Always appreciate the people who work at this CVS! So much easier than trying to run into a big store to get one thing!

If i could give this place zero stars, i would. They need 2 hours to do your medications, and im talking about in the middle of the night when there is noone there waiting in line. They dont care if you need your medication urgent, if you are sick or in pain, they will still take their sweet time. Last time the guy said come after 1 hours to pick ur prescriltion at around 3 am, and when i did go, he still hadnt done it. He was sittingg down and doing something on his phone, knowing thay i would be back to pick up. Terrible place and terrible service

I need a medication that the regular CVS couldnt fill for a couple days and they wont even answer their phone. It is 8 at night!! Not like they are bogged down. So mad AND sick. Cmon!

I am awarding this pharmacy service a one because I cannot give a zero...or more deserving a negative one (-1). DURING the height of rush hour a pharm tech had the pick up window backed up to the street. I waited in line 45 mins while the tech litterally filled several scripts for her friend. At least eight customers left in disgust. When I finally arrived for service I was met with an underwhelming experience. My order was not ready after being called in 3 hours before. Now, sick with pneumonia I have to kill time in the wal mart parking lot to get my meds for my drive out to my country home.My first and last visit.

Its always a hassle dealing with this pharmacy. Its genuinely like they give zero cares to make their customers happy. Most of the time I feel like I am inconveniencing them by getting a prescription filled there. And dont even think about calling them. Youll be on hold AT LEAST 10 minutes and usually longer. Ive had MUCH better experiences at walgreens across the street.

You can hardly get anyone on the phone and that was another pharmacy trying to get ahold of them to get the medicine! The other pharmacy waited almost an hour to get a hold cvs on stateline. This is ridiculous I understand waiting but that is so sad!

Extremely long drive-thru wait times; 30 minutes or more when only having 2-3 cars in the line. Will tell you that prescriptions are ready when they are not and vice-versa. Phone hold times are 20-30 minutes. And the employees have the nerve to be rude.

Very poorly staffed and managed Staff is rude and for some reason they can never meet your healthcare needs after waiting 30 min for pharmacy to pick up the phone just to find out yup just like the months before they dont have the medicine and having to wait on it to come in this is every month like I said poorly staffed and unprofessional HIGHLY RECOMMEND if your visiting or living in the Texarkana area look for somewhere else to take care of you Healthcare Needs .... This place SUCKS...

This place had me doing they job. Poor service! Never again!

I stopped in at 10am this morning to pick up my prescription to be told they was just now starting to work on it. I told them I would come back in 2 hours to pick it up. Here it is 2pm and its still not ready. I had to stand at the register what seemed to be like a very long time before any employee would come over to help me. I understand each employee has their own job duty so why not schedule someone to work just the register. None of the pharmacy employees seem to acknowledge you when you walk in.

DO NOT get any prescriptions filled here. If you would like your life filled with aggravation an never get your prescriptions filled then by all means this is the pharmacy for you. Every occasion that i have had to deal with this pharmacy has been a nightmare. First off they always want to tell me how the doctor has not filled out the correct information and look at me like I intentionally can up there to waste their time. That is right i have nothing better to do then to come harass you because it makes me feel better. Then after what usually takes two days of jumping through hoops and numerous calls to the doctor. Finally the prescription is to their satisfactory you will be informed that it will take at least a hour to prepare (which is reasonable). After about a hour and a half, when you reproach them and think there is a light at the end of the tunnel. They then decide to inform you that they are out of the medicine to fulfill the prescription, not are they out but they have been out for several months. I live about 30 min away for town. So at this point i have driven to this pharmacy at least 3 times. Not to mention that every trip had me standing in their pharmacy for at least a hour each time. So save yourself a huge waste of time and aggravation DO NOT use this pharmacy. Also this has happened on almost every occasion that i have had to deal with them.

I called on the regular line, waited for 12 minuts, and never heard from anyone. I put that call on hold and called the doctors line and immediately someone answered. CVS is very bad about wasting the customers time and acting like they dont have things to do just like the doctor. In total the non-doctors-line call never had anyone answer for over 20 minutes. CVS is very bad at all of their locations. Im swapping pharmacies ASAP

Waited 45min to place the prescription in store, was told it would be 40min.Came back in an hour, was told it would be another 15min. Sitting in the drive thru for 45min now and still havent received my prescription.Pharmacist keeps cutting looks at me every time I ask if its almost ready.Just a few more minutes.Got out of the hospital at 9 and its almost midnight, still no prescription.

Horrible customer service, very rude. Very over priced compared to other pharmacies. Just had my last bad experience with this place. Never again. This location is terrible.

Have been on hold since we left clinic in Ashdown... only one lane of drive through open... we’re 3rd car... got up to window and got put on hold here also... 28 minutes of listening to awful music... I am here for grandchild... I honestly do not know why anyone would ever choose to use this pharmacy.... three cars behind me in line... still on hold with phone and in line...33 minutes now... at 36 minutes they finally answered phone... they then wanted me to bring my type a flu sick granddaughter inside... oh my... go figure...

The worst pharmacy I have ever used. The techs talk about how bad their job is and you can tell they don’t want to be there. I have to use CVS to get the cheapest rates on meds due to my insurance and I live an hour away! So when I confirmed my prescription to be filled three times through text reminder and I get up there to pick it up it hasn’t even been ordered yet!!! I even got the text it had been filled and ready for pick up! They want me to call them and remind them to order it!? Ummmm, no that’s your job. I had to switch to the CVS pharmacy in Target because they had it on hand and state line didn’t and they knew I would fill it. I have borderline needed a anxiety pill to go along with my thyroid medication just trying to get my meds on time so I don’t have side affects from missing my medicine! Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. However, the ladies that run the cash register in the front are very sweet and friendly.

I thought Walgreens across the street was bad but after several months using this CVS I have to say these people are just as rude and incompetent!! I had a presc from my doctor and can you believe not one person there ever heard of it? Its been out for awhile and they were clueless!! The big guy in the drive thru in the evening is dumb and slow and the rest are just rude and act as if you are bothering them. I changed pharmacies today. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Dont go here unless you want to be treated like a thief. I merely asked where the restroom was and one of the pharmacists kept staring at me afterwards like I did something wrong. I complained to the manager but she just shrugged it off.

I have been multiple times to this cvs location late at night and they’re never busy, but for some reason they have the hardest time answering the phone. Ridiculous and crappy customer service. This Cvs needs to be advised on customer service skills.

Auto fill prescriptions with text notification drive through pick up its great.

Doctor faxed prescriptions in around 4:00 I stopped in around 5:30 was told to give them my no# and theyd call me in 45 minutes here it is 8:30 I swing in to pick them up she tells me itll be another hour!

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Pharmacy Techs act as if they are inconvenienced that you have the audacity to ask them a question. Skip them and go to Walgreens across the street.

I’ve been doing business with this pharmacy since the doors opened. I swear I will not do it any longer. The convienence is way overshadowed by the rudeness and poor customer service. I’m done with this pharmacy.

Call prescription in before 12:00 left Nashville @1:30 a hour drive. When to lunch at 3:30 still not ready bad bad service.

Pharmacy went above and beyond to find something over the counter as they were back ordered.

Horrible attitudes, always excuses. It took an hour to have an in store waiting prescription and no one was there at the time. I was the only one waiting and they had two on duty.Then they texted me today to say I had a prescription ready waited in line they claim nothing was there, so I asked for the 800 number and the pharmacist hatefully pointed at the wall and Sid its on the wall if you want it What ever happen to customer service...dont use this store

Don’t use this pharmacy. The pharmacist I spoke to after being on hold 35 minutes was very rude and I couldn’t understand him. Am going to call store manager. Also the pharmacist wouldn’t give me his name.
