The staff was awesome the. Manager Stephanie on the other hand wouldn’t even look in the drawer to see if it could break my hundred dollar bill, she just gave me a flat out no we can’t do it. Won’t be going back here

Typical Starbucks experience today. Fast, friendly and what youd expect from a quality perspective.

Unfortunately, today was not their day. I dont frequent coffee shops often; today was the slowest service. After we ordered we realized there were about 25 people waiting for their coffee order. There were 5 staff and seemed like they were not prepared as a team.

Great coffee as always. Double expresso to start the day. Daughter had a double mocha cream Frappuccino or something !! She loved it.

This place has become 1 of my guilty pleasures. I just learned that they serve more than coffee and tea. The freshers and Frappuccinos are magically delicious and just the sweet or refreshing treat I need on those hot Texas summer days or just a sweet creamy treat on those cheat days when you feel like you deserve a treat.

Great cup of coffee speedy service. Employees were nice and attentive.

Asked for a pour-over and got the already made coffee. If Im willing to pay $5 for a cup of coffee, the least I expect is to get to get what I ordered.

So without a drive thru, I feel like people working in a place of COFFEE should have more pep in their step. Not repeating the order back clearly really confused me so I had to start back over making sure I didnt get it wrong since it was for my friend! Then, I go stand over there to wait for my TWO drinks while one guys practicing moves for a bartending job, the other is walking through (not sure why?) just all nonchalant then walks back out. The girl that has to handle the ice bucket should be offered a hand to lift the heavy thing up (it only takes half a second when youre literally right next to her). Idk where the next two orders even got made but they magically appeared when it has *mobile order* stamped on it. 15 minutes now- really wishing I wouldve ordered through the app but I cant focus on my phone while Im driving Seriously!! so I order when I get there and I guess thats my lesson learned today because even after all that, they put the whip cream on the drink I ordered without it. Which was both. So, this 1 star is constructive criticism... Please use it.

Wow! I have been to many Starbucks since they have re-opened. This staff definitely needs some additional training. From line jumping their friends and ignoring customers whose mobile orders are ready, to not letting you walk back to your seat without demanding a mask when you are at the. Hair wittig the cup raised to your mouth. Overzealous on one hand and playing favorites on the other. The the professionalism have experienced at the other locations since re-opening. Very out of character at this store. Some re-training is in order.

New beverage selection for the afternoon called refreshers are fantastic. I prefer them blended for maximum satisfaction 😎

Standard Starbucks coffee. The place is very clean and the tables are placed a good distance apart. The staff here are pleasant and accommodating.

This is not the location if you want a nice, warm, regular coffee. The female barista served us very lukewarm coffee. When I said that the coffee was cold, she argued that its warm. She needs a refresher course in good customer service.

Location is fantastic and the place itself is beautiful, but thats it. All the times Ive been there, it was not clean at all, dirty floor, used napkins everywhere, really awful. And the staff? I think they hate their job. Seriously. Best thing for them would be to find another job and try to be a happy person for a change. That would be a great New Years resolution.

If you are looking for a quick service, think it twice. I drove by for a cup of coffee, but turn out to listen to the guy chatting with another customer for quite a while, without any further greeting but “wanna a drink?” Of course I am expecting a coffee and hope to get it before long, and I was the only one customer in the line except for the gentleman he was talking to. But finally I left before I got one, just cannot wait any longer. Stars for the nice Att WiFi.

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere - favorite layout of all Starbucks in The Woodlands.

Ethan, Brittany and the whole crew at this Starbucks at the Panther Creek shopping center are by far the best barristas in The Woodlands area. The drinks are always made properly. They are consistent in their customer service skills and are always friendly. Although I would sometimes like a drive through Starbucks I know the drink quality will just not live up to the Panther Creek store. Do yourself a favor and go have a quality Starbucks drink.

This Starbucks in Panther Creek Shopping Center does not have a drive-thru. The Baristas here are extremely friendly and efficient. There is usually a wait so youll need a bit of patience. During the busy hours of 8 to 10 most chairs are also taken. However they do have some outside seating so take advantage of the weather. Theres plenty of parking as they share amongst the various stores in the strip mall.

Love this location, come here every Sunday before church and occasionally during the week. Staff is always wonderful.

Just a great cup of coffee and I learned something about coffee today you know the darker roast is not the most caffeinated the lighter roast going through this roasting time its time to less more caffeine

I got a pour over. Is that bad? Every time they offer and I accept the pour over option, there is a hesitation like theyre thinking, I cant believe youre really asking me to do this.

This is a cozy Starbucks. I like the seating. You can sit back and relax. My coffee came out quick too.

Love any Starbucks tried the new dragon fruit drink with out the coconut yuck but it was good and refreshing!

I come in here almost everyday. The staff is great and friendly. Also theyre pretty fast. Its not usually that busy so theres alway somewhere to sit. Overall, its pretty awesome

Its usually busy but the folks do a good job keeping up the orders. They arent overly friendly most of the time but I dont mind that sort of service. Bright shining faces at 8am can feel a bit overbearing so I think theyve found a nice balance

Had a female employee walk/run from behind the counter saying no more pumpkin spice. I for one do not like it, but being unprofessional regardless of what crappy drink someone orders.

Went in around an hour before closing and ordered a mocha and a Caramel Brulee Latte and received just a latte and the worst mocha ever it tasted like steamed milk with a shot of espresso. The barista was the rudest and frankly most unprofessional person and I saw her turn away several customers because her lazy ass wanted to leave early. Dont come unless you want to waste your money.

This location has completely forgotten what it means to serve the customer. They dont listen and obviously dont care. Sad.

Might be slow sometimes but thats what non-drive thru Starbucks are like. Its worth it because they never really screw up drinks. There is plenty of seating and good Wifi. The only drawback are the handful of chronic patrons that like to argue about politics and watch movies on their laptops all day long. Be careful in the parking lot, mombies in SUVs like to speed around the corner.

I visit this location at once a week. There are at least 4 other Starbucks on my way home, but this is the only one on right side and only reason I come. Staffs are more than unhappy. I can tell several employees recognize me Still, no eye contact, no smile.
