Made an appointment online before they opened today for 10:30, it is now almost 2pm and they still said its going to be a few more hours. My tire is flat I can not take it anywhere else. This is for a simple flat repair. Just be aware that the appointments online do not mean anything.

One of the worst experience of my life, went there for a simple alignment service for a small car you wouldn’t expect for them to charge such at outrageous amount. Expected to get good and efficient customer service. Unfortunately got the complete opposite waited three hours for my car and when I HAD TO ASK for a status they tell me the employee was going to lunch and was going to take care of it after it. Honestly what a joke to make yourself call a business.

Panther Creek Goodyear are awesome! I have been taking my cars there for 10+ years and they are always friendly, honest and helpful! I have never had a problem getting in and out quickly and with problems solved!

Never had any issues before today but an employee outright lied about a dent in my oil pan when there was none - trying to get an extra 600 dollars out of me today. we checked the car ourselves at home. no such dent existed. and when we asked to speak to the mechanic- the employees became very nervous and suddenly the mechanic was out on a test drive. shady as hell. will use the warranty service I already have but never coming back after that.

Had a check engine light, it was determined that it was just a cylinder missfire from some non-ethanol gas. Goodyear reset the check engine light and there was no charge since nothing wrong. That is good customer service right there. I’ll be back.

Toby, the manager of this location, and his team took great care of me and my vehicle. After hitting a curb, blowing two tires, and cracking both rims, Toby went on a nationwide search to help me find replacements. Not only did he find them, but he helped me get a deal on 4 OEM replacements for the cost of one from my vehicle dealership. In short, I’ll do business with Toby and team again, and encourage others to do the same.

Not trust worthy. The told me that there part is 10% markup when in fact is 100% markup. I know this because the mechanic left the invoice from the auto part shop at the front desk and I snap a picture of it. Also the bill said they replace both part of the tie rods when they replace only one. I know this because I marked both parts prior to go to there shop. Stay away from them. Crooks

Fantastic service! I stopped in yesterday with my 7 month old because I found a screw in my tire. Unfortunately, due to its position, the tire wasnt repairable. Mark worked with me to find the best tire for my needs. As luck would have it (or not), my remaining 3 tires were wearing and needed to be replaced as well. Mark never pressured me into getting the other 3 tires. He explained my options and let me mull it over. When I selected the tires, he explained that he would need to have the tires brought over from the warehouse and let me know this would take a few hours. He spoke with the manager (who was also very pleasant but I didnt get his name) and offered to ride back to my house to drop me and the baby off and bring the car back, so we werent waiting around all day for the car. I think any parent would understand how grateful I was for this offer.Throughout the process, Mark kept me in the loop with regard to how long the installation would take. Unfortunately, they were understaffed and had to keep my car overnight but he made sure I was okay with that before keeping it.I wish I found this place sooner! Definitely recommend!

Sales people should be cautious about what they say infront of customers. You should not tell a customer that there repair can be done at 10 am and call and ask them to come at 2 because they dont have workers. I dont know how many times you need to tell them you need to get on the road home. That you dont want to wait around all day

There’s definitely some discrimination going on over here, for a business in such a high volume area you would expect for equality to be a value. Unfortunately that’s not the case in this business or Texas.

The people who work at this location are friendly, helpful, and professional. As a LYFT driver I need my car to earn my money, and they diagnosed the problems quickly and got me back on the road with little lose of time.

Went in to get my tires rotated. The front desk lied to me and said my brake fluid was black. I ended up flushing it myself only to see for myself that it was still clean. They also claimed I needed new wiper blades even though they worked fine, made no noise, and passed inspection.I decided to get new tires anyway, since my GoodYear All-Season tires were about to be under the legal limit after only 15k miles. GoodYear refused to give me the pro-rated warranty because I didnt have the old paper receipts from every rotation I did. I clearly had them rotated regularly given the even treadwear among all four tires.The straw that broke the camels back was when they refused to change the oil on my mothers car based on the owners manual but instead wanted to use Valvolines guidelines. Sorry, but Id rather listen to the vehicle manufacturer since their engineers made the vehicle.My parents and I were consistent customers for over a decade, but something recently changed. GoodYear is only focused on deceptive upselling these days. Look, Im paying for the convenience of not doing some of this stuff myself. At least check the condition of what youre trying to replace before trying to upsell me.I will now drive the extra distance to give my business to TireLink. Tire and lube shops are everywhere at lower prices and better customer service, and I hope that in the future, this GoodYears customer service will return to a respectable level.

This must be what royalty feels like. In and out oil change in 30 minutes, pulled my car up for me, gave me quotes on brakes and they had those individual insert coffee machines. My new go to.

I had to go this specific Goodyear location twice in two weeks because the tires I had previously installed on my vehicle (not from Goodyear) were not installed properly, were of horrible quality and within a month I had two slow leak on my back left and right tire and right after Goodyear fixed the leak in my back right tire I had a huge blow out on my left tire and ANTHONY the general manager was so nice. He went through all the tire selections for my vehicle and explained in detail the pros and cons to each one thoroughly. He was very professional and I was in and out of there in a timely manner considering it was a Sunday afternoon that I went in and they only had a skeleton crew working. I would highly recommend this location and all Goodyear stations if the management is like Mr. Anthony.

I scheduled an appointment for tire rotation, left the car for 3 hours and they called at 4:30pm to say three different mechanics could not find the key box for the wheel lock. I went to pick the car up and the manager walked in with the box saying it was in the glove compartment all along. Said it was too late to do the rotation, they were all going home at five and i would have to take it back another day. How can three mechanics that work in a tire store not see a 4X6 inch box in the glove compartment of a car? Would not trust these guys to put a tire on my care ever.....

Terrible service. Took over 2 hours for an oil change. They ended up unplugging stuff for no reason and my check engine light came on. And way overpriced. I’ve been to many Goodyear’s before and it’s never been that much

A few weeks ago I purchased tires at Goodyear in Panther Creek. The manager had a video of my bent rim on the balancer and told me I needed a new $490 rim. I told him that didnt seem possible, I hadnt hit anything. He insisted. I was in a hurry to check out and left. Took my car to Firestone to get an alignment the next day and asked them to inspect and put my tires on the balancer to see if I had any bent rims. They found no issues at all. That guy could have sold me $600 in spark plugs, I needed that. Instead, he tried to lie to me and sell me a rim I didnt need. Extremely frustrating.

I dropped my vehicle off at 12:30 on a Sunday and was told it would take a maximum of three hours no longer I went back at 5:30 and was told it would take 30 more minutes before my vehicle is ready. Unacceptable.

Came in at the end of the day with a flat attributable to a nail embedded in one of my rear tires. Met with Kevin, who promptly and kindly greeted me at the front of the store. Great sense of humor and customer service. Fixed her up with a patch in the 45 minutes they quoted me. Upon checkout, Kevin suggested I replace both rear tires given the state of tread (he is absolutely right about that), smiled, and said we were square. I was NOT expecting this to be a free service, so that combined with his general courtesy and speed made for a very happy repair experience. Thank you so much, Kevin and GoodYear!

Id give 10 stars if I could. Ive been working on my truck for the last week and ran into a few issues I could not take care of myself. I was in and out of there 3 or 4 times taking care of issues and Mike, Tim, and Toby were absolutely fantastic. The level of professionalism and competence they displayed along with the Techs involved including Alfred were beyond reproach. Excellent customer service, expeditious timing, and a different level of patience with me in figuring out the best avenues to approach situations is rare to find in this industry and this location nailed it. Its a typical auto repair store. Its hard to see from the main road as there are trees around it. That gives the area of woodsy feel. the parking lot is large and wide and easy to park. They were very helpful. I needed some air in my tires. They had me go around back and a person came out and checked all the tires and put air in the ones that were needed. It was very fast and efficient and the tires all looked like there are put up to the pounds they should have. It was my first time here and I will come back again. I highly recommend this to anyone. Leave me a thumbs up if you like my reviews.

Arrived at 7 a.m. on a Saturday when they opened and the manager Toby was very friendly and professional. He quoted me prices for the warranty and the alignment of 4 tires I purchased online. The process took a bit, but it was expected because he quoted me a time estimate. Very knowledgeable! Will definitely be back!

I have taken my truck to Goodyear for oil changes the past 40 thousand miles. On my last visit, Mike informs me that the threads on my oil pan are stripped. On a steel pan, this is ONLY achieved by over tightening or cross threading. He proceeds to give me a quote for $778 to REPLACE the pan, when It is in fact FIXABLE. (I was never offered the obviously cheaper repair)Upon questioning, he claims to have changed the plug once already but failed to notify me, that the new plug stripped as well and that it would be $10 to replace that one. He asks me if for any reason would like to keep the stripped plug, to which I reply no.Dissatisfied and suspicious of the situation I call Goodyear customer service. Customer service reaches out to Mike, who then claims to have never changed the drain plug and to have given me the old plug in a box. BLATENTLY LYING.Anyone who speaks with Toby or Mike of this Goodyear know that they are severely lacking in customer service and general politeness. Until this incident those flaws were admissible because I was under the impression that they were good mechanics. Since then, all credibility has been lost with Goodyear.Hopefully my insight can save others the time, money, and inconvenience of enduring the results of a bad mechanic and establishment.

Phoned asked if I could have my tires aired up and said come on and no charge. Walked in and immediate helped.

Early morning, I found one nail stuck on side wall of tire. I went to install 2 tires (previously purchased on Amazon) for my car. I ask for one time tire balance and installation, Manager quote me $95.06 for 2 tire installation cost only. In my 30+ years visiting many different auto mechanic shop, No store charge me WHOOPING $95.06 for two tire installation. Under the hazardous circumstance, I didnt want to drive around with nail stuck on side wall of my tire. I agree to the service. However, I will NEVER coming back. Read the YELP review, this store is NOT 3.9 STAR shop.

Daughter went in for new tires, with no issues, and leaves with a tire pressure sensor issue that Goodyear (specifically the manager Toby) stated they had nothing to do with. Proceeds to tell her to take it to the dealership and get it fixed. Toby goes on to tell me he’s the best tire pressure person in the Greater Houston area for Goodyear.....& as a consumer that should scare you off from all Goodyear tire shops. Nothing better than going in to get new tires, only to be saddled with a new problem, because the “best” flubbed up. Thanks for nothing!

I took my tire into Goodyear to patch a hole from a nail stuck into my tire. After they patched it and I went home, it was already flat again about 5 hours later. The next day I took it back and they patched it again. As I pulled out of their driveway to head home, I could hear the tire hissing in the back. So once again I took it back in and I thought they finally mustve gotten it right on the third time. How wrong I was.Two weeks later on the way to downtown Houston my car was driving funny so when I arrived at my destination I was shocked to find that the tire had a large bulge in it and the metal under the treading was starting to show.This is how Goodyear turned a simple tire patch into a whole new tire.PS. The timing belt estimate was $900! Talk about a rip off. I got it done two miles down the road at another shop and saved about $500

Sent my son in to get his first oil change over the weekend. What happened was pretty shocking. They claimed to have ran our car tags/vin and that they were registered to a different vehicle. Not true and why would they even try to check? Then they proceeded to offer $600 worth of not needed repairs, like flushing the fuel system. To top everything off, soon after getting home the engine light comes on, they had not connected back a vacuum hose back to the intake/mas. Sloppy and deceitful.

I usually have great service there but today I came in early for my appointment only to be told we tried calling you. My car wouldnt be seen for hours because they had to repair a different flat tire, my flat tire was not as important. I wouldnt care except that Goodyear is quite far from my house. This location will never receive my business again. I purchased my tires from Goodyear but take your business to discount tire they will patch and rotate your tires for free.

Normally dont write reviews but had such an exceptional experience, I felt compelled to do so. Came in yesterday afternoon at 5pm due to a flat tire experience on I-45 due to a sidewall blowout. Luckily, they had the right tires that I needed in stock. Lugnuts for my Ford Focus had swelled but due to the exceptional store managers knowledge of this systemic issue with the lug nuts that Ford used, they had purchased a 19.5 mm socket to remove these and get me back on the road within 40 mins. A true lifesaver on a Sunday when most tire shops are closed. If you go to this store, you will not be disappointed

My family takes all of our cars here and have done so as long as I can remember. Theyre fair, honest, and sometimes Ill literally wait until Im visiting the area to bring my car here rather than somewhere more local to where I live. Never had any issues.It can be tough finding a new place to trust with your car, but I would recommend you give this place a shot.

Went in for a tire repair. The gentlemen who addressed me immediately jumped to the conclusion it was going to be difficult. He took one look and said that the nail in my tire was too close to the rim and nobody would repair this, only maybe a small independent shop. I have had experience with tire repair places before Like Les Schwab in the Pacific Northwest and they do fix these kind of repairs. He would not mind selling me $400 worth of tires though. I was most taken aback by his lack of customer service skills and just not being nice and welcoming. Went to Discount Tire on I45, took care of the issue. Amazing service, super friendly and free! They got a new customer and GY Woodlands did not.

I have a s.u.v I purchased from a Subaru dealer and it came with brand new good year tires i went to this good year center because some thing its wrong with my front tires I know my tires came with a Warranty of 80.000 miles but when I was trying to get my tires fix the person at the front counter told me that because I did not buy my tiresfrom his place. I THOUGHT THEY WILL HONOR THE WARRANTY AFTER ALL THE GOODYEAR NAME ITS ON THE STORE FRONT.

I took my truck in for a regular oil change and asked them to look into why the check engine light was on. That would have been the opportune time to say it will cost 109.00 to look for the problem they said nothing about the cost involved. They did call and say it was most likely a bad gas cap and the price to chance the cap. Never mentioned in addition to the 109.00 dollars. When we went to pick the truck up the guy didnt even have the customer service skills to remove the straw he was chewing on from his mouth. Wont be back! So long Goodyear!

Both people I talked to were rude. I had two tires with sidewall cracks on my fleet vehicle. One was flat. They patched the flat one, didnt do anything with the other, and the next day the patched tire was flat again. When I noticed the tire was losing air on the same day it was patched I popped in and was told that they could maybe squeeze me in at noon the following day.

I got a coupon for a $19.99 oil change, after calling to make an appointment, I was upsold to a synthetic blend for $10 which is okay. Whats not okay is waiting for over an hour for the oil change. Then the guy tried to get me to spend a $110 on a fuel system cleaner showing a dirty Q-tip that had obviously been displayed before. It could have been legit, but after hearing the up-selling on other customers, Im thinking these guys may be on commission...
