Quick and easy fix! Crushed my phone in my pocket at work, shattered the back glass over the cameras. They ordered and had the glass in 2 days, took care & fixed it perfect in 5min right in front of me.

My entire phone had shut down and i even went to the apple store to go get it fixed, but they couldn’t revive it. i decided to take a chance here, and they didn’t fail to surprise me. my phone is in amazing condition and works very well now. The price was very low, and all the workers were very friendly. i would most definitely come back here!😁

Guy seemed really nice at first. A conversasionist. I wanted to buy a new phone case for my galaxy s9 and I have always used an otterbox. He said he had some and he took it out of the box away from my view and put it on my phone. Let me tell you he took out an exact REPLICA of an otterbox. I didnt even realize it wasnt an otterbox until I got home and noticed the brand name wasnt on the back of the case. I looked at amazon and saw the exact same case he sold me and the brand name is toughbox thats 14 dollars.. I ended up paying a wooping 35 dollars for a case thats worth 14... Im going back tomorrow to get my money back. Will post an update....

Bill fixed my daughters iPhone AND my little boys iPad Air 2. They were both pretty badly damaged and I was concerned they might be beyond repair, but Bill got them fixed up for me and they are working right now I’m thrilled and so are my kids!!!

Worst customer service. My phone was working great just had a cracked screen before I took it here to get replaced. After a day it started to glitch and lose its color anytime I would put it to charge. Took it back and it happened two more times. Called them while they were closed due to covid, said they could replace it when they opened back up. My phone got worse and got two lines running through it and would press random things when I would use it. Would overheat and die really fast. Went yesterday and now they say it’s my fault that it was due to me dropping it when the phone was in perfect condition. Don’t trust these people, they do not know what they are doing

What can I say... these guys really are on another level. About a week ago we were shopping so I stopped by and had them fix my screen on my I phone that was pretty much shattered. They had it fixed in 30 mins and were extremely reasonable on price. They also put a glass protector on the right way with no bubbles. Fast forward a week and my screen goes completely dark but my phone was still on so I decided to stop by right before they were closing.They gave me absolutely NO TROUBLE on why it wasn’t working, they just told me to give them 30 mins, they fixed it in 20 and didn’t even charge me or even try to get me to pay. They put a new screen on and put the glass protector on free of charge. They also hooked me up on an otter box. If you need a repair on your phone come here!!! Very professional and they stand behind their work. Thanks guys!

I got my phone screen fixed here and then had to come back a week later because the screens touch stopped working, they replaced it and then I had to come back a week later again (today) because the top half of the touch stopped working. They claimed water damage which is not true, but still offered to replace the screen for a discounted price of 39.99. And then said 40$ flat. Once I went to pick up my phone when they were finished I’m paying and he was charging me 55$ I asked why and he said 49.99 plus tax which is not what I was told before I left my phone!! I have 2 witnesses with me who were agreeing that he said 39.99 and he asked if i wanted him to pull up cameras and I said sure, but he wasn’t going to anyways. Also I had a glass screen protector on my phone that I had bought from them and they wouldn’t replace it for free with the new screen and I refused to pay for it because I was already upset that I was having to pay for something that was their fault. I am very upset especially because I am a reoccurring customer and I’m so unhappy with the way they treated me. I will never go back again!! And it’s not even about the money it’s the fact that he lied!!

I took my Apple Watch to get repaired three days ago. Need less to say it was never repaired and I had to ask for a refund because they would lie about why they couldn’t get it fixed.

One guy was professional others where not. They all made excuses, just needed my phone battery changed. Had to go 5 times and last time when they changed it they damaged my screen to where I couldnt use the very top. I noticed it before leaving and he said I just needed to give it time it should work by tomorrow. I knew he was lying and just left, too much time and stress to go back there

Got my lcd screen replaced from my s8plus its been one month and lcd is allready going white and loosing color every day.....really expensive i paid over $300 for a cheap lcd they dont use original samsung parts.Do not recomand you guys going there you will get ripped off for cheap after market parts that u will be going back to them to fix it
