Although this store was clean and organized, it seemed too standard compared to other locations; weve seen more local, seasonal and funny items there.

They redesigned the store since the last time I was in (its been a while so who knows how long ago the redesign was) but its so easy to see where everything is and make your way around the store now! Very clean and organized, friendly and helpful staff.

Great Customer Service! We accidentally left our debit card at Olive Garden from lunch, had to have our order suspended and the employees were very nice about it. Luckily, we had another card to pay with...but I know it was a little bit of an inconvenience for the employees and customers behind us. Definitely, appreciate the patience and kindness.

I really like this location because it always seems to have some good stuff on clearance. I gave it three stars because I wanted to use a coupon for a broken clearance item and since I’ve used one before I figured I get a better deal for something broken, the cashier did not want to redeem it and made a big deal about it. Last cashier was lean about it and allowed for a coupon so I was sad that this one made a big deal about it.

Oh wow, they have had an upgrade, the store looks great!!! Spacious, clearly labeled, lots of new products and sections. They accept all coupons and work with you to save you the most money. I absolutely loved visiting today.

Store is still nice clean well stocked and organized best place for quality and variety of home and kitchen goods from higher end to discount goods with large selection.

Linda in the bedding dept was amazing at helping me pick the right bedding for my kids bedroom. She listened to my wants and needs and worked hard at helping me. When she realized that what I wanted was not in stock, she helped me order it online. Linda was very knowledgeable and patient with me and made my experience a whole lot better. The nice gentleman Mr. L at the check out was great as well. Very nice and friendly staff.

I always find what I need at Bed Bath and Beyond. This trip was to purchase a new weight scale for the bathroom. They had a large inventory and stocked well. Took no time at all at the cashier to pay. The price was reasonable also. I will continue to use this Bed and Bath store!

The man that helped me on the floor was a delight. The 1st checker was not helpful even to the point when I asked for an extra bag for my purchase, she just threw it on the counter. The other checker was very helpful and seemed to a great rep for Bed Bath & Beyond. So the gentleman on the floor and the 2nd checker were stupendous. Too bad about the 1st checker she needs to polish her people skills.

Extremely neat and clean; however, I did not find what I needed. Evidently they are still stocking shelves from being closed because of covid.

Overpriced. Selection a little better than your typical big box store. Unless you are searching for a specific item, you can usually find better deals on comparable items somewhere else.

Cashiers play a game of who gets to help you, When you choose they turn away and leave their cashier position And leave you standing there. And then look surprised that you wanted to pay for your items. This has happened 2 times. Then elderly cashier is terse with you. She is glad to take your money and leave but she will not give you a receipt and she will not bag your purchases.. Then shell call out was there something you wanted. If you tell her youd like your purchases bagged she puts on a very sour face. I have had the sad reality of her cashiering twice also. I have met the manager outside several times as she is putting up displays.She was always very nice and positive and then I go inside and get treated so badly. The 2nd star is for your manager.

I reserved a Bridal shower gift and the process was so quick and easy for pick up. I was able to wrap my gifts their in the store for free. Staff was super friendly. This store in The Woodlands rocks!

Cashier was extremely helpful when my online coupon wasnt working right. I would have given 5 stars, but there were some items I was interested in that were not marked so I passed on them and found some good deals anyway. All in all, it was a great shopping experience!

Buyer beware: NEVER buy a gift card from this store! They will charge you the full amount you asked for, then only put a portion if the amount on the card, and when you try to actually make your purchase, they will accuse you of being a liar and a thief when you protest that that isnt the amount the card was for.Edit: Welp, only took them a full month to finally admit they were wrong and let us use the gift card. Still, not one ounce of apology, and the fact that this even happened at all is unacceptable.

I like the big selection of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen products. I can always find what I need there. And theres always a coupon you can use!

Won’t use them after they became political. We try to buy local but chose Amazon to buy our last bug purchase.

My best friend and I went shopping here for kitchen and bathroom necessities for his new apartment. We had forgotten it was Black Friday until we got into the store, but luckily it was not too busy, and they had a lot of the things we needed on sale, as well as an addition 20% discount on our total purchase. The employees were very friendly and helpful, the store was clean and well stocked, and we only ended up spending about $300 on what should have been an over $500 purchase. All in all it was a very pleasant experience, and I would return.

Amazing service today! One of the best visits I had! Marcus was so helpful in directing me to the right pillow. My next purchase will be a mattress topper with memory foam! He was simply amazing and in my opinion went above and beyond to take care of me. I am just thrilled with the service he provided me. This store had excellent service. I came in this morning with my fiance and we were looking to buy 2 pillows. They didnt have the one we wanted on the shelf, but the worker kindly went to the back room and onto the delivery truck to get us our item. Very pleased with the customer service and will return.

Had to return a trash can we got online so we went in store and Rachel helped us out. She was quick and very kind! We went and found a new one real fast and was able to exchange without a hassle.

Felt like an unorganized big box store. Not pleased with selection in any of their departments. Prices arent great, either. I invariably find an item I purchased here for a cheaper price somewhere else. Im told you can bring them evidence and theyll refund you the difference, but who wants to shop for an item 2 and 3 times?? Why dont THEY research current available prices and offer those in the first place?? They do honor all paper coupons, regardless of expiration date. The same does not apply for electronic coupons...if you dont use it, you lose it.

You really cant beat BB&B for what it is, and what it sells. But it does help to get the 20% off coupon. I think I need to check with them, because they quit sending them to my house. Bummer.

Generally a good store with helpful employees, however experiences vary.Our last experience wasn’t exactly the best. Spent way too much time at the register for things that should be easily available and then a bad attitude from the manager for incorrect price being displayed.Had to to take her to the location in store where the deal was mentioned. Once she saw she was incorrect, said she’ll do it that price as if she was doing me a favor. Rude behavior with way too much of our time being wasted.

Their customer service is the best Ive ever come across. I literally buy everything from here. Their products are true high quality, and staff are always very helpful.

When I need something to do with home I usually always find it here however I havent been here in a while...... Most purchases had no price tags making my visit most unpleasant always looking for someone to help in the pricing..... My time is most important therefore this was not a pleasant experience.

My hubby and I went in tonight and were looking for something to cover up our front door window with for privacy. I asked one lady for help and she did not stop until she found us a solution! She got her co-worker who knew a little more on that stuff to come over and talk to us and they gave us multiple options!! I didnt catch their names but they were SO friendly and helpful! Thanks!!

Superb customer service. Everyone tried to render assistance while I was shopping and the manager was very attentive to register lines (which were subsequently not a factor).

Went in to buy new towels and pillows. Marcus was an amazing help. Really educated on which pillows were best for the type of sleepers we are, and then directed us to towels that were on sale because of brand switching which used to be their top product. At checkout the woman was also very nice and helpful sharing with us that we can bring our coupons later with our receipt for the discounts. The only thing I dont like is that unlike the store I shop at in Austin this location doesnt have bath supplies like Dr Bronners and the other natural soaps and products.

Dissappointed that they discontinue favorite scents so often. But a good value on bath items and skincare

I put most of the Christmas items back, only taking a few with me to the cashier.I waited in line like everyone else, checked out, and saw that the Christmas items I had kept were indeed on sale. I mentioned to the cashier that it was strange to be told they werent on sale, only to find out that they actually are.I went to the Customer Service area and asked a manager if one particular item was on sale. She told me, We have to price-check it. I then went to the item on the shelf, brought it to the Customer Service area, and asked the manager to check the price. Mind you, we were surrounded by lots of customers and cashiers. You have to wait in line, she said. I explained that there was no point in waiting in line just to find out a price of an item. She emphatically declared I had to wait in line like everyone else. She implied that I was putting her out and unfairly cutting in line. Never mind the large bag in my hand from my previous purchase not moments ago.Feeling humiliated and embarrassed, I put the item back on the shelf and left.Clearly, customers dont matter.

We found everything we needed quickly an checkout was a breeze. Productive shopping trip.

It was super busy. Workers did their best in helping me find items kin the gift registry. I do miss the free gift wrapping. I am not the greatest wrapper myself.

Overpriced and understaffed. We bought an ergonomic floor mat which provided little support and was a dust and grit magnet. Have bought a few things there but they dont last longer than something youd get at Walmart.

Typical BB&B. Everything you want and dont need. Was asked by an employee if i needed help and he showed me where the product was. All around good store!

Very easy to work with the staff. We returned some registry stuff here and have been in a few times since and even months later, they still work with us for registry exchanges and such. Good selection of things and good prices. There are also always coupons to use!

Good products, return and exchanges take forever. Walmart, Target, and everyone else is faster! Bedbath&beyond is great at everything else they also are amazing at even letting you return stuff after 5 yrs yeah thats awesome! So the only complaint is takes forever to do it expect to at least be there for 30 to 45 min or more!

When I went to return a gift purchased from my wedding registry, I discovered that the original cashier had not removed it from the registry in the first place. Going through the return, because it had no receipt (it was a gift) and because the cashiers original failure to take it off the registry, they would not actually return the item. They were going to put 80% of the items value on a gift card as a return. Thats wholly unacceptable and is an obvious money grab. The supervisor was unwilling to do anything about my obvious displeasure at being robbed of 20% of the return value. I will not be shopping at bed bath and beyond after the wedding. If it wasnt already announced that the registry was at bed bath and beyond, I would be moving that to amazon as well.

Was in there Thursday afternoon 10/3, about 1245 pm . So, Im standing in line trying to get a credit back on merchandise that I purchased last week and didnt have my 20% off coupon at that time. The cashier, Rebecca, was having a conversation with a customer who was leaving. As I walked to her register, Rebecca looked directly at me, and then turned around with her back to me. I stood there waiting for her to turn around. Another customer came to the register and then Rebecca turned around and said to the customer can I help you . I said to Rebecca, maam I was here first. Then the other cashier intervened and said she would take me at her register. When I walked over to the other nicer cashier, she asked me if Rebecca saw me and I responded yes!, she looked right at me, then turned her back. I will be taking this up with Corporate.

Awful customer service....I am a Hispanic female, walked in to make a purchase and as I was walking towards the front to pay, I noticed one caucasian female cashier waiting to assist, she looked at me and didnt say a word. Sad because as soon as a caucasian customer approached the front she was greeted and offered assistance. I found another lane open and Marcia was the cashier. I paid with a 100$ bill and she said, I dont have change for this, do u have anything smaller? I replied, no maam she shook her head and proceeded to give me my change. Her next comment is what offended me. She said, everybody that comes in usually pays with a credit card. Really? I wanted to go off but my daughter asked me not to make a big deal because its the holidays and we are supposed to be full of cheer. That didnt stop me though from writing the review. I strongly believe in treated people the way you want to be treated. And if you cant be nice and respectful dont work with the public. Its that simple. My hard earned money is just as green and valid as the plastic. I wont ever go back to that location.

Isles are crowded and you have to track down a worker to find things. When checking out, be prepared to wait in slow long lines.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, but the store was a little cluttered and unorganized. Said they had items in stock but they were unable to find them. It wasn’t perfect but it was great.
