Worst place to go for hearing aides!! Front desk clerk talked to me with her back to me, she kept looking up at the mirror on the wall to see me, that is not how you should address anyone especially someone hard of hearing! I was constantly pressured to fill out a form for the state to send me a free tablet. I don’t need a tablet to hear better, I need someone attentive to my needs! Left the office and noticed my hearing aide was no longer capturing sound correctly, I called the office and was told to turn around and have Victoria to look at it, it wasn’t anything the receptionist could do. My hello, put Victoria in the phone! I need to leave the office being able to hear, like I did when I walked in, not worse. I was also informed that they no longer take my insurance and haven’t for some time and would have to pay out of pocket for a new one, but don’t worry since I only need one they really couldn’t recommend anything for me. My hearing aide is 6 years old and out of date but you cannot recommend another devise! Really!

Shopping for hearing aids can be very difficult since there are so many providers out there and some are super and some not so much. My previous hearing provider of 15 years moved so far away that I was forced to shop for a new facility. I did my homework and chose Connect Hearing in Kingwood. I am so happy with my new hearing aids but more than that I am very happy to have found Connect Hearing and the super people there. Doris was so professional and kind. She made me very comfortable with the entire process. She even gave a free tutorial on my smart phone. The best review I could give is that I would not hesitate to send my family if they have a need.

This is where I go when I cant hear so good. Just say What!? alot to the ladies at the desk. Theyll understand.

Everyone there is really nice. I feel the ad they posted on FB is misleading. The 30 day free trial is for only the Earphones that range from 3000 to 6000 dollars. But they do offer a 1400 dollar pair but they do not come with the 30 free trial.🤔 I have not made up my mind yet because Im wanting to try one more place for my hearing aids before I commit myself to Connect Hearing. Im all for helping the smaller companies then a larger company. I like the staff at Connect Hearing and Im still considering using them.

They lied to me from the beginning will not go back and I do not recommend anyone else going there

Went in with my husband. Victoria was very informative and friendly. Explained the process of ordering hearing aids, how much it would cost out of pocket. The office is set up per CDC guidelines.

From the time one makes the phone call to set up the appointment, to walking out the door after the appointment, it is a professional, easy-going, “service to the customer” experience.Leeanne, at the front desk, is prompt, accommodating and sets a nice atmosphere for the entire appointment.Victoria is professional, obliging and makes the entire appointment successful!I highly recommend this Connect office with this team!!

I was seen in a timely manner. The hearing specialist was knowledgeableand polite. I was on my way in a matter or minutes.

What a wonderful experience it was to see my mom’s face when she got her new hearing-aids! Victoria is patient, kind and very attentive.

I absolutely loved my visit with Victoria! She spent a lot time making sure my hearing aids were updated and fit correctly. She customized my setting and explain to me what they were and how they would help me in each environment. I have been to other providers and I have never had someone be as detailed as Victoria was. I have been wearing hearing aids for 10 years and I have never had this kind of fit and update. I like that she always gives me a copy of my hearing test. I was told I could come in anytime. Very knowledgeable about products and how to fix hearings!

Very nice people who are customer service oriented. They are willing to work with you and make sure you have what you need. I have been there a couple times because my mom was having trouble with her aides and all they needed was to be clean. The employees took care and cleaned them with no problem and no charge either. Highly recommend them if you have any hearing problems.

Im Very upset with my experience with Victoria. I had my hearing aids repaired and Victoria simply downloaded the original program to the repaired hearing aids without bothering to perform another Real Ear Measurement! If you didnt have your new hearing aids fitted this way using this mandatory adjustment process, then you are not fitted properly.It doesnt matter that my old program was the same from the original hearing aids, the repaired devices were never checked to see if they are meeting my prescription needs. $6000 spent on hearing aids, I dont think I’m asking for too much to be refitted. She was too lazy to do her job. I guess she wanted to make sure she had time to go outside to smoke her cigarettes instead.

Love this place. The young ladies at the front desk are awesome. Very helpful, always pleasant and professional. Ive watched their interaction with seniors and they are always treated with respect and dignity. Cant get no better than that.

Staff was very knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. I thought I needed hearing assistance and was very pleased with the whole process - I honestly did not know what all I had been missing. Thank you!

I really enjoy this place from the old owners to the new owners. Customer service is great. Hearing aids are expensive so its nice to be able to get things fixed so easily.
