The only part I dislike is how they have fewer employees at night so it is you scan only and the lines are pretty long its a little frustrating but other than that the store is neat and orderly and what youre looking for is easy to find. Most associates are knowledgeable on where things are located in the store

This is actually a great Walmart but I don’t feel safe shopping here. Now the Conroe location is ghetto so I started coming here and the characters they allow in here are even worse. You can’t discriminate against ppl but there are no precautions to ensure guest safety. As ghetto as the Conroe store is I will prob still shop there because CPD is always there. This location is too lax and a target for trouble. An issue occurred while shopping there while I was checking out and none of the workers checked on the situation or showed any concern even though guests were visibly anxious. You can’t take anything for granted these days. Who cares how clean your store is if it’s not secure?

How can the biggest company in the world only have 2 lanes open on a Saturday at noon? Avoid this Walmart at all costs. Theres an HEB right around the corner.

Download the Walmart app. Shop the clearance racks you can find some nice items if you take your time and look through everything. Make sure you scan the clearance tags wit the scanner in the app. Sometimes the items are cheaper than the tag says. I have found items from $1-$5. Im a person that mixes high fashion with low fashion and youd never be able to tell which is which unless you look at the tags.

Not a great amount of product selection. Dont be surprised if you see empty shelf spaces. For the Auto Care department, I suggest you go somewhere else. They are usually understaffed and not the best customer service. They close the garden section early but there is no set time, it depends on staffing. They used to close the electronics area at night also because of not enough staff.

Used to be my home Walmart store, have been to many Walmarts around the country, better and worse. It was great, unfortunately the current management could only give lame excuses for having ONE cashier for actual checking out customers. Many self checkouts though. But if you have a shopping cart full of merchandise/groceries, you would expect customer service to open at least one more cashier to operate it, instead of the lame excuse of being understaffed, when they have a handful of other associates eagle eying you at the self checkouts. I am usually patient but when the manager at customer service just offered excuses, at left my 350+ dollar cart in front of them to show them I can take (GIVE) my money to someone else. I mean, its not like we get a discount for bagging and scanning all of our merchandise any way. Hopefully the upper management can MANAGE the managers at this store. Thats the beauty of freedom of choice...

We will go shopping there from time to time if we are in a bind. The product are the same stuff that you can get anywhere else. On the bright side if you just have some time to daydream of being absolutely anywhere else on earth the 1 open checkout lane for a 80 thousand square foot store will give you plenty of time.

Its an okay location. You cant expect much. You will not be disappointed, but you will also not be amazed. Parking can be a hassle depending on the time and day. It seems like a calm okay Walmart. Im a local, so from the many times I come here, I havent found anything that I detest or love about this place. Its an okay place to do your shopping. There is security patrolling the parking lot at night.

Very good sized pool. Life guards were very professional and hard working. They kept their eyes on the people in the water. I never saw them visiting with each other and ignoring their duties.

Great as usual, the staff however I dont like. One lady, older, accused someone I know of stealing and they did not steal anything. She got him banned and thats not fair I will be contacting her supervisirs

If I could give fewer stars to this establishment, I would cheerfully do so. For sure, THIS store imparts the ill feeling our culture feels towards Big Box stores! After calling and sitting on hold 22 minutes, an associate answered and directed my call to photo during which time I waited 14 MORE minutes where someone picked up and hung up on me! I called back with an “I’m sure that MUST have been an accident” attitude, when I experienced an almost EXACT relocation of the first scenario with the exception of NO ONE EVER answered! In a community the size of The Woodlands, be wise and choose to spend your dollars to support an establishment with SOME kind of professional decorum!!

Not the greatest location. Stock isnt always the best and a bit sketchy area, but not so bad that it should be skipped, just not the first Walmart to seek out whatever you are looking for.

This is a very clean and organized Walmart location. We came In to buy items for work and unfortunately had to return them 1 day later. We came In the same day of purchase and returned 2 items and we never got our receipt back. When I came back the next day to return the rest of the products the customer service representative had no sympathy. Even though I had a picture copy of the receipt on my expense report to show her because the original receipt was kept, the associate made the whole process extremely inconvenient. She also made me go back and find all the products in the store for their upc and stated that she has to make sure I bought them here which was a rude to assume I was lying immediately. Then she continued to tell me how they dont normally do returns without a paper copy of the receipt even though I had a picture of it and can show the charge on my Walmart credit card. The whole process was terrible and I may never shop at Walmart again because of this. I looked up policy online and found that the things she was saying to me werent true which makes me believe that she was too good to be bothered and didnt want to put in the work to help me the reason thats quoted is because I walked into a different Walmart and asked the store manager how this shouldve been handled. This was a very simple transaction that was made a nightmare. If this is how customer service is done at Walmart then they should probably go to a all sales final store model.

Wal-Mart Conroe north loop 336 & i-45 is the nastiest WM I have ever been in! 18 registers only 2 open! The line for self check out was unbelievably long! I only had 10 items, & it took me 27 minutes to check out, & that was longer than buying the 10 quick items. On top of that, Im sad to be insulting the employee that smelled like she hadnt taken a shower/bath in a month. No Im not mean or kidding, there is absolutely NO EXCUSE FOR THIS! I KNOW MANY customers already have experienced the disgust of this store & their pathetic manager. Hopefully CORPORATE WILL FINALLY GET IT...THIS STORE MAY BRING IN GOOD MONEY (because of location only) but its an insult to how they treat we the customers. I will drive further out of the way, before I ever step foot in THAT STORE again. I have spoken the truth about THAT STORE!

Who just loves Walmart? Grumpy employees and you can check out your own items 80 percent faster. Should get at least a 20 percent discouraged for checking out your own items. Especially since they have marked everything up!!

The one thing that I love about this walmart is things are usually put away and stuff not piled up in the isles.

Went to Walmart not sure if this is the one I need to give a review on. I went to today two different towns and the second one was just the worst experience used to be really good store now its just gone to you know what in the handbasket. Shelves or half full somewhere completely empty. Nothing had any Rhyme or Reason as to why it was shelved that way. Not all Walmarts are the same

As a former pharmacy employee at this location I will be as impartial as possible. I love this location. I thought I would be uncomfortable taking the covid vaccine here, but even the new employees were like family. Although it was too early for my second dose I am definitely going back. Thank you guys. Stay amazing.

Found what I needed quick parking In-N-Out trip

Had a lot of stuff like the other Walmarts Ive been to in the past. Got what I needed.👍 Bueno

Once again, after I placed all my items on the conveyer. The register would not function. I was told to reload all of the items back into my cart and go to another register. Im disabled and its a chore just to go shopping. I was not up to reload the cart and move. So I left the items and the store. This is the second time this has happened to me this month. I will no longer be shopping at Walmart.

The customer service department in the front is great! But the automotive department in the back is not! We came to the store to exchange faulty batteries. When we walked in, a Walmart associate greeted us and said she had also gotten a Walmart battery that wouldnt hold a charge, which was the same problem we were having. After being instructed to do so, we went to the back to the automotive department, where the automotive service manager said she could exchange one of the batteries because it was reading 11.8 amps. The other one read 12, but we explained that its not holding a charge. It was at 12.2 before we left the house. The service manager said she needed to test that battery, and it would take 45 minutes to an hour. She took both batteries back to be tested and, after an hour of no news, we asked what was going on. The service manager sent a different associate to tell us that both batteries tested good. We knew something wasnt right, so we asked the young man to test them in front of us, and he seemed irritated. It was no wonder he did when this resulted in his being caught in a lie! One of the batteries was still reading 11.8. We then said we wanted to exchange that battery for a new one. He then (and only then) said they couldnt exchange it because they didnt have that exact model in stock! So why did the service manager have us waiting an hour if we couldnt exchange it anyways!!???We explained the poor service to customer service up front, and they were very apologetic. They were nice enough to give us a $50 gift card because automotive made us wait for no reason. And the customer service department looked up and found another Walmart that had our batteries in stock.

Horrible customer service! I spoke to two women who did NOT want to help us! Tried to ask if they had something in stock and they told me if they had it it would be on the floor and it wouldn’t be in the back since it was on clearance. The scanner told them there was 9 items in the back room and then Darcy (she said she was the head of toys) came and Rudely interrupted our conversation we were having with another employee who was trying to help and she said she already looked in all bins and everywhere and they were no where she already told us they weren’t anywhere! She was just very rude! She was only gone for about 4 minutes, I know she couldn’t have looked everywhere! That’s just not how you treat customers! The other lady had an attitude as well just not a pleasant experience at this location! Just acted very bothered that we asked for help!

Today was my first time visiting this location. I dont go this far into The Woodlands; Reyford/Sawdust is usually my limit. I took a chance today to explore today. The store was packed today, probably due to back to school sales. The lines were not long like most other Walmarts This shows good management compared to others. Since I know where this location is now, it wont be my primary Walmart due to distance, but I will be back.

Walmart has become my go-to place for a few select items that just cannot be matched. I have reviewed this Walmart several times but I feel like I should bring up a little hidden gem.My current diet restricts me from consuming too much red meat. Walmart happens to have a butterball brand turkey pastrami that is ridiculous at the deli counter. HEB has a comparable product that is twice the price of Walmart. So I definitely stopping Walmart and get about $10 worth of that turkey pastrami. I will regret this review if my turkey pastrami starts to be unavailable. 😂

My wife and I had a great shopping experience and completed our gift buying in this trip. Store was busy as you would expect 3 days before Christmas, but it was clean, well organized, and seemed to be staffed pretty well as we saw many associates throughout the store. Shelves were stocked and there were not any long lines at checkout. The only thing that was concerning is the amount of customers that were not wearing masks shopping in the store.

We were disappointed that Sabbatical was closed, but happy we could still order from the cocktail menu on the Hop Scholar side. Thier cocktails are top notch with the Smoke Screen being my favorite to scratch my itch for a peaty scotch whiskey!

This location has the BEST and most effecient Curbside system! Not only are they super organized AND fast, but the store stays well stocked, which means I almost always get everything I order. If something is out of stock, they offer to substitute something better (or a larger quantity) for the same price. I place at least 2-3 Curbside orders here per week, and have never had an issue or had to deal with missing items. I love the covered parking!! The employees are always so cheerful when they come out to your car!

Might want to teach your employees how to PROPERLY wear a mask. Your self checkout associate with short curly black hair was wearing her mask way below her nose and barely above her lips after wiping her nose, graciously helped a senior citizen in the self checkout lane ring up and touch ALL of his groceries and items. Please train your employees how to properly wear a mask

Only experienced the online pickup service. It was super fast and simple especially convenient during this pandemic crisis were still fighting.

I go here to the spa inside to get my lashes done and they are awesome and affordable if you are needing something done on short notice.

There was a group of shoppers that were obnoxious and loud you could hear them all the way across the store and made it very uncomfortable for shoppers trying to avoid that chaos.Nothing was ever done about it. They continued to be loud throughout the store.I know that if they were loud enough to be heard all the way at the back of the store when they entered at the front... employees heard them as well and yet for an hour thats what we had to listen to we being everybody that didnt want to listen to it.

Wonderful store I am sure. But I will never know again. The leftist own PetSmart and masks are more important than common sense and Science and money. 99.7% chance of living and I can govern and administrator my own chances without being bullied into a piece of cloth over my face before I can get service. I will never shop here again.

Every employee we encountered had an open hostility towards every shopper in the store. They clearly hate their jobs! I can only imagine this stems from their team lead, Franklin, who was incredibly condescending when asked for help at the registers.

Amazing place. They have everything you could ever dream of needing. They even have someone greeting you as you enter! My fellow shoppers have always been courteous and well dressed. The shopping carts are in immaculate condition and all roll perfectly. I literally feel like I am in heaven while here.
