Got cracked windshield replaced on a Monday. It rained on Wednesday, passenger wiper arm wont work anymore. This was probably removed & reattached on windshield replacement. On Friday, antenna fell off. This was probably removed & reattached. MY TRUCK WAS IN BETTER CONDITION THAN BEFORE WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT.

I received absolutely top notch help at this location. I am from Kansas City and a deer jumped right into my windshield. These guys instead of jumping to take out my windshield, looked it over very carefully and determined that there possibly were dents that would prevent them from installing a new windshield. They advised me of this and then, because I didnt have a week to wait, patched my window with clear plastic inside and out. It lasted through my trip in heavy rainfall back to KC. They didnt charge me and truly gave of their time graciously.

The replacement glass for my passenger side door is flawed but Safelite let me know that thats just what I have to accept. They say they have a lifetime warranty for defective services and yet there are stipulations. Customer service is a hit or a miss dependent on who answers the phone like most call centers. I did not ask for my car window to be smashed into so to treat a client like they are an annoyance for asking for the best service is ridiculous.

I took a company vehicle to Safelite in Texarkana, TX to get the windshield replaced. The employees are very nice and interested in working with your schedule. Their office is behind another business, so go where Google maps says and take the drive to get behind the first building you see.

They refused to help me out
