I was driving down the road with four kids in the car. Ran over a bolt and it got stuck in my tire. Drove to Discount tire stressed with a bunch of kids and a 2.5 hour wait. Sales guy told me they werent going to be able to patch my tire and it would be 200$ just for the tire. I just left another discount tire the day before from getting a tire replaced. I was overwhelmed and upset. After my aunt who was with me went inside and talked to them they rushed me in got me set up and were actually able to fix my tire. Thank you so much to Alex and the guy that were able to patch my tire for free and also removed air from the passenger side so they would all be even. Highly reccomend if you have any issues with the sales guys trying to tell you something wait to talk to the guys that know what they are doing. Thanks Ryan for seeing a woman with children and deciding to try to make a sale instead of helping and adding unnecessary stress on me. Thanks again to Alex for the help and the guy that patched the tire that I didnt catch his name, he did an excellent job!

Price gouging from Discount Tire. On 3/8/2021, I was charged $87.25 to dismount 4 old tires from wheels and mount/balance 4 new ones that I brought in loose. Today, 10/22/2021, I was quoted $115 for the same service instead of around $44 that I was expecting on a set of two wheels/tires! I double checked with 2 managers on the pricing and mentioned that it was much higher than I was charged on past visits.Needless to say I left without purchasing the service and I wont be returning since the price inexplicably increased by 263% only 7 months later!There is another tire shop nearby that will do the same service for around the same price that I paid back in March so Ill just use them.

Discount Tires did a tread inspection after 18 month purchase on these Michelin XLs...These stick to the pavement wonderfully and the customer service is A1. They stay busy but make sure youre accommodated within a reasonable time. Appreciate the personable staff as well. Thanks for making sure I am safe!!

Simply amazing service! This store is doing everything right, it was very refreshing to see business operate so efficiently. I bought my tires on their website, got a call once they were at the store, they followed up with me the next day to confirm my appointment. I was able to go in a day early and they got me out of the store in about 25-30 minutes. (Changed out four main tires, and my spare). The staff there is doing a great job.

I was treated with respect and kindness. :) They helped me find the best tire for my car and budget. Im very happy with my service. Idk the managers name but he stopped by the lobby to talk for a minute. The experience as a whole was enjoyable and I will definitely be back.

Service was quick and there was no appointment delay. They honored their service warranty without issues. Prices are fair.

Coming into the store they tell you theyll be right with you. Immediately you get text messages telling you there are 5 in front of you so stay close. 40 minutes later an employee comes over and tells you itll be another 2.5 hours until they can rotate your tires. Then they become combative when you complain about the number of people that came in after you that went before you. This company used to be awesome but now is on my places to avoid list.

The location is not good but the staff was very good. My only real complaint would be that when you spend this much on new tires it would be nice if they cleaned them when they were finished. Walking out to look at your $1k worth of tires and them being filthy is a letdown. The extra few seconds it would take would massively improve the shopping experience.

The fantastic, courteous and overwhelmingly professional customer service I received there from one of the several whip-smart young employees manning the desk and consulting with me on what’s best for my vehicle was unexpected from a tire shop.All other shops I have visited are filled with irate customers in the waiting room, unclean lobbies abd a dismissive customer facing attitude from all employees.10/10 this is the only Discount Tire location I will use. ** oh and if you book and pay online there’s a discount that was(is?) still going on!Happy hunting!

Would give this place less than one star if possible. Dropped a lexus off to have 2 tires installed. Picked the car up with damage to the front fender. They denied doing the damage, and conveniently didnt have cameras to see anything. The manager on duty that Saturday was apathetic and rude as hell. Would steer very clear of this business.

Bought 4 new tires at this location back in 2018, but it turned out they installed two 2-year old ones, which ran out much faster than they should be. Most tires are good six years from the date of manufacture, I paid full price only to get 2/3 of the usable life. Shame on me for having trusted them that much.

Great customer service...didnt feel rushed, but the work was quick. The wait was miniscule. I made appointment last night for 815am today. FYI...always make appointment online. Arrived 10 minutes early for Lifetime Rotate/Balance after about 8k miles. Front to back on request. Tire pressures perfect per Lincoln. Tires marked for correct placement. Center caps and air caps not left off (youd be amazed it has happened before at other places). I left my phone on a chair out front while I was standing at the other end of the lot. An employee came and asked if it was mine. Phew. Upon finishing up, they gave update and asked which direction I was headed to give me the best exit route. They then parked my car in that direction. Was there from 805am to 828am. Great Job.

Im from NY had some issues with the tires on the way down to Texas. Called and made an appointment. My experience was nothing short of specular. Friendly service. Helpful in and out in less then an hour. Highly recommended.....

It won’t allow you to leave zero or negative stars otherwise that is what this place would get. They quote you one time and instead you end up having to wait over three hours to get something done that takes a maximum of 20 minutes to do. Will NEVER come back to this location and Will definitely file a complaint with their corporate office.

Truthfully I had stopped going to this location back in 2019 after a couple of not so great visits. They in my opinion lacked customer service. However needed to get somewhere quickly this pass Monday and so I stopped in. Wow what a difference. From the young man that checked me in all the way to check out. Friendly, helpful, professional and it could be seen in all of the employees I encountered. I would highly recommend.

Great store. I have been here a few times to replace or fix my tires. Everyone in the store is nice and welcoming. The mechanics staff are pro and efficient. This morning I got low pressure due to a nail in my tire. Their staff fixed it for free. I was told that Discount Tire fixes road hazard for free like nail, adding air etc. Once again, nice and trustable store. Would recommend to my friends with no doubt👍

Unlike Firestone, they care about your time and get you in and out quick. All 4 tires replaced in 30 minutes even though they had a busy lobby.

Made an appointment on line with the wrong store but that didn’t seem to bother them at all. The balanced and rotated my tires in short order (45 minutes). I buy ALL my tires here. I have never had issues and they price them fairly. 10/10 recommend

Completely incompetent people that dont honor their contracts. They refused to rotate my tires that are supposed to be rotated for free with road hazard protection. Ill never use discount tire ever again

Usually use my local Discount Tire but I picked up a nail in my sidewall & pulled in 20 min from closing. They replaced my tire under warranty no questions asked & had me out of there in 30 min.

Jaren went out of his way to help me on a very busy day, excellent customer service skills! I was leaving after waiting for almost 2 hrs but he personally took my car and replaced my tire. The crew worked non-stop the entire time I was there, very busy location.

Good products, but poor customer service. The preppy guy with beer gut is the worst. But 1 great employee, Ryan is very friendly, helpful and doesnt overcharge. Ask for him when you go. Tall, white guy with blondish hair. Hes super helpful. The rest need customer service training.

I was driving on I-45 in the rain when my tire pressure light came on. Usually its just an annoyance because a tire needs a pound of air (its a Honda, lol) but since you never know..... I quickly Googled Discount as I have a warranty there. Plus, they will fix your tire even if you didnt purchase from them for free. Luckily I was less than 2 miles from one. Whew. I did the quick air check but he recommended 1 tire get checked. Yep, the annoying tire light was useful as Id picked up a nail in the sidewall and needed a replacement. Fast, courteous, professional service is what I found at this location.So glad you were here when I needed you. Thanks Discount!! 😊

We have been using Discount for as long as I can remember. They usually don’t have the tires we need in stock so they order them and notify us when they are in for install. Now they require you to make a trip to the store to pay for them before that order them. That’s very inconvenient, you should be able to pay over the phone.

The Discount Tire Reservation System performed well, as advertised. The service was excellent as usual. The service bays were busy, but time waiting for service was very reasonable. The staff emptied the almost full show room, by the time my tire service was complete. There was another wave of customers entering the building as I was leaving. Definitely 5 Star!

Do not come here unless you have an entire day to waste waiting at Discount Tire or make an appointment. An hour over my estimated completion time (which was already a 2.5 hour wait)and money taken......and my car still has not been touched. After asking, they then told me 30 more minutes.......well, it has been 30 more minutes and my car still hasnt been touched. Waste of my entire day with no respect to customers time or obligations. Their estimated time of completions mean nothing here. Maybe some coffee or water could also make the tremendous wait easier. Just plain worst customer service ever.

Horrible customer service. I was one of the first customers to drop off. They told me it was going to be an hour and a half. I walked to the barbershop. Got my haircut. Walked back. It had already been an hour in a half and my vehicle had not even been touched. As I sat there I witnessed new customers jump in front of me. I asked whats going on and kept getting the same answer. 2 cars ahead of mine. 2 hours later and they barely started working on mine.

Good mechanics but poor service. They locked my keys in my car and they charged me for their unnecessary extended warranty. I didn’t ask for a warranty and I did not agree to it.

This discount tire is the best in the area. Its a little further then another from be, but they always take the best care of my wife and I. They get you in and out and dont take more time than needed.

Fantastic service; we’re from out of state a d picked up a screw in the sidewalk of our brand new tire. They got us in immediately even though it was 5 minutes before close and promptly had us back on the road! Highly recommend their services!!

Would have given them 5 stars but there was one employee wearing his mask around his chin & customers without masks were being waited on. Love discount tire. I just wont be back to this one!!! Didnt mind the 2 hour wait...they were very busy when I got there. At the 3 hour mark I asked how much longer it would be. Turns out it was ready in 2 hours like they promised...they just didnt tell me. This caused me problems at work for no reason. Too many discount tires around for me to risk it here again.

Took a little longer than hoped to get started due to technical problems but the service was great, Mason was extremely helpful and helped solved the technical issue as fast as possible and did everything he could to help get me the tires I needed.

I walk in to buy 4 new tires, but they only have 2 in stock. No problem, they say theyll call me when theyre in. Never got a phone call, but hey its crazy times so I give them a call a couple days later and theyre in.I drop my car off, and yet again they never bother to call me to tell me when its ready. Been a customer for 15 years and had the same phone number the entire time, and when I let the guy know no one called he blames it on fat fingers messing up a call. I just wish I noticed they left two of the tire air caps off before I left. Completely unprofessional.

I like that you can go into a company like discount tire and get old school service where they take care of you. I went to two tire places before I came to discount and both places teenagers where running the front on there cell phones and they understood nothing about tires. I come over to discount tire where you have adults that know about tires taking care of you. They always have a good selection on tires. I will be back for my tire needs in the future.

This is convenient to my move around area, but the staff is slow, not time efficient with there customer service, or job duties. Waited and waited 3 tires put on. Need to make sure of quality of there service installs, had to good to another location for correction of service.

Alot of places give you alot of excuses and add on charges. Its hard to find people that genuinely care about the customers well being. And I felt that way about this place until I talked with Brad. I had great customer service. Friendly staff. HOWEVER. The level of disregard for this pandemic! The amount of people who walked in and out of the establishment and stayed in with NO MASK was alarming. Texas this is embarrassing. This is why we will be driven into a very long lock down. This level of ignorance was astounding. The reason for the one star is that there were also staff with no mask or masks hanging off. I never saw an associate ask a client to comply with the mandate. I understand there are people who don’t believe in COVID-19. But have some respect. There are people who have immunodeficiencies or high risk relatives. DISGUSTING AND EMBARRASSING TEXAS.

Did not even hesitate, just did the right thing, another reason I will continue to be a long term customer of Discount Tire and this specific location.Had flat repair - was told chrome on my wheel had pitted causing leak - made sense in that 185k miles on car - but repair made to wheel did not hold as flat again next day - found wheel that would fit at another Discount Tire and replaced wheel - unfortunately, flat again next day so went back to my go to location - turned out to be issue with sidewall on tire after all - Discount Tire did not hesitate, immediately replaced my tire at no cost to me.Sure a little inconvenienced, but very happy to see again always dealing with professionals and strong company ethics when deal with Discount Tire.

I took my brand new 3 month old 2019 Toyota highlander to the dealership yesterday, where the guy told me my tire was (Which had a screw in it- which went straight through) NOT repairable. And my new tire was going to be just under $300. Told me I didnt have any other option. So i Had them put the spare on it, and I took my highlander to this discount where the gentleman looked at me like I was crazy that they wouldnt fixed it. We were in and out within 30 minutes with my tire fixed and drivable. Fast service. Great customer service before and at time of service.Thanks discount! I will be coming back when my baby is ready for a new set of kicks!
