Theres no doubt these are nice people, however they messed up my kids name twice.. he lettered in Academics and Powerlifting his freshman year. He was so bummed when I picked it up the same way we refused it the first time. Do better!!! Whether people pay the extra money to add the glitz or glamour. Our kids work hard for their accomplishments! If we wanted the additional L in his name we wouldve given it to him!!!

Everyone was very friendly even though I was late with my payment they called me multiple times and texted to make sure I got the jacket I wanted. They are a small office so for them to text and call every one of the students shows they really care. They also created a YouTube video to explain the process of ordering your jacket online just in case they are closed, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Awesome people. Great customer service. Michael and another tall guy (I forgot his name) are awesome and very helpful. No clue what we were doing and they helped us right through the process! Thank you guys!!

They never return calls and they have difficult hours. The hour they have online and on their phone are incorrect.

We ordered the jacket since September and they committed to deliver the jackets by November, in November they told my son it would be ready before Christmas and today they just told him it will come after Christmas. We were hopping to have him using his jacket during the winter time, but this company is pushing it back every time, I hope they don’t push it back up to summer time!!!

I confirmed with Haley that someone would be at the office today, during the one (1) hour they are open on Friday (2-3pm). I was there at 2:23, and the office was closed. I tried emailing, and calling, and still have not gotten a response. They have my sons Lettermans jacket, and I would like to pick it up, but their hours are ridiculous, and it seems they arent there, even during their posted hours.

Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. I would have rated it 10/10 if I could have.

This company is a joke. I went to the address listed on the Order form said they open at 10am I got there at 1040 there where 2 others waiting no one was there no one answers the phone. I finally googled the company name to find another number listed called it and a recording said they have moved locations to the portofino center so I drove over there and the suit # they gave was not a building there.

Kids were so pumped to get these jackets!
