Nice grocery store. For a smallish place they had everything we needed and more. The produce was fresh and meat department was well stocked. Pricing was actually very good as well. No complaints. They did a good job for us. Also it was sort of cool to shop for groceries in Arkansas, then cross State Line road and have lunch in Texas!!

I have been here a few times since moving to TK, and there is always someone asking if you need help. Prices arent to bad, and the meats and veggies look good. I dont mind coming here 5o shop. Diverse group working here which is a plus

Great sale on a gourmet box of chocolates.More sales.Everything else is just way overpriced.At least you can buy stamps at Albertsons.Whole book or any amount.

I was extremely disappointed at the lady who was checking out at customer service. I came into the store around 5ish on July 23.. I had 4 items... I think she is the front end manger.. She stated she would take ANYONE with 5 items or less. I had 4 so I proceeded to let her check me out. There was a couple who was behind me. I was not greeted or anything. After she rang me she apologized to the couple that they had to wait on me. Excuse me? She said ANYONE with 5 or less. So because I made it there before them, I did something wrong that warranted her apologizing to them. Now that OFFENDED ME. Dont treat me like thatMy money is just as good as theirs. I could have taken it to the Walmart across the street and no doubt would have paid less. Peter the manager apologized for her, although she should have for her ATTITUDE. Very sloppy customer service. Very. Do BETTER.

Prices are high and didnt have what I was looking for. Will go to Walmart or Super 1 Foods moving forward.

Lady at the bakery took our smash cake order, a simple white frosted cake. We were going to decorate it at home. Today is my daughters first birthday, and we have pictures planned around her cake. When my husband went to pick it up, they didnt have it. The lady working called the other lady that was working mothers day, she asked what she did with that order and I quote I dont knowThis lady deliberately didnt do anything with our order AFTER being rude. Shouldnt have expected much from someone with only three teeth in their head. So I had to pull it together for my baby girl. Thanks for trying to ruin my daughters birthday toothless lady

Bad smell in store almost knocks you over as soon as you walk in. Not enough checkers in the store in the late eveningThere was only one clerk when I shopped there about 6 days ago and social distancing reminders would be nice since the covid numbers are increasing. A customer was standing less than a foot behind me and my young child while waiting in line.

Albertsons is our neighborhood go to store for the products we know, love and trust. Associates are friendly, helpful and always have the answers to our questions with a smile. Thank you Albertsons for being a wonderful family member having grown up with many generations of ours.

Nice product selections, good quality meats, excellent produce dept, and beautiful fresh-cut flowers (which are reasonably priced--arrangements not so reasonably priced.)It is true that their prices are higher than some local competitors, but if you shop their ads, and utilize their app, you can save quite a bit of money.Albertsons closed our favorite location a couple of years ago. The remaining 2 stores are located in less desirable areas, so we dont shop there as often as we previously did. Wish this could be undone.

If you can stand the smell some of their discounts are worth it. Avoid the meat its shelf life once brought home is a day at the least, their veggies fresh are pretty darn good. I havent had a bread problem with this store(mold issues). They do have a great spice selection. Prices on juice, cereal and dairy are at the high end.

Ive been trying since April 27 to get my prescription fill. Today they said the truck didnt show up. I live about 55 miles from texarkana Ar.

Theyre always there to help you and that means alot. Treat you like family and they care about you needs. The atmosphere is always a calming scene. I think they are awesome and I like it like that!!! 😉👍👏

I have been shopping at this location a number of years, I always find this store to be well stocked and the people are very friendly.I read some of the recent reviews about poor service, and I just cant agree. Staff there is always very nice, and tries to be as helpful as they can. Somebody must have caught somebody on a bad day.I will continue to shop at this location, for the reasons mentioned above. I highly recommend this location. And yes, they are taking all the covid 19 precautions seriously.

Everyone of their staff are super helpful, as well as friendly. I also find that their food are fresh & their store are always very clean.

Its okay but prices are usually higher than Wal-Mart and ground beef on sale went bad too early.

The staff is amazing... extremely polite and very helpful. The cashiers are very nice and dont make you feel rushed. They interact with you. Making sure any questions you have are answered. The gentleman I had went over and beyond just being a cashier. He took the time to explain their promotion they are are having about the pots and pans. It was a very nice shopping experience. This Albertsons is on State Line and I can say much better service than the one on 7th Street. I will make the extra drive to go to this Albertsons. Great Job guys!!!

I wish the smell of the meat market didnt somehow carry through the entire store like a fish market. But the meat is fresh and the bakery is good. The aroma is the only off-putting characteristic.

I have shopped at Arkansas Albertsons for years but not after today. The women in the meat and seafood counter was absolutely so rude and acted like she was in such a hurry to do nothing. Especially Not to wait on customers like me. I was spending at least 1000.00 a month in there. No more!!!!!!

Most of the produce was a decent quality. It was somewhat picked over. The butcher/meat department was of a better quality than most in the area. It had a very nice selection of plants.

There 90% very nice yesterday I was checking out and a customer was complaining guess to a s worker she felt comfortable with so I was observing the conversation my cashier was to so she stepped up a seasoned associate a older Beautiful African American woman tryed to comfort the customer. She tell the person your speaking on she said I dont know her but the problem has happened before she said your right tell us so we can fix it I said go back there the associate she felt comfortable with took her. I was glad to see the concern the seasoned associate cared .
