The team at this location really came through for me. I was sending some birthday goodies to a co-worker at a different location and I found out that she was leaving work early. They rushed the order without sacrificing quality, and they made the delivery in plenty of time for her to enjoy it with her office partner before heading out on vacation. The service I just received from this location, not to mention the only employee working there today is hands down the best I could of asked for. When I went to pay with a $100.00 dollar bill, not having the change on hand. The woman behind the counter stepped up and handled the situation. Ordered a birthday treat package with balloon and teddy bear for a special birthday. It was exactly as ordered, delivered on time, he loved the quality of the teddy bear and said all the treats were high quality and delicious. Im very happy with your products and service, would order from you again and would recommend you to others.

Do not order from this location unless you’re able to wait all day for it to arrive. I placed my order online days before the delivery date. Day of delivery i was able to see that it was out for delivery around 1pm and it didn’t arrive until almost 7pm. It’s very inconvenient that you cannot choose a delivery time and that they do not give you any kind of time frame. This was meant to be a surprise for the recipient and i ended up having to tell them about it because it was arriving so late. After calling to check on the status, the delivery driver was kind enough to call me and let me know when he was about 30-45 min away. Other than that, not a great experience for me.

I have ordered here many times and the service is Excellent. Whenever I have called the people who answer are always very courteous and professional.Everything here is so so good!And the best thing of all they deliver your order on time and its always right.

Was very disappointing to find out my order was not what I ordered. I ordered the Berries Cookies Box Bundle to be delivered to my wife on Valentines Day. The strawberries were nice but my wife doesnt really care for strawberries. I was really sending this to her for the cookies and THERE WERE NO COOKIES... A small box of 4 bite size chocolates and a candy bar were all that was included... I did not receive any notification of any sort detailing the change in my order. Thanks for putting me in the doghouse with the wife.

Ordered online, which was an easy process. Love the app - very easy to use and love how it lets me check the status of my order. Pick up was awesome. The cashier was super friendly. Fruit arrangement was awesome. My mother loved it and said the fruit was fresh. Way better than regular flower bouquets.

I ordered an arrangement for my best friends birthday. She works from home and is usually there without fail, but it was her birthday and she was out and about with friends. The delivery driver called her and found out her location and delivered the arrangement to her at the restaurant! I was so thankful that the driver went the extra mile (or miles in this case) to make sure my BFF received her gift on her birthday.

I ordered a surprise basket of edibles for my son and daughter in law for their 20th wedding anniversary. I live in Alabama and they live in Texas so this all had to be handled from a distance of 600 miles. I had specific times that it had to be delivered since both of them work. That was no problem. It arrived in a timely manner and, according to my children, was beautiful and delicious. Thank you for helping to make their anniversary special and for making it easy on me to help them celebrate.

Excellent service from the time I placed the order up until it was delivered. I ordered the new Fruit Flower Bouquet and was pleasantly surprised how much fruit was included for the price. It had a wide variety of fruits that really looked like a nice flower bouquet! My daughter said it was the perfect size for her birthday. Thanks Callisa, great job!

Horrible delivery service I had purchased at least 5 time from this store and is always late ... I tried the store at 1960 and wow they are fast and driving to the Woodlands. Product is good service and delivery is not.

I Received a fruit arrangement recently as a gift. Fruit was very poor quality. Strawberries were not edible, the stem end was black. Cantaloupe was hard and dry. Honeydew melon was only slightly better. There was a separate box of chocolate dipped fruit. Not edible. Every piece of apple had a spot on it which was visible. Whoever dipped the fruit had to have seen these areas. I would not have purchased this poor quality fruit to feed my family at a grocery store and expected much more in this expensive arrangement. I received an arrangement a few yeas back and it was great from the same site. Will never recommend or purchase Edible Arrangments in the future.

I went in to pick up my order and the cashier was extremely nice and professional and gave me info on their rewards program which no one at any other Edible Arrangements has done and she was very friendly and explained the details of the reward program

I ordered and it was delivered all within a few hours. The lady in the store was very helpful and the gift was fresh and delicious.

Update to my experience below. The owner contacted me very promptly to fix this issue. I feel very pleased with the way this issue was handled, enough to change my rating.Ordered a 10th anniversary boquet for my wife yesterday. The girl who took my order failed to tell me my wifes email and info was connected to my phone number for some reason, and she failed to tell me the receipt would be emailed to my wifes email address. Big fail! Because they couldnt give me any idea of delivery time, we ended up just going to pick it up. By the time we were down the road, we noticed the balloons were missing. They did apologoze, but sorry only goes so far when a piece of your 10th anniversary has been ruined.

Ordered for Valentines Day and was not impressed. The only delivery time promise they make is prior to 5 pm. The arrangement was delivered at 4:21 pm, which was about 2 hours after my fiance had already left the office. I understand that they met their deadline, but I was very disappointed. Then the bouquet was delivered without the balloons. Calling both the local location and corporate got me nowhere and they were less than cordial. I will never use Edible Arrangements again based upon this experience.

This week I received a $160 fruit basket as a gift and the melon was green and hard as walnuts and the strawberries were mushy and inedible. Calling the store got me nowhere and until I wrote to corporate I never heard back from this store. What they finally offered me as compensation was a box of their chocolate dipped fruit! The staff is rude and the fruit is inedible and I will never, ever do business with them again. I hear the store on Hwy 242 is actually very good so I will try them in the future. Do not order from this store unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and wasting your money. They are absolutely horrible, the worst people Ive done business with in YEARS, and the manager is worse than the staff.
