriate especially around my child

I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to the jewelry counter. I ended up just leavin all of my other items on the counter.

Always a miserable experience. The employees obviously hate their jobs. The wait is always really bad. The only reason to go is they are considerably cheaper than most places.

Tried to have tire replaced three times. Open until 7 but they stop serving customers at 5.

Doesnt even deserve one star! HORRIBLE!!!!

Got an oil change from here awhile back and they did not secure the plate under my Kia when they were finishing up, was missing bolts and everything.

They fixed my tire. Works as expected.

Was told oil change would take an hour. Now starting hour 2. Pulled out of parking lot and magically had a bolt in front tire. Took it back in and now over 30 minutes waiting for a tire plug.

They take a lot of time to get the job done.
