Went in to get wedding invitations printed. Preston was extremely helpful! Also another gentleman working there, wanted to say that he handled himself very well with an extremely rude customer. She came in without a mask (obviously walked past all the posted signs to wear a mask) and was throwing an attitude the second she walked into the door and he was professional and accommodating while also keeping himself safe. Thanks for the great experience!
I went there on Sunday afternoon (August 29) at 3:00pm to have photocopies and the printing attendant was lazy and inattentive.
Had to wait 10 minutes for the person who was doing fingerprints to get ready. The entire time we waited, he was literally sitting there on his phone. When finally blessed with his power of scanning, made no eye contact stayed on his phone and was rude as can be. I asked him what the next step was as he humbly replied thats it for me... So do I go to a counter and pay, do I get a receipt? Again the humbly rude employee said Im good on my end.I can tell that customer service is an important aspect of your company Creed. I can also see why no one was in the store. This will be my first and last time there as well. We all have bad days, but if its a job to be done and your pay is contingent upon it being done DO YOUR JOB!
Terrible customer service if anything goes wrong with your order. Sent me to South America for customer support. Then had a lady lie to me on the phone about speaking to her supervisor so they could issue me a refund on an item that was never delivered. I would not spend my money at an organization that does not have great customer service.
Excellent service! I’ve been in several times looking for different items… Required assistance each time… Always so helpful got exactly what I needed did not try to upsell me. It is definitely my go to store now
Ive been coming here for a few weeks now because of the paper menus... I ALWAYS have issues with the rest of the staff when it comes to applying the SPC, and Mr. David is usually rude, BUT I know I can always count with Krystyna!! Shes always willing to help and shes just a delight working with. Ive learned my lesson to only order when shes there!! To my eyes shes a valuable asset to the company! These people wanna play games with you, not working and eating in front of you like they’re on their break. You’re suppose to wear your mask in front of customers, I guess this must be the manger but I can’t tell cause no one wears a name tag.
I emailed them a print order on Feb 1. Picked it up about 2 days later. Today I emailed them a new print order and they emailed me back requesting that I place the print order online. Their website is difficult and my computer would not upload the PDF I need printed. It would have been nice to have been notified less than a month ago that they did not want to accept email orders any longer. Will not shop here again.
I just want everyone to know that the management is above and beyond. Not only was my problem solved but I also appreciated seeing the general employees so helpful, respectful, attentive and happy. That to me shows an example of fantastic management. Thank you Marvin.
We use Office max for our business Modern Roofing all the time when we are on the run and cant stop back by the office. They are typically fast and efficient and they usually always answer any questions I may have. Though we had to go to fed ex to get our carbon copy prints Office max is still a great choice for office needs of any sort.
I have had 3 amazing visits to this store since we moved here. They have the best staff. Just got done with a print job with Megan. She was great, especially since I had totally misread a promotion. There are a lot of stores around that have and do what they do, but other stores dont have their staff.
Good place to pick up the necessary office supplies and equipment. If you catch a sale, you can get really good deals on some high quality products. This is our go to place for office and school anything.
Very impressed with the customer service my boyfriend and I received from Trent. He was very patient with us and helped us get the desks we wanted. He even called several other stores for us. It was honestly the best customer service experience either of us every had. The desks look amazing and were pretty freakin easy to put together, took like an hour or less to do so.And thank you to Aaron at the location across the street on 45. He had those desks waiting for us and he and a coworker loaded them up for us. It was just awesome.Thanks so much Trent and Aaron. Ive attached pictures of the desks in their setting. I was looking for a new desk chair. There were several options available. I found a chair that I liked and the staff was very helpful in getting the huge box to the check out counter and then into the car.

Horrible customer service!First off, I was one of three customers in the store. There was a messy haired employee, re-stocking shelves. He passed me several times, not once did he greet me or ask me if I needed help. I had to approach him, then when I asked for help he looked at me with deer in the headlights look, and with an attitude of not wanting to help. Another gentleman walked in and he greeted him in a polite manner and offered to help him find what he was looking for.Secondly, my company card was not being accepted as credit, it wanted a pin to run as debit. The cashier, called the manager and she explained the situation. Instead of addressing me, the customer, the manager spoke to the cashier as I was standing right in front of them and said, tell her to call her bank. I let hi know that I was standing right there and I cannot run as a debit and it is a company card. He stood there with no expression.I will not be back to this location and will buy my supplies elsewhere.
Employees were very helpful; They have a much better selection of big and tall chairs than anywhere else.They didnt have what i wanted in stock during the sale, so i ordered it. s+h was free; they said it would take 3 days, i thought that was just for processing but 2 days later it arrived!Definitely will be a repeat customer. :)
I went in to buy ink and everyone was very helpful and friendly got home the ink leaked all over My hands and wouldnt work so I called office Max and told them My problem and the employee was very nice and put the manger on Yvw phone and he didnt hesitate.He told me to come back and he would get me the correct ink thank a million John got at least 300 more pics to do so I will be seeing you again real soon.Jacqueline Armstrong ( Jersey)
Ive been using the copy and print center for two years now and to be frank its a hit or miss. Sometimes theres a really long line just to get something simple done and something that should take 5 min takes 1 hr+ What Ive learned is that if you want a print job to be done well, ask for RYAN. He is so attentive and always actually cares that you get the job you wanted done and in a timely fashion. Thank you so much for everything that you do Ryan!! Ive also learned to use their office depot online print, even for complicated things like 200 page booklets their online system is very self intuitive and I save time trying to explain what I want the job to look like. Order online + check in with Ryan = WIN.
The store is clean and orderly, but they do not carry near the quantity of products you would expect for an office supply store. We waited for 10 minutes at the electronics help desk and were ignored by at least 2 staff members who walked right past us even though we were trying to flag them down.
Office Max has lost a customer for good. Like many companys they started to price match amazon as long as it is shipped a sold my amazon. Well good luck with that at at office max. I always am given a hard time and a manager is always the one who has the tell there own employees that they do this. However this last trip to Office Max took the cake. The manager told me that if it is prime they will not price match. Everything shipped and sold in Amazon is Prime and they will not price match any third party company which will not be Prime. So now basically they will not price match Amazon. Just call it that and dont feed me such crap. Im tired of fighting their uneducated employees and policies.
Just wanted to shout out Danny talk about going above and beyond for your customer, he was having a busy day and still made time to get around to a customer on the phone with helpful tips and in a timely manner. Very much appreciated !
There was an older white male talking on the cellphone for the duration of my check out at the front registers. He was nice enough but felt that I was intruding on his conversation.
VERY POOR service! I spent over a day trying to get pictures printed for an event, and they never came through. I kept getting one excuse after the other about how they couldnt retrieve my order, could print, when they did, it didnt come out right, etc. I - was-floored! How can a company thats supposed to offer professional business services be SO UNPROFESSIONAL?! I could not make the event with what I needed. I am SO PISSED! X(

Staff is always friendly & helpful, I primarily go here to print our presentations & resumes & they are always pretty quick and helpful! Only thing is that their color printer seems to malfunction sometimes.

I am not a complainer - but customer service has bottomed at this store. First, there were no carts available (and there were very few customers in the store). Second, unlike the old Office Max who had people all over the store, there was no sales associate to help find things.Third, when I checked out, I noticed the ink price was cheaper online so I asked him if he could look it up. He told me he could not because the cash register was not a computer. He said things were often cheaper online. So you say you will match competitors prices but not you own online price? Finally, they looked and changed one of the cartridge prices. Then, I went to use a gift card I had received with a purchase from my previous visit and they said even though they could tell it had come from that store, it had not been activated by whomever gave it to me and since I did not have the receipt, it was worth nothing.

I called this store just to find out if they had big dry erase boards in stock and was on hold for 20-30 minutes. This was after speaking with 3 different people regarding what I was looking for all promising they would check.

Bought a leather office chair. Chair broke at the welded joint - no wear on the chair what so ever. Store manager refused to issue a refund or exchange. Office Max sells garbage.
Staff are not very helpful, not surprised as they were all teens working there and apparently teens today cant speak to you if it isnt through an electronic device.
