Wanted to buy a new laptop and Best Buy is usually one of the first places I look. Staffer who assisted me on the sales room floor was helpful and knowledgeable. They did not have the one I liked in stock so they had it shipped to my home. I was told someone would need to sign for it, but instead the carrier just left the package at the door, so that was a little disappointing since that is a valuable package, though I suppose that is really not this Best Buys fault. Am happy with using the laptop so far. Overall it was a good experience shopping here.

Ordered open box item in what they classified as EXCELLENT condition. When I arrived, they brought out a washer with scratches and a dent in the side that looked like it had been kicked in. I was simply told sorry and I could come inside to see if there was anything else I liked. No thank you. Bought another model that they offer from somewhere else and willingly paid a little more. Customer service was non-existent, and the response to their error was indifference, so will not be returning to this store.

Alll things considered, I give this location 4 stars. Yes, the selection is fairly limited in areas, and the prices are higher than are available online at various websites. But Best Buy does price matching, this store location is near perfect, and there is lots of parking. One more huge positive: the inventory they do have is fun to pick up, look at, ask questions about, and even play with a bit.... and take home today without having to wait for it arrive. So all together a 4-star rating for this location.

The floor CSRs are great… not sure what happened with the cashiers. Didn’t bother to say hello, or really anything when I walked up. Had plenty to talk about with each other though apparently… pretty important YouTube video they were watching on their cell phone.But hey, I got what I came for

I would like to thank John from the Geek Squad for his excellent customer service . The moment we walked in and told him about phone problem he right away helped us and explained to us in detail what happened to my phone. He has also shared to us some tips on what type of phone casing that one should buy if you want durable ones.Overall i was at peace when he told us about the diagnosis of my phone problem😁The other customer service lady is Lauren from the apple area. Because of her calm personality and nice approach me and my husband was able to get an ipad😁and she has also helped us choose which or what type of keyboard options that we can get.Keep up the good work John and Lauren! Went to shop for apple products and a google phoneSo got with Eli he helped me get phone I needed. Got a young lady to get phone from the back because they have rules to hold it at counter for you. While I was still shopping when I come to pay my phone is gone. The young lady that told me that she was going to hold phone since that’s rules. Told the guy that he just sold my phone. So she knew about it and let him sale. There where about five workers all together just laughing about it. One of them told me we can’t hold items. It’s four hundred dollar phone. No one in retail will give a phone or anything over 100 dollars to walk around with that’s retail rules.So ask for a manager him or her don’t ever show up.And send me to go buy one in another town and store. Wow I have pictures of them all and should put them out. Just bad day at Best Buy for me.I know people will say what they want. Should have never happen that’s bottom the line.

The store itself was great. They had an amazing range of products and everyone was immediately helpful, that was until I asked for help in the computing section. The associate I spoke to barely wanted to acknowledge me. I had a question about the stock of graphics cards. I mean I get that supply is low but answering me like he didnt want to talk to me at all was the issue I had. All the other associates were great though. Best Buy is always my go to for tech. Their staff is usually very knowledgeable and helpful. I love the quality of the products and rest assure that I am getting a quality product not some knock off. Plus most tech has a 2 week return policy with the usual restocking fee.

Usually, this place is on top of things so Im hoping they were just having a bad day, but the service was essentially non-existent. 2&3 associates helping 1 person at a time. Maybe it was a training day? Whatever was happening, it WAS noticeable. Several associates simply walked past me to go into the rear of the store.Advice: If you ARE training let people know and at least acknowledge them!

Best Buy Geek Squad is the best. Ms. Rodriguez took care of my laptop cleanup an installed Webroot Virus & Internet security plus and I was just a walk in today. It only took her 25 minutes to do it all. I ordered this laptop from Best Buy and they set it up for me I usually make an appointment on line but walk in worked out great. Every one is super helpful and know their stuff. One of only two places Ill use.

You cant beat Geek Squad and total tech support. I highly recommend if you spend more than a couple hundred bucks, you get the service plan. I pretty much buy all my electronics from here. I have a gen 1 version of the Samsung refrigerator with the big touch screen. I bought the five year plan on it and thank God. I have had to have it serviced twice and both times would have cost me over $1200 each time, because the touch screen had issues. It cost me nothing and if it is serviced again, they willreplaceit with a new one. Its paid for itself. I have had similar experiences with a few other electronics from here. You cant count on manufacturers, but having that service pays for itself if everything is covered.

Literally the best but when it comes to Geek squad and installation. I received 2 phone calls, 2 texts and a delivery update last night.What prompted me to write this review is the Tech that called me this morning. He explained exactly when he would arrive and that meant everything to me.Customer service in the store is fair but I really don’t understand why they have a brick and mortar operation. I guess it’s for advertising. They have the same appliances that you see everywhere and it’s all about price. The store help is not really helpful and they are quick to recommend calling or ordering online. I don’t plan on shopping in the store in the future.However, Best Buy online makes it super easy to buy and they stand behind their products.I will buy all my appliances from them in the future but only online.

Im not typically one to buy extended warranties, but I bought one for my smart watch. A few weeks ago, I was doing yard work and took my watch off. I must have fallen.out of my pocket and my wife ran it over when she moved her car. I went straight to Customer Service, they pulled up my account and replaced my watch. They don’t honor online prices, even when already purchased. Drove all the way from Huntsville (45 minutes) to pick up Microsoft office 365 orders. They were on sale online very cheap and I bought 3, I received an email the following day saying orders ready for pickup. Then the manager (assumed) gives a run around about it wanting them to scan this or that and it just made 0 sense; she was tripping over words and what to say that was clear. Maybe I just didn’t understand but in either case they should’ve worked to honor the price as I know they can override the system. Either way- huge huge waste of time and they REFUSE to honor sale price for which I purchased. And no, no restitution was offered for their mistake and wasting my time.

The new layout takes a little getting used to if you were a regular here before the remodel, but everything is pretty easy to find. The staff were eager to help without being pushy. I was able to get in and out in about 10 minutes.

I came to this location a few months ago when my computer wouldnt turn on. Eli and his supervisor helped me troubleshoot and really took the time to work with me and find the best solution for me. It turned out to be the motherboard and we ended up having to replace the whole device on the manufacturer warranty. I really appreciate the extra effort these two took to help me!

Geek Squad lost a customer for Best Buy as a whole. Rude, assumptive and a waste of time.Brought a laptop that had a USB C charging issue. After waiting 35 minutes, was asked if its a quick question, if not Ill need to make an appointment and come back in 7 hours. Was asked stupid questions like, did I try plugging it into the second USB port, or try a second charger.Was then given a list of reasons not to make an appointment, from its expensive, would be out of pocket (assumptive that I couldnt afford it), followed by the statement that they couldnt even diagnose it in store and would need to send it out, and wouldnt even know whats wrong with it for 5 weeks.To Best Buy, teach your Geek Squad to be kind, helpful and informational, period. Hold the judgement and attitude that Im an inconvenience to you. The person I delt with shouldnt have a job in a customer facing capacity, given their horrible communication skills.

Went to Best Buy this last weekend (3/14/2021) looking for a new TV as our newest TV was from 2009. (Panasonic plasma and Still going strong) However the plasma TV is power hungry and puts off a lot of heat. Also wanted something larger. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to guide us to the tv that has the features we were waiting in a new TV. Brought the TV home that night, mounted it on the wall in place of the plasma. Wow is this thing thin. Does not put off any heat. And wow we are still amazed at the picture detail and the vivid colors. Very happy with the purchase. Hopefully this TV will last as long as the Panasonic TV did....

Curbside pickup at this location is amazing. They are so fast and efficient! Whether Ive been there when it is relatively slow or the Monday after Black Friday, they move quickly and get you in and out in a short time. Their teamwork at curbside pickup is superb. Shopping online was made easy. I ordered the needed Chromebook and within minutes I received a message to pick up my purchase.This Bestbuy is located in the heart of The Woodlands, Texas. It is just off I-45. The store has a purchase pickup area. Instead I went inside. There I was met with greetings. My purchase was ready to go.Needing an additional item, I wandered around the store. An employee noticed me searching for a special cord and promptly led me to the correct area. She checked me out in the same area. Polite, courteous, professional, and attentive, Prinn made the experience effortless.This Bestbuy is beautifully located and is a very clean store. Five stars and highly recommended for the service that comes from its employees.

Only issue, and I know we went in 20 minutes before they closed, but still, there were store employees walking around us as if we were not there and we just wanted to purchase the system mentioned above.Finally, a pleasant young man asked if he could help us, 10 minutes later and over $600.00 worth of VR system with accessories later, all were happy.

Ordered an item online for pickup and was told it was not in stock so ordered cancelled. Found a like product, ordered and had my wife go out of her way to pick it up. Upon entering the store, she found out they had not pulled it yet (4 hours after ordering). When they went to pull it, no stock on that item either. I asked for anything close as they were showing stock on other brands. No luck. This is why people are moving toward Amazon. Tried to shop local to support local business and this is what I get. Amazon will have it at my door tomorrow for a lower cost including shipping.

The Magnolia team here is true responsible and dedicate themselves to providing great customer service. The Manager for the Magnolia center solved a problem not even caused by their department persay but involved the Magnolia center. He resolved a problem that took us 10 months to find anyone to provide a resolution. They are 30mins out from me and I still make the effort to go out there. My second favorite store to Copperfield. This Bestbuy store has an abundance of products for every department necessary to make your home and personal electronics.

I was in this store for about 10-15 mins trying to find a specific adapter and not once did anyone bother to ask me if I needed help or point me in any directions. I finally was able to talk to someone and he basically told me I should try going to one of the stores at the Woodlands Mall because they didn’t have that specific adapter. If I’m in your store why do you think I’m there? You’re the biggest tech/electronics retail store out there, I’m coming to you because you’re the most likely to have it.The least you could’ve done was ask if I needed help and told me you didn’t carry that adapter instead of have me waste 10-15 mins wandering aimlessly.

When i go to best buy i usually know what i want, im used to having to walk around and wait to for someone to get to me for what seems like a very long period of time, I always feel like im not a priority when i go to other best buys. But the customer service here was outstanding, everyone here was extremely fast helpful from selecting my surface to checking out, not once did i feel like no one wanted to be bothered with me. it was a 20 min longer drive than the one near my home but i will be returning to this location.

There is no way to talk to a live human!!!! Very frustrating. Whatever department I asked for I was put on hold for 10+ minutes. No matter how many times I tried calling back for different departments. This should be completely unacceptable for a consumer driven business. I even said MANAGER!!! and still got the continuous music and HOLD. I will never buy another thing from this business. It’s now been 15 mins for the 3rd time I called. You can’t tell me even one operator couldn’t answer a call in that length of time. Finally got a live person to answer but they work remotely not even from the store! Really?!
