Great service! If you go I only deal with the Manager Alyssa Rodriguez ❤️ She is great with customers! Helps get you the greatest and cheapest deals but still leaves you happy with EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT AND NEED!!Ive never had a problem and I absolutely love my metro phone, plan and accessories! No dropped calls, unlimited everything, family deals/plans .. The Manager Alyssa is amazing! Treats everyone like family and respectful! ❤️

Friendly. But when the companies app and website wont accept your credit card and are forced into the store to pay, they either cant or wont waive the extra fee.

The manager and other girl had bad attitude they talk without respect they stole my money and the owner dont fire them, bad service they didnt ask me what plan did i wanted and when i tell the manager to explain to me why it was to much money MY TOTAL WAS $400 for putting a service line only on 2 phones and 2 table that cost 50 bucks and i didnt buy any phone in the store just 2 tables that equals to 100 for both and 2 phones and pay 400 dollar with bad attitude she said ckeck on the recipe thats going to tell you what you paid with the bad attitude and i pay because she wouldnt tell me why it was to much and lie to me about refund i trust them even if they were talking to me really bad i was so calm asking question and they didnt want to explain either one and i never talk to them in a wrong manner. I dont know whats going on with people they dont have respect to people no matter how big or little you are RESPECT is everything. AND THE OWNER OF THE STORE HASNT CALL ME FOR THAT MANNER AND GIVE MY MONEY THAT THIS PEOPLE TAKE FROM ME. I SEE im not the only one that had bad experience in this store and to be honest i want to do something about it even if this cost me more than they take from me because they stole big money from me and lie to me and disrespect me. Treat me really bad that i was crying because when i did go back to the store and try to explain that they charge me more both ladys said we are not going to help her so go and made faces and they were ignore me just because i was trying to get refund and explaining that she charge me more the manager didnt want to admit or check my recipe that was really wrong & she denied services for me in the store .they hurt my feelings honestly

We went on June 15th around 10:30 am. My sister was switching carriers, and was interested in a promo on the companys website. (Switch carriers, bring your number and get a free phone with the $50 plan.) The associate told us her computer said this was only available with the $60 plan. We showed her the promo on the website, yet she still refused to honor it. She said she could only do what her computer said. When asked to call a manager or Metro customer service, she flat out refused. She further stated if she didnt do what the computer said that It will come out of my check. I have kids, and Im not going to mess with my money.What she was doing was the old bait and switch. Its not only unprofessional, and bad business. It is also illegal. We called customer service ourselves, and they agreed with us, but were then left on hold while the rep kept speaking with his supervisor.We finally left, went to the location on Palmer, and got the advertised deal. They were great.The associate at this location definitely needs training and work on her customer service skills. Her paycheck and kids are not a customers problem. I work in customer service as well. Problems do arise, but I would likely be fired for such poor treatment of a customer.

Do NOT hand them your phone!!!I went in for a service upgrade and one of the employees asked for my phone to add Google 1.She was unable to complete the upgrade by did manage to completely REMOVE 3 of my apps from my phone. Never did she ask or hint to the fact that this is what she was doing.The recording of my late sister who passed from leukemia is forever gone.

Texting while helping me. Took 30 minutes to pay a phone bill. And when I asked if she can hurry up she made a ugly face and got mad and started to flip out. I will never come back to this store it was very unprofessional. If I can give a 0 Star I would but sadly I can’t.

Service sucked manager couldnt even keep up with her one staff member who clearly didnt have any experience. left her to complete my order alone when she clearly walked her thru the whole way, ended up messing up my order now I have to wait a whole week for a refund back to my credit card i will be calling corporate too. I will find any other metro pcs to go to they will never get our money again. This place is the worst

On 3/5/2018 I was in K&C Wireless for over 5 hours, due to issues connecting my service. I bought a iPhone 8Plus and decided 1.5 hrs later that I was not happy with it and attempted to return it. A middle Eastern lady refused and said that if I try to return the product then I will lose my phone # (ending in 0000) that I have had for almost 20 years. The lady said that there were no returns as it stated on the receipt (that is in Spanish and I advised the rep that I do not speak Spanish and she assured me it would be ok). I asked for the Corporate office phone# and the middle Eastern lady said she is the Corporate office.I went to TMobile to begin service with them and advised the store Mgr what I went through and that I could not return the phone or I would lose my phone # and there were no returns. The TMobile Mgr asked to see the receipt. I gave him the receipt and he stated that the receipt that I signed for states that I have 7 days to return product. I took the iPhone back and the rep Yari refused to take it. I left the phone on the counter and walked out. I advised her that I will be getting a refund from my Discover card and would not feel right keeping a phone that was not paid for.I will never shop at K&C wireless and thanks to K&C wireless, I would not refer Metro PCS to anyone. However.....before K&C I thought highly of Metro PCS, but K&C changed all of that.

Went in for a charger. The lady yells at me not to rip it off. (wasnt. Just was looking. ) Then instead of checking me out right away she started texting the whole time. Very rude. Horrible customer service.
