The best customer service consistently and very genuine. I have been doing business here for a couple of years. I had been using another shipping location but quickly changed to this store as my go to, the other store was closer to home but I will only do business here. Quick and efficient, courteous and informative, they make you feel like family whether it’s your first visit or not. They do a lot more than shipping so you can do more in one stop which saves time.

Paid $75 for a package through FedEx to Canada, got stuck in Customs, shipped it back to me, costed another $60 to pick it up. $135 for a package that didnt even make it to the final destination, last thing I needed was a lecture from the clerk at the store. Yes I was upset and therefore emotional, maybe the clerk didnt mean to upset me but her customer service wasnt there at all to a point I felt that I was arguing with her, who was telling me what I did wrong and how lucky I was this was my only first time. A message is all about how you deliver and she didnt have the how skill.Sorry for being a whiny customer, normally things dont bother me much but that wasnt one of the things. I went in asking to mail my taxes to Austin and they told me it was protocol to send via certified mail at a price of ~$10 for a 2 oz manilla envelope. My dad called me when I left and I mentioned the price. He told me that only first class mail was necessary (confirmed this on Google) and that I overpaid. I went back about 5 minutes after the original transaction and they told me they couldn’t change it because the “system wouldn’t let them”... in 2020... right. I didn’t feel like arguing over $5 so I left, but I thought it was pretty shady that they pushed the most expensive, unnecessary option on me and made me eat it.

I have been doing business with The Shipping Store since 2000. The owner instills a strong sense of customer service and it has been consistently positive over time. For those looking to rent a mailbox here, you would be hard-pressed to find a location so willing to work with you and feel like its an extension of your home or office.
Fast service and great service. Every time I come in to the store to ship something out or get a box for shipping its fast and reliable service. The employees are helpful and friendly. Definitely my go to place for shipping items.

Wonderful Experience! I had bank info to fill out and send back to bank through Fedex and the bank forgot to pay for shipping to go back to them. So after my wife dropped off package, Shay from this store called me and told me that the bank did not pay for shipping to go back to them and quickly she said she would call the bank for me and take care of it. She did and took care of it and called me back with tracking number. I will ship all my items to this store for now on! Incredible Customer Service by Shay! Thank you again!
Walmart ran out of Fedex Labels for its outgoing Marketplace Customer shipments. Since it would take a week to get in another roll of labels, I suggested to call a local Fedex store and perhaps purchase from them. When I called The Shipping Store just down the street from Walmart, I spoke to Andrew - Store Manager. He advised he was unable to sell us a roll, only because they are not technically a Fedex store. However, he did say he had a roll of labels he would bring to us, to accommodate our needs. He did exactly what he said. Not only did he go out of his way to bring us labels, he gave them as a gift. Thank you, Andrew!! You were a life saver.
