I liked the fast turnaround of my project especially in these crazy Covid times. Plexiglass is hard to come by but I think Fast Signs got it and finished the project as quickly as possible. I took care of everything by phone and e-mail so I only had to go to the store front to pick up the finished product.

Great service!I went in on a whim to see if they can fix an error another sign company in Conroe had made on one my my ball players pennants (after they told me they couldnt fix it and had to print another one ) and they not only fixed it super fast but they didnt charge me for it.Jessi and her team were a awesome. I received my two sided box sign about 4 or 5 years ago. About a year later, I noticed some discoloring on one side. I called FastSigns, and was told, it was a defect and they would take care of it, which they promptly did. I was also told the opposite side, showed no defects at that time, but if I ever noticed any similar issue, they would replace it. Just this summer, I noticed the same issue. Truthfully, I thought I would be told it was beyond warranty, due to the age. When I sent an email, I received a response, that they did have notes confirming the prior issue and would replace it. Defects happen, mistakes happen, but this company goes above and beyond to try to make sure the work they produce is quality. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Ordered two posters done in PS. On the first, their rip didnt knock out the background; the printed foreground picture looked like it had a giant watermark on it in the shape of my background pattern.
