The showroom is lovely and the sales people are nice. Its the delivery department that delivers nothing but headaches. My furniture was delivered damaged and with the incorrect pieces after waiting 2 weeks. Then I have to wait another week for the replacement pieces to the sectional. Saga still not concluded. Today they delivered only one of the pieces they were supposed to. So now after being on hold listing to the song Happy which I am NOT, I am waiting to hear what happened to my recliner. Why they would send an order on two different trucks is beyond me. Perhaps they believe their customers have nothing better to do than wait for their trucks to arrive all day. If you would have to take off work to wait for deliveries, I strongly suggest you purchase elsewhere.

I enjoyed the in-store experience where I was left to browse on my own. The person I dealt with, Julie Schmidt, was very helpful. After I looked through the items, Julie did the cart and sent it to me via email. I had enough time to review, make changes, figure out exactly what I wanted in the comfort of home, while not being rushed to make a quick payment. Julie even called me on FaceTime so I can see alternative fabric options before deciding on the final choices. She was so patient and helpful, and also quite accurate in getting exactly want I wanted into my online cart. This has been one of the best furniture shopping experiences Ive had. Thank you again Julie!

A touch pricey but great service.

First of all, I waited until after delivery to write this review in an effort to share our total experience.Since then, I’m happy to provide this review to let others know about the great customer experience that we had with this store and sales person. We had been searching online and at several physical stores for a patio set that would work best for our home. We narrowed it down to a set online with another retailer but decided to randomly stop by RTG in The Woodlands before ordering. Upon entering the store, we were greeted and welcomed by a gentleman named Benaly Canales (Beau) who told us to let him know if we had questions. After browsing the store, we had a few questions about available options so we reached out to Beau. He answered all of our questions adequately and also made some recommendations which were very helpful. What we appreciated the most is that Beau was patient and very knowledgeable which helped to narrow our search. Once we decided on a set, Beau thoroughly explained what we were getting, how to care for it and when it could be delivered ( which was in a week and delivered on time). Thank you RTG of The Woodlands and thank you especially Mr. Canales for being more than a sales person but rather an expert consultant in the products and services you sell!!
