I was greeted at the door and was immediately shown to the area I asked to shop. Shelby came over to help me when I had some questions about the small appliance I was there to purchase. She was very professional and courteous. She then led me to laptops because I was in the market. She again helped me with all of my questions and then got me to Ishmael, since he had more experience with the programs I am interested in getting for the laptop. Ishmael was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with all of my questions. It was a very good shopping experience. I am always grateful for knowledgeable and professional customer service team members. I also price checked both items, their prices were very competitive.

I drove 70 miles to this location to get an At&T phone that they had in stock. AT&T gave me a lot of trouble but the store manager and associates in cell phones helped me for at least two hours get things figured out. I was very impressed with the service. I will be going back for sure.

Service is good for the most part, selections in all departments are lacking. Also, to whom it may concern, a clerk should never ask, why?. Especially if you have an attitude problem. Just find out what the customer wants and see if its something you carry or can order for them. Leave your ego at home.

This place is always hit and miss because with 20 years experience Information Technology I rarely meet anyone that works there that is actually helpful on that level so I will just rate my experience on how good their customer service is on other aspects like promptness, friendliness, care, efeciency, etc.. They were pretty good.. I dont like walking in and someone asking to help and then handing me off to someone else or just pointing you in a direction. If you ask to help I expect you to help 😅.

They will help you for as long as it takes.Very knowledgeable and will check in back or tell you when shipments arrive if item is out of stock. Great experience with geek squad! Brought in my malfunctioning Apple Pencil and less than two weeks later my replacement was in my hand. The tech did not patronize me when I explained that I had already run through standard Apple diagnostics. He was upfront about my wait time and expectations. Best of all, he (all of them really) had a great sense of humor and made the experience truly painless. Thanks!

The store manager went above and beyond to get my new phone going. After changing out the phone and SIM card we had to switch to a different phone. He was on hold with Verizon for an hour but was determined to get a phone that would work. He even gave me a discount on a wireless charger for my time and trouble. This is what customer service is supposed to be. Thank you for your time and help, you are the true example of what a manager is supposed to do. Very professional and kind. This is my experience based on who I encountered. Other employees may be different.I walked in tonight just trying to buy a new roku.I didn’t need help finding it, and then got in line to check out.I waited patiently to check out because it was taking a long time.When I finally got to the counter, I just wanted to get in and out I only had one item and the employee that scanned my item was not helpful or nice in anyway. She did not say “you find every thing ok” or even just hi. And then when she gave me my receipt, I just took it and she got an attitude.This location needs to strongly consider getting nicer employees. I will not purchase anything from this location again.

Although I have had minimal experiences at Best Buy download their App you can schedule most services for in person visits and purchases can be brought to your vehicle.

Tried to call the local store with a specific question for the local store. Never succeeded. Their AI that answers the phone is horrible and impossible to get to who you want. If this corporation cares so little about customer service that they wont let you call the local store, Ill never do business with them.

The signs on the front door looked confusing as i passed by late at night. While they were open on the inside for customers the signs made it look for a moment as though the store was only open for online orders and nothing else.If not for such confusion then I would have parked and walked on in so that I could have spent plenty of hard earned money that I instead spent somewhere else.No offense best buy but I think someone dropped the ball with a missed opportunity there.

A great place for a quick and amateur fix on your technology needs. This is a very general store for technology. They have a great television selection, but they lack the same great selection in many other areas. Geek Squad serves you well. Theyre very good at explaining problems and diagnostics to normal people.

This has been the worst retail experience EVER. I bought my dishwasher on the 18th of October. It was scheduled for delivery on the 28th. It rained so they cancelled. Then they rescheduled...for the 11th, the 8th, and then the 4th. They never called to cancel the initial appointment. They EMAILED. They then lied and told me that they had a part back ordered. I finally went to the store and told them what was going on-they verified that all of the parts were in stock. They cancelled my online order and reordered through the store. They GUARANTEED delivery on the 4th. On the 4th, no one had called as promised to narrow the delivery window so I called the store. They told me that not only were they not delivering the dishwasher they didnt know when they would be able to as apparently the 3rd party installer they used had lost thier licence. I finally called the corporate number. Luis was a god send in that he seemed to care about my problem. He guaranteed delivery on the 11th. We shall see, if its not here I will cancel the order all together... update to come!

This location always has a variety of options to choose from and the latest tech. They recently remodeled the layout of the store, placed the TVs around the wall, and added more appliances to their collection. Definitely a place to check-out if you are looking for gadgets to entertain or accomplish a health / fitness goal.

So we had a pretty good experience here this morning, Matt in the TV dept helped us, answered questions, made good recommendations, and located the TV we wanted at a different location. The not so great part of our experience was the walk up to the store, parking lot and walkway was full of cigarette butts and trash, and dip spit. Kinda gross, be careful where you step.
