They have been sending me messages everyday that my meds are ready for pick up. But everytime Ive went to pick them up the pharmacy is closed. They wasnt open at all this weekend, ridiculous. Never had this issue with CVS!!

I had them as my pharmacy for 5 or 6 years they used to be great but now they are terrible! They close their pharmacy whenever they feel like it and new pharmacist is so slow and when they do decide to close they dont let u know and u cant get your meds at other Walgreens if they are controlled which makes NO SENSE when they are the same chain of stores! Then they get smart with about it like they are the doctors! All they do is feel the prescription for the doctor tells them to they seem to act like they know what you need and when you need it and that is not right especially when they decide to close early whenever they want with no call to let you know that they are closing

Walgreens on South 3rd Street, Terre Haute, Indiana- visit on3/28 at 1:30 PMWent in to get glucosamine chondrites twin pack that was buy one, get one free. Store only had one twin pack. When I asked the pharmacist if they had more - he was very courteous and said just tell the checkout clerks the situation and they would discount the price by 50%. From there, the visit went from good to very bad........Went to the checkout and the young clerk said she needed manager approval to make the adjustment (which I understood). Then the lady manager appeared (middle aged woman with glasses). When I told her the situation and my discussion with the pharmacist, she very rudely stated “the pharmacist does not set pricing - she’d did”. She then grabbed the pill twin pack and stated “she would have to verify that there weren’t twin packs on the shelves implying that I was somehow trying to cheat the store! After 4 - 5 minutes, she reappeared and directed me to another register. She scanned all of my purchases and then instructed me to enter a rewards number. I entered the number and she promptly blurted that the number I entered was invalid and to try again (which I did with the same result). She seemed to get even more upset and Gould me to try again and make sure I was not entering a 1 with my cell phone number. Third try, same result to which she replied “you have to have a valid number to complete the sale. When I told her I was entering my cell phone number, she again loudly blurted “if you can’t enter a valid number, there was nothing she could do to help”.At that point, I told her she could keep her products and that I would not be back. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANYONE IN RETAIL! I am a 67 year old retired engineer that dealt with the public and customers for 45 years. This woman obviously is in the wrong position.

This is by far THE WORST pharmacy ive ever had to deal with. There is one lady who works the drive thru who is okay to deal with the rest are so rude and talk to you like your nobody. They always answer the phone with attitiude hald the time you just want to hang up when they answer. You work in pharmacy customer service should be important to them but it isnt. I switched and got all my family members and friends to switch also!! If you can avoid going herr i would!!ALL YOUR REVIEWS ARE HORRIBLE YOU WOULD THINK THAY THEYD TRY AND FIX THE ISSUES BUT THEY DONT

Went in to pick up a fed ex package for my work. Had my state-issued ID, work badge and Fed Ex slip. The employee refused to let me pick up my package because my work badge looks fake... that anyone could have printed it out and laminated. I cannot believe that i had to have a conversation on what makes an offices work badge look legit vs what makes a Walgreens badge legit.... and still not get my package

If I could give 0 stars I would, the pharmacy is the worst you could ever go to, they are extremely rude and talk to you like your a child, the female employees there treat you like you are below them, I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last place open to get a prescription, that being said they need to fire everyone and start over, keep up the good work Walgreens lmao

I understand that it is flu seasons and the pharmacy is busy therefore estimated wait times may be longer than the initial estimate that they give you when you drop off your prescription. However I believe this most recent experience is completely ridiculous. I dropped off my three prescriptions at 1:35pm today for a steroid cough suppressant and an antibiotic. The nice lady at the counter told us if we wanted it ASAP that it would be 30-45 minutes. I at that time signed up for text alerts. I felt horrible so I went home instead of electing to stay in town. My husband had to return to work. At 3:49 over two hours since we dropped off the script I got a text stating my prescription was ready for pick up. Then at 3:55 I received a second message stating only my antibiotic was ready my cough syrup was pending and my steroid was delayed as they were out of Stock. Again I understand running out of medications but how on earth can you rightfully tell me 30-45 minutes then 2 HOURS later tell me you don’t have any steroids in stock. My husband arrived to the store at about this time (4:25pm) NO APOLOGY was offered the lady behind the counter simply rolled her eyes and said “well we’re busy and the cough syrup will be done soon and YOU can call and see if another store has the steroids”. He then requested THEY call to which he was met with another eye roll. The lady did end up calling at least and referred us to the Walgreens in Wabash. My husband then proceeded to wait. Ten minutes ago (4:45 pm) he reapproached the counter and again was met with the same rudeness. The lady then informed him they couldn’t fully fill the cough syrup and we would have to return tomorrow to get the remainder of my script. And he was again informed it would be another 10 minutes until it was ready. NO APOLOGY WAS EVER GIVEN! My husband is now (5:05pm) on his way to the Wabash Walgreens to get my steroid. Needless to say I will NEVER use this pharmacy again

Worst service ever !!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had several bad experiences with the pharmacy, I went to fill a prescription for my baby girl and they gave me a product from off the shelf instead. Then I asked if they could recommend a good fever reducer for my baby who is only 3 months old and no one at the pharmacy could help, but the lady at the front register that is not a pharmacist was able to show me the rite one. I Went back a second time because I prefer CVS but could not find one so I had no choice. I went to the drive up window outside and waited 45 min. so they could tell me they still have to call the Doctor to confirm my script. This location and pharmacy all together is a joke and if you like waiting over a hour outside and dealing with pharmacist that have no knowledge of medicine then pay them a visit .
