The staff here has always been fantastic. They make my drink pretty quick and its always right and delicious. They are remodeling and I cant wait to see the results. It is always clean when I go in. Ive never seen anyone acting inappropriately and youd be surprised how often I have seen that type of stuff at other locations. Overall I really like this place. (And I dont really care for Starbucks so thats saying something!)

Expensive coffee....but great taste and great service

Staff is always friendly. What I order is always good. However in the mornings, its a mad house trying to get into this location.

The coffee is good, but heading the wrong direction. I got a single shot when I should have gotten a double. The price is always too high so we dont go very much...and we can afford to. You feel like cattle going to the milking, except theyre sucking green instead of white...for some its red...😬

Went there yesterday to meet a friend and have a conversation around lunch time. Was there about 30 mins trying to talk. Staff were not very welcoming. Could not talk to my friend due to the loud staff. They were hollering laughing and screaming the whole time. Dont go to this place if you want to be able to hear someone your trying to talk to.

We would like to share our experience from 5/30/21 with Texarkana TX Starbucks! We desperately tried to make it before closing time from Oklahoma. Although the staff had a very long and busy day, they were very patient and attentive while we were making our selections. We are avid Starbucks customers but have to drive an hour and a half to the nearest store. So making the right selection before 9 p.m., closing time is very important. We were blessed to have Conner offer great advise in the selection of drinks . Keep in mind it was already closing time, and Conner continued to walk us through drink selections and flavors to best fit our need for the drive back home as well for the following work day, we were so excited to leave with our drinks in hand as were were leaving, the manager Kim,thanked us for our visit and made us feel welcome to come back soon. We just wanted to share our great experience and commend Starbucks on a great staff performance after a long and hard work day

Extremely fast service even though theyre a lot of foot traffic. Bagels are soft and glorious! Bathrooms are clean. Customer service us also great but parking lot is ridiculous! Small and packed. At least they have a drive thru.

Friendly, competent service and consistently good quality from a high-volume Starbucks location. Be prepared for a line, but they move quickly.

Everyone here was super friendly - greeting me and making conversation with me. They got my entire order right, which doesn’t always happen elsewhere as I tend to have customizations. I ordered ahead as I’m on a road trip, and they were just finishing my last drink when I arrived - in and out in good time!

They are ALWAYS out of almost every syrup so unless you are getting a plain coffee I dont recommend this place!

This is my favorite Starbucks in Texarkana. But today I went and ordered 2 treni ice waters and a tall ice water and they said my total was $12.... How is 3 waters $12??? The lady couldnt tell me why it was gonna be $12 for 3 darn ice waters....

I dont really go to Starbucks often per I dont want my money going to a left wings libs pocket! But as far as the store itself the employees there are amazing! So friendly and also very fadt at what they do! So keep up the great work

This is my addiction! I seriously would go every day if a venti didn’t cost $6.00. I love the butterbeer Frappuccino. Toffee and caramel in a cream base yum 😋! They always fill it to the top so I get my money’s worth.They usually have two or three cars in the drive- thru, but they are quick to get your order completed very quickly.They also have a secret menu(Shhhh)- google it! In the not far future, it will be time for pumpkin spice/ I know lots of people don’t like it, but that’s ok- just more for me.

I cant seem to stay away from this place. My order is always perfect. Fast friendly service. I love ordering and paying with their app.

The coffee shop is good, always have good service here. The issue with this place is the drive thru is in a horrible location. If theres more than 4 people in line, its a complete cluster. Sometimes people wont let you in, or you cant even stop here due to the traffic on Richmond Road and the line being out to the street (5 cars max). If the location wasnt so bad, there would be nothing wrong with this Starbucks.

These employees are some of the friendliest people you will ever come across. They get you in and out amd even through their drive through is quick and always friendly there as well. Highly recommend.

I am so unsatisfied with Starbucks. Every time i go by there they are always closed. I came at 8, and 8:30 pm twice just this week and they have been closed. Hours say until 9 pm. Not to mention last week they were closed at 7???

After waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru while allowing others to cut in line, my husband was screamed at by an employee working in the drive thru. I have never been treated that way by anyone, and there was no manager on duty, allowing children to run the store. I WILL NEVER go back to this branch again, and I will be contact with corporate at the disgusting treatment of customers at this location.

For two ventis plus 2 shots of expresso each and a lemon cake slice, it was 17.00 plus some change. Way to much. I can buy a 3 lb bag of Starbucks French roast for 17.00 and make my own. Talk about an expensive treat.

Was just in the drive thru for 10 minutes behind two cars. Closes at 9pm and got in line behind two cars at 8:50. They took forever to help the two people ahead of us and when we pulled up at 8:57 they played an automated message that they were closed with three people in line behind us. Pretty sad service.

Slow, overpriced unorganized.

Terrible service, confusing erratic operation... Placed mobile order, drove to location, then had to stand in line (+10 min) to pick up my order. I was told that I’d have to get in line to pick up my mobile order at the cash register — the change was made, I was told, so that it wouldn’t be as congested... how about checking what customers think? Go somewhere else not this Starbucks!

The small drive thru makes visiting this location a nightmare in the morning. Visitors block traffic and cut each other off. Simple directions would allow cars to wrap around the small parking lot and free up the turn lane, and it would save all of us a headache when we just want our morning coffee.

I ussualy hate starbucks but this one is great me and my grandma go there alot i even got the $0.50 off red cup to use due to my incress in buying from starbucks thanks to them. Great staff and great drinks!!!

Went last night.. Wrong order 1x, asked for vanilla bean and got coffee frappe. Turned around got the right thing remade but was like drinking straight milk. Waste of money

I don’t know how these liberals get coffee from there. I was given a $45 gift card and have yet to use it all because of the wait time. 40 minutes for a black coffee. That must’ve been the issue. Trying to be white allies to black coffee instead of handing it out...

Fast service good coffee last stop on way home when in Texarkana

Lets face it, you only really go to Starbucks if you like Starbucks. I had no complaints here and the coffee is just as good as I would expect. Its a modern coffee house that stays popular for that right reasons. This ones no difference, as far as I can tell.

Plenty of tables and chairs to sit in. Good for bringing your laptop and working. Internet is fast and staff is very helpful. Drinks and food delicious 😄

This Starbucks turned out to be an oasis on a ten hour drive. We really needed a coffee fix and they delivered. Staff were nice and the service swift. The location is right off I-30 and was very easy to access. Nice to find this location on a long trip!

As a Starbucks barista, I understand how hard the job sometimes is. But when I stopped here on my way home and lost my keys, two baristas helped me dig through the trash to find them (we did!!) They went above and beyond and deserve a five star review:)

I understand the Covid 19 restrictions but unfriendliness is not a requirement!!! Such the opposite of what had seemed like the Starbucks way!! I was asked to stand outside in the rain while waiting for my order and told they woukd not call or text my phone to tell me it was ready so I could sit in my car! Ridiculous!

I love that Starbucks has inclusive bathrooms, but is a baby changing station out of question? My drink was fine, but not having somewhere I could change a diaper made things rather difficult.

This place is awesome....After a bad experience with the Pumpkin Spice Latte in Terrill Texas Starbucks which they remade twice and was in no way like Pumpkin Spice latte THIS ONE GOT IT RIGHT... Thank you to the crew here in Texarkana ....they not only made it right and it is exactly as it should be...but they gave me a card for another one since I had already paid for the Latte....

Extremely poor customer service, I have never been treated like that at a Starbucks. Began with a rude cashier and ended with me asking for raw sugar to sprinkle on my latte, which they were going to charge me for if they did that them selves, and they were out so he told me what cabinet to get it out of. He then watched me, in a dress, unload the bottom cabinet front 3 boxes to get to and open a box that had not been opened of raw sugar. A little good customer service goes a long way for a stores reputation and a customers day. Very disappointed

Horrendous place! This location is big for ripping folks off. You do not get the amount of liquid that coincides with the cup size you paid for. You get a LOT LESS! This has been brought up and nothing has changed! Whoever runs/manages/owns this Starbucks needs to make some big changes with the way the staff is making drinks.

Only decent coffee in the area. Easy freeway access. If youre passing through on I-30 this is the only coffee Id recommend between Dallas and Little Rock. Biggest shopping district in the region.

Extra hot caramel brulee latte and toasted white chocolate mocha. Sounds delicious. Might have been at a different Starbucks that knew how to make them or had some type of quality control. Lukewarm at best and only way to tell the difference between the two was one had chunks of something in it. They tasted the exact same and that taste was sweetened coffee, no actual flavor. $12 for two cups of indistinct milky brown liquid. Worst experience at a Starbucks ever and have been a regular for years.

It doesnt matter if I place my order online or in the drive thru, I always get friendly and helpful service. In the drive thru, they are quick to make suggestions of things I might like to try. I love everything I have tried so far especially the Pumpkin spice cake I tried!

I have never had a bad cup of coffee from this location. It may be because theyre always extremely busy right in Texarkana on I-30 and the coffee doesnt have time to get old and burnt. The personnel are always friendly and fast getting orders out.
