My glasses were no good they did nothing said it’s nothing they can do. Usually when a product isn’t right you take it back they fix it or replace your product. They did nothing had the audacity to ask me to come in for another appointmentMy contacts dried out and even though I called in saying I’ll need different ones to try. A month later due to surgery and a accident they refused to help me. I was going to fight the fee with my bank but realized I don’t have to get my contacts through them at all. All I need is my exam informationI wouldn’t recommend people who have allergies or bad eyes to not go here.

I went in for extreme eye pain as an emergency. Dr. Lara May was able to immediately help. She spent almost an hour with me talking about what was wrong with my eye. She really spent time with me, answering all my questions. We ended having 4 visits total. I am really grateful on how well they treated my eye and got me through this emergency.

The doctor I seen was awesome, although some of those staff members are very rude and disrespectful and honestly do not take their job seriously. I could never come back to this place!

I was really in need of an eye exam and a business that took my certain insurance in the same day. Audrey at Fant Eye care took the time to personally call my insurance to verify that it could be accepted. It was. I was able to walk in without an appointment and see the Dr. Dr May, was very nice, sweet and informative. She also had a good spirit an vibe about her that makes you comfortable during your visit. The entire staff that assisted was amazing and helpful. I ended up needing glasses and was able to walk out with them. Check them out if you’re looking to get an exam or just needing glasses. You won’t be disappointed.

My son is Autistic and has other issues that make it hard to do an exam. But the ladies there at Fant Eye Care were absolutely amazing with him and took their time and showed him what everything was and how it worked. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

They dont come thru with what they say... I was told they would have my glasses ready by a certain time and they did not come thru. They dont even bother to call and let me know of the problem. Very bad customer service as i told them I need my glasses to be able to go to work. I lost a job because they didnt keep their word and was basically told that its its not their problem

The best eye exam I have ever had. The Doctor and staff were great with each patient. The doctor explains things that are going on with your vision. The staff was very helpful picking out frames. No one tried to rush you each person was with you until all your needs were met.

The wait is not long, my son and I enjoyed reading the books from the decorative box on the table, we looked at glasses, they called him back, all of the people we interacted with were very nice, explained everything in a way that could be understood and were amazing with my young son. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. All of my family that may need an eye exam and/or glasses will go to Fant eye care.

This was my first visit here. All of the employees are very nice. Dr. Mays was very thorough and explained everything about the eyes. Everyone there was great and understanding with my daughter except the person who helped with picking out her glasses. She was impatient and snappish. The doctor answered my questions and was patient with my daughter. Mrs Diane helped her go through the exam process before the doc came in and was friendly and helpful to her. Ive had many eye doctor appointments in my lifetime, but Dr. Galdamez has set the bar! He thoroughly examined my eyes and answered any questions I had. The staff was super welcoming and called me back in a timely manner. Picking out glasses and contacts was a breeze and they informed me on what my insurance did and did not cover. I appreciate the way they made me feel right at home, I will always choose Fant Eye Care! :)

The visit was wonderful!! The best Ive had. I really just go to get colored contacts and the last Eye Dr I went to just tried to run my insurance up with all the extras. I should of been coming here, due to this is where I take my kids. I will not be using any other Eye Dr unless I move out of town. Loved my experience.

I called several places to see if they took my insurance, and they were the only ones who took my insurance. They even got me in on Saturday! I was super happy with my entire experience. I wasnt rushed or pressured into anything. My glasses were made the same day, and I could see again! I would recommend this clinic above all others. I paid well over 350 for glasses that came in a soft case and were sat on while in case and the only thing they could do the manager said was to discount me. Unbelievable I will be going else where

I had an unbelievable, never experienced encounter with Fant and not in a good way. I scheduled my daughter two weeks ago and all went well hence the two stars. When it came time for me and my boyfriend to go this past Saturday, no one was there! We waited 30 minutes because life happens. Others showed up and left. No call, no message on their phone system...nothing. I get that maybe they are not open every Saturday BUT they confirmed appt via text the day before. We are new to the area, drove from out of town and getting used to small town living. This small town open and close when we feel like it is not customer friendly and for the birds!

This is the ONLY PLACE IN TXK WITH NEW TECHNOLOGY THAT SCANS YOUR EYES! After the scans Dr. G explains everything within the SCANS, and then performs the normal routine eye test we are all used to. THIS IS THE BEST EYE DOCTOR I have had living here for over 27 years

Husband went here for an eye exam and Dr Lara May told him he had a detached retina again. We ended up having to go to Shreveport for a retina specialist and found that there was no detached retina so we ended up spending a day and money for nothing.

The Doctor was new, but the service was the same excellent prompt service for the exam.The glasses, however, when they have to be ordered from their out of town lab, have been at least as long as they say it will, but they generally take longer. Not a big factor since I know this, and the timing does not affect me, but if you have anything other than in-house needs, dont use them if you need them quickly. Being my insurance providers choice, I have to, so I learned to work with it.

Went to Fant for a second opinion after being told that I was going to need surgery in about 2 years for cataracts. Was very scared about my eyes as I have very bad vision and am very careful to get the best care that I can for my eyes. The doctor told me that I do have cataracts, but no worse than anyone else my age and might need surgery when I am about 70 or 80 just like a lot of other people, was a big relief. Also have a hard time finding glasses that work for my vision and look good on my face. The staff was very helpful and very patient with me on finding the right pair. I would recommend to anyone that if you need or are not happy with your current care go give them a try. I would bet you that you will never go anywhere else. I have found my eye doctor for the rest of my life, and feel very lucky to have found a company that cares as much as they do. I have found a company that treats me like family and in this day and time that is hard to do, The doctor sit with me and answered every question that I had and never rushed me out like a lot of doctors do, it is a blessing to have found this company.
