Always know that when you stop here do not get in a hurry because there will only be 1 register going 5 to 10 people in line and 2 or 3 employees just standing around playing on there phone but the one awesome cashier Robin will always be working hard.This store needs to get a manager that works and get rid of her favorites that all stand around not helping anyone

So sad that many of the TA’s r going down!! They(&Petro) use to have the best showers! I walked into a shower that was “clean” that only had 2 towels which were left from the previous tenant & the toilet hadn’t even been flushed let alone cleaned! I was then given another shower after he ran the mop over the floor & gave 2 towels to go along with the 3 already in there!All of the towels r suppose to be replaced even if they haven’t been used because of germs! & Who wants to touch toilet paper that has been handled by someone else…that’s why there r holders to keep them covered! Too lazy to put toilet paper in the holder means too lazy to clean anything!

My one star is for the the Worker who cleans the showers. I purchased a shower around five o clock this morning. Now, when I enter in shower room I always lock the door. Well, ten minutes into the shower, I hear the door unlock. I quickly rush to the door. The guy told me that the shower said available, which I find very hard to believe. Then he claimed the shower was unlocked, which was also a lie. He didn’t knock to make certain the shower was available. So, if you’re a woman be very careful of when showering. I will be notifying management.

I really liked the timely response of Manager. There was an issue with shower wait times and when brought to her attention she got showers cleaned and ready for use. Thank you so much!! Will be sure to visit again.

Did a 10 hour break here on a Saturday (06/12/21). I got here at 4 PM and there is tons of parking. I’ve gotten here before during the week and after 6 PM and it’s a hot mess. No one follows the parking space lines and it messes with the spacing between rows of parking. Country pride is closed indefinitely. Subway and Pizza Hut are open and the employees are doing their best to keep up. The TA staff is friendly. Showers are what they are. This whole truck stop needs to be revamped. It’s a dinosaur and it shows.

Bathrooms were clean in womens and i went to subway and amazing customer service from Kai he seriously i think the best sandwich and he took his time for each customer and he was pretty much working the whole subway on his own! You go Kai! Thank you for making this trucker wife’s day & my husband who travels all over the place it’s hard to find kind people like you!

Its getting pretty bad that you cant find a restaurant open anymore. It use to be that you could always find a decent meal at the truck stop. But now all you can find is fast food. I swear that it just seems like the Travel Centers of America just dont care anymore. That the drivers are nothing but a nuisance that needs to go away. The sad part is the driver made it what it is today.

Shop wasted my time sat for 2 hours before they cancelled my work order because they had no one to do the alignment. Would not recommend you stop for work unless its an emergency and you cant go anywhere else.

If you ain’t here by 8 pm good luck finding a spot! This place gets packed very fast and under staffed. So get ready to wait bit!! The movie is pretty big! And the showers are amazing clean!! And nice. They have selection of game room to play pool or what ever. They have a Pizza Hut, subway and country pride! The buffet is amazing.

Came in to get my rig looked at. Guy said it would be 30 minute wait. It has now been 2 hours and Im now watching the guys laugh and talk around the truck they just fixed. Would not recommend.

This TA has really gone down hill. It used to be nice. Everyones probably knows TA closed all their restaurants already. The fast food is closing at 9pm. The building is in rough shape. Nothing like when it used to be Rip Griffin. No joke the bathroom stall doors are almost falling off

Always been ratty, but getting so much worse. The parking lot is disgusting and the potholes are terrible. Womens restroom in the fuel island has been out of service most of the year. The staff are never cheerful. I wouldnt stop here at all except they have the cheapest fuel.

Cant get help. Short and chubby lady named Renae is too lazy to move away from the register. Good luck getting help from her. I had to ask someone from the pizza hut department for help.

Absolute joke of a truck stop, the pizza hut is a joke. Woman in pizza hut just cared about dancing and bring rude, a couple of us were waiting on food to come out, the food came out and was set on the counter and she never called out the order or customer number, just stood back there and danced around, until I finally ask about it. Ask for the manager, 2 young employees point to an older lady, the older lady says theres no manager here. Completely pathetic.

Trash in the dining area has been over flowing for 2 days now, tables have not been wiped down at all, the cook in pizza hut did not wear gloves and was constantly touching on his face while handling food, rest rooms were disgusting, trash everywhere, no toilet paper in majority of the stalls, this place needs a huge reform

Above the front door of every TA / Petro services department, reads a sign that says Welcome Professional Drivers. What the sign should reed is, Welcome to those who tolerate gross understaffing, lazyness and piss poor attitudes. I have a hypothesis that the corporate philosophy as of late is to cut back on everything service related because where else can they go. LOVES doesnt provide much in the way of service. At 19:30 on a friday night, one must wait until the morning shift to have anything done at this location. I just need a tire patched because only two guys are working and one answers the phone. You know, they let a few drivers pull in and sleep at night to give the illusion that they provide service at night. To the corporate executives that are busy running hotels, The service departments at TA should be parking spaces period.

Diner is closed and subway so as not open til 8 am how are truck driver supposed to eat dont thes big truck stops know trucking is 24/7 we dont do 9 to 5

I love stopping at TA for my 10 hours reset . This TA has lots of Parking spots which is great for me but the bathrooms are so nasty it smells like dead cats 😷.They have pizzhut subway and country pride restaurant which is always a plus you can choose one to eat at !

No Food for the Driver! Country Pride is shut down! Subway never checks the temperature of the food that has been sitting out so you get food poisoning. And the Pizza hut never has the food ready. The deli is even a bigger joke with three day old hot food that no one bothers to check the dates on. This TA is your typical ran down old truck stop from all the horror movies

All together decent place to stop, grab a bite to eat, a cold drink, and be on your way. The staff were friendly and the facility was clean with the exception of the restrooms. 1 toilet of the many provided in the 🚺 female restroom was void of other peoples urine or feces. Obviously this is not an attended restroom, bit that kind of buildup does not happen quickly and i feel this needs attention more often.

6:30am central time and absolutely nothing to eat in the store. Country pride is closed people are at subway but they don’t open till 8. No hot foods in the warmer. Ask a lady assuming a manager she says have to ask cashier why there isn’t any hot foods to be found. Ask the cashier shoulder shrug and idk I just got here. What a joke pulled in here to grab fuel and food and didn’t get anything to eat.

The gas station itself is fine. Their staff are sweet and masked up but its the subway thats trash.We ordered from the subway from there and when we llooking inside our sandwiches it had spotty smears of wa sauce that we had not ordered . Either the knife was dirty and we werent paying attention to catch it (which is disgusting) Or they had reused a bread that already had sauce in it (which is vile).. I just.. yeaa....

This is an old T/A with modern amenities. Unlike many of the T/As, now that have 75%of their lot as paid parking, this one has the front row by the fuel island as reserved. The rest is about a back 40. This is a large T/A set to accommodate truckers going into the DFW area. Food is pretty good, diner style and two FAst food restaurants in the facility.

Reserved at parking spot at 14:30 here to end my day. Got to the TA about 22:15 and all the spots we taken. Went inside to show where I had reserved a spot, to get my reciept and to ask them to move someone who abviously hadnt paid for a spot, she said they no longer asked people to move because they got upset when ask to move out of a spot they didnt pay for????REALLY ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I planned my trip, the confirmation says I have a guaranteed spot. So 47min left on my time to find a spot. Never again TA. NEVER AGAIN

Enjoyed my night stay in the rig. Friendly staff. Good service at the restaurant. Will stop again. Great steak and eggs. Travelers wont be disappointed. Truckers will enjoy the vary many parking spaces and size as well as quality of the many accommodations offered by this travel stop.

Took a shower, clean showers. Went to pizza hut because the restaurant was closed due to the fake plandemic. Sat there a min waiting for cashier to come take my order for a pizza. Someone told her I was waiting. She rolled her eyes all the way to the register. I asked if she was having a good day, she ignored me. Then I asked if she was busy, she said ya with a eye roll. I said its cool ill go somewhere else. Then I went to get a microwave hamburger. Looked back the guy behind me in line walked over to subway cause she gave him an attitude. So if your pizza huts sales are down its because youre employees are running off customers.

They have a lot of truck parking which is 5* for me and my husband and the Country Pride restaurant was great as well. The reason I have to rate a 3* is the cleanliness of the bathrooms were poor. Out of 8 toilets I went to use, only one was decent enough for me to use in the evening time. However, when I used the bathroom the next morning (today) the toilets were clean but the walls and doors had not been wiped down.

I think the cashiers at the fuel desk are all special needs. Watching them run the scale machine is like watching a swift driver back into a dock. Birds wont even eat the fuel island food. I think it was cooked some time last week

This is a hard one to write, at the restaurant Country pride . Been here several times now, it’s like Texas weather you never know what to expect, food is less than any paying customer will expect.SALAD BAR - no meats, tomatoes . I was informed that corporate jaded down memo ( by staff ) tomatoes are to expensive as meat . Food cost to high !Soups - again scorching the minestrone, corn chowder every day .Eggs over easy, they will almost get up and take off running .Biscuits ( biscuits and gravy ) like the weather, you may get ok food or something that your puppy won’t eat .Needs work, nice building . Many seats available, seems slow always .Staff again never know what your going to get .

Put a fast food restaurant in there and get rid of pizza hut or lower the price or offer more on their menu....***.update was there yesterday and as soon as we got out of our truck after only a few hours of sleep and was bombarded by salesmen about a product that we will never use...and again approached later..

Free parking isnt all the way in the back, clean restrooms and showers, and the day cook (Clark) served up a really great meal with an omelet and hash browns. Crystal is a really great server.

We had a terrible wreck on Hwy 20 next to this gas station. I will add we had 3 kids involved too! 3 cars involved in this wreck as well. My parents asked if they could leave their vehicle there so they could be with their kids and grandchildren at the hospital. The store told them 2 hrs only or they are getting towed. Its amazing how selfish people are now days. Only worried about $ and not the lives that where in this wreck. So my parents had to drive back to Canton to drop a car off and rush to Kaufman to the hospital. If you know anything on this distance its a 30 minute drive from Terrell to Canton and a 30 minute drive from Canton to Kaufman. So they literally put my family and the others in this wreck in even more of a big bind last Friday. I highly recommend going on to the QT in Terrell.

Been going here for years, outdated, pumps almost always broke, dirty, huge holes leaving parking lot, no restaurant, please remodel this place!

I was here last week and you walk in the building and it has an odor, not clean odor. Walked into the womans bathroom and stalls were dirty and nasty. Here again the following week and same thing. Im not sure what the odor is coming in from the fuel pump does but its not very inviting. Parking lot has a lot of big holes in it.The big parking lot is about the best part of staying here, but that needs work also.

Food in restaurant was very good, service was lacking, looked to but under staffed. Friendly people in the store, well stocked.The shop is awesome, very professional.The semi parking lot fills up fast in the early evening.

Great staff! They where super helpful and very friendly. Helped me find a place to change my 5 month old daughter. The bathrooms where pretty much destroyed and needed a lot of work.

This place has changed since the days of the RIP Griffin. The food here is horrible. I ate here twice and twice it was bad. Now today I had the biscuits and gravy. Now I will say this the bread was moldy. Dont try denying it. I know what that taste like. I will not even eat in the restaurant no more. Ill stay here. But I wont eat here. Get that restaurant in order. Also the waitresses there dont know what they are doing. One lady disappeared for at least 20 minutes or longer. Then finally took my order. Yall need get this better

Food very good at the restaurant and the waitress was very nice.The bathroom could use locks on them men and womens.And the pot holes could be fixed.the garbage container could smell better. Been here a few days ate ate the restaurant tonight had the long haul breakfast, took over a half hour to get it it was all cold told the waitress she would replace it we told her dont bother.Talked to the manager she would talk to the cook and cook us another meal we told here we would go somewhere else, very disappointed.

Plenty of truck parking, restaurant is overpriced just like pizza hut. I had the sirloin steak medium rare and it came out dry as a powderhouse. They should take out the pizza hut and put in a fast food joint like Whataburger. And the laundry is way too high. 3 bucks a load to wash and dry. If youve got a lot of clothes to wash youd be out 30 or 40 dollars. And now theyve closed down the restaurant completely. Drivers come in theyd like a nice hot meal, not fast food all the time. You were doing good with the takeout orders. Now we cant even get that. You have just lost 2 customers because of this. My wife and I will not be back

The only good thing that they were fast to get me in.I got an ultimate p.m. done.And a 6 axle alignment.I ended up hopping off my windshield fluid myself, they didnt do it.Didnt lube the 5th wheel.And said I had shaving in my rear axle. Confirmed by peterbilt was none. TBH liked like where graphite was rubbed off where they showed me.No alignment. Said 7/32 off. Per peterbilt and Pomps, who did a laser alignment, 1/32 off. And bushings on crossover where good. TA said needed replaced.This is the second time Ive had issues like this with TA. I will never use TA again. Rather pay more and get it right and not worry they are phishing for work..

Place looks clean and decent compared to alot of other stops, but the employees attitude is poor and down right ignorant. The restaurant is a joke please seat yourself? No go in get your own drink make your own meal and so on and maybe just maybe your visit will be acceptable. Stand in line to cash out no clerk anywhere ask multiple employees that are stocking and they get rude and look just as confused as the customers waiting in line. Piss poor establishment.

Restaurant had a menu plus a reasonable and good buffet with a good salad bar, soup, several vegetables and entree choices, even at 10 at night. Nice folks. Semi side was full up but they let us stay out at the edge of their parking lot with our camper over night no hassle at all. Clean rest rooms and looked like a nice big store, plus a couple fast food choices in addition to the restaurant.

Our bus broke down middle of the night and we had to limp it in here. Forgive us for only being able to get it in the employee parking lot which was a straight shot from the entrance. Staff was rude AF about asking if we were broke down or just parked there for schitz and giggles, despite seeing the hood up and tools out. Staff was also rude to our entire party when buying items inside the store. Ill go to Buc-ees or Loves over a TA from now on. Id give this location ZERO stars if I could.

This TA has the best friggin buffet of any Ive been to in all 48 states. Lots of home cooking going on here. Trust me, this is not the usual Iron Skillet!! Manager actually really cares, a nice difference.

Plenty of parking late into the night. Decent amount of fuel isles and spacious showers. Excellent amenities with pool table, small arcade and small movie like theater with large screen tv.

Its just another truck stop. It was dirty, there were a lot of creeps just hanging around but there were a few police officers in the truck stop, on duty. They had a lot to offer but due to the place not being clean we didnt get anything.

Great except the black girl working the register seemed very racist, was dirty looking me as I was getting coffee and didnt say two words as I paid. No smile, no thank you no have a nice day or anything. Other then that it was great.

A very relaxed home type feel. Casinos and music while you pump. A different feel than the rest of La. Awesome cashiers and freebies. I also got .05 off my gas signing up for shell rewards at the pump.

Ordered bone steak and it came out chewy and left cold greasy film in my mouth. Shrimp on buffet were over cooked. Green beans over spiced. Showers were clean and water pressure was good. Clean store.

Use to love this place! The service here from the shop, to the showers, to the restaurant stinks. Ive had better service when I was homeless then here. Especially my waitress who refuse to assist me. Ive had to go get my own silverware, after asking. Then she assist everyone else great. Asked for anything like butter, napkins, silverware its an act of Congress to get it. Ive had this happen over the years, those waitress who think they can get better tips from men, then me. I make plenty of money, & she want get a tip for this. 😡😡😡

Undeliverable. I understand remodeling is necessary from time to time, but mens restroom, 3 of the 5 urinals taken off the wall and left on the floor? 4 stalls, 3 of those have construction equipment in them. Not good. Have seen restroom remodels at other truck stops (pilot, flying j, and loves) and they at least set up a mobile restroom out side

I had a soup and salad and a cup of coffee still shouldnt cost over 12 bucks but it did after all said none I was going at least seven or eight dollars one trip to Soundbar two trips to the Super Bowl and the second one wasnt as great as the first one coffee was good waitress was entertaining

Employees at main building, when asked about a parking receipt responded rudely in informing me that I needed to go to the other side .. as she kept saying she needed a break as she held her lower back. She never said, until asked, that I needed to go across the lot to the fuel building .. even though there was a computer active up front with the parking program up and running in clear view.This is the 2nd TA/Petro Ive been to recently where the people seem to not like truckers or they dont like their job .. well Im sorry for the way they feel, but this is their job Customer Service. If they dont like it .. maybe they need to find a different profession
