I have been trying for over a week to reach someone in customer service regarding an issue with my new contract. I am a new customer and need some explanation other than what I got from the store manager. I’ve stayed on hold for longer than you can imagine and then left 2 contact me forms with promises of contacting me back within 48 hours. Still nothing. We just built a home, donated our furniture to a local charity while waiting on our new furniture to arrive. We chose this company to rent a small couch in the interim. But it is proving to be more of a hassle than anything. Poor customer service is a reflection of your company. Stand behind your company, Rent-a-Center! We may be a new customer, but this will be our last rental at this rate.
Very polite staff. Fast Service . i needed a washer they literally delivered it 14 hours after initially inquiring. Fast!! Im seeing India on here alot, She helped me and is very informative with products. A +

Horrible place rented a computer it was so virused up I couldnt use it and horrible service and wouldnt let me return the laptop for credit and had a speaker they harrassed me the day my payment was due called 3 times and showed up at my door to pick up the speaker at 1pm they dont close till 6 and I had never been late on a payment

Very rude I was at a funeral and the manager called and said payment is due today I told him Im out of town at a funeral and he said well I expect you here at the end of the day and hung up now Im switching to aarons and saving money with better products
