Jeremy was our sales rep at the Thomaston, Ga location and I must say we were quite impressed with his great customer service. He was very patient and helped us decide on the best cellular devices and plans that fit our lifestyles. I bought 2 iPhone 12s for me and my wife from Cellular Sales in Thomaston. We ordered them and updated our plan with Jerry. Once the phones came in, we went back and worked with Shaynna. Both were simply amazing. Jerry was very thorough and explained the phones, the differences in each plan and never took a step in the process without explaining what he was doing first. Shaynna was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable in setting up and activating our new phones. As usual, there were a few glitches in the set up process, but Shaynna never lost her cool, never got frustrated. She just kept working until everything was set up. The atmosphere and mindset in this store was a world of difference from any Verizon corporate store weve ever been to(namely the Griffin and Peachtree City stores). In the corporate stores, its always crowded, busy and the reps are aloof and condescending, Weve found that they dont know as much about the products they sell as Cellular Sales reps did. They always put the Authorized Retailers down as inferior providers, but Im here to say that its just the opposite, We will never darken the door of another corporate store again. Cellular Sales is our store of choice for all things Verizon.

I came in with a locked and disabled phone that I only made worse trying to fix myself. Wesley Whalton wasn’t even sure there was anything he would be able to do for me, but within minutes(not even 10) he had me back in the phone and everything from the cloud restored. He was super friendly and SO helpful. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve had inside a Verizon store!! I will definitely go back to Wesley for all my cell phone needs!!!

I had the best experience in this store today. I met the nicest rep., his name was Jeramy Bowie, and he was truly supreme when it comes to customer service!! I needed phones for my children, and he helped me make the best choices for me and my family. I highly recommend him and this location. My experience here was very positive as Wesley worked patiently with me to upgrade my phones and change my service to unlimited. I have put off getting new phones for 2 years because I am not a fan of Verizon, especially in Griffin, GA. I chose the Thomaston store because both times the customer service has been excellent. Brandon was helpful the first time I used this store two weeks ago. Wesley was also helpful and willing to work with us yesterday. Much better experience than I anticipated.

Their customer service is absolutely awesome. They helped me with everything I needed help with either it’s getting an upgrade or changing things on my cellular device. Their work environment is absolutely terrific and I give them my 110% support. Verizon Wireless is the best network, but come check these people out down here. They’re the best at it, I promise you. Savannah is the best customer service woman to go to, I promise you. She’s way beyond awesome, she’s fantastic with her job and shout out to her for my new upgrade on the iPhone 8+. I went into the store upset from the bill I had just received. I was helped by Kelly who quickly was able to determine what was on the bill, explain it to me and then made recommendation for future plan.Kelly was very kind, patient and helpful.Id say Kelly is the most helpful Verizon person I have encountered.

I went into the Thomaston Verizon where I was met by Jeramy Bowie.He was very knowledgeable, and gave us a great deal on a new phone and a tablet! He really was helpful, nice, and very compassionate to my dilemma. I was on prepay and dropped my wifes device, and I have a 3 month old baby, needless to say, Jeramy handled it ALL, including stopping my son crying! I would recommend him to all of my friends and family!

I havent had a new phone sence 2013 so my phone was about to go,.Savannah was the best. She had helped me before lowering my bill. So she knew I needed something I could afford, She worked a long time trying to transfer my contacts and pictures, even when it was about to go, she kept trying to get all my pictures but she got most of them. She even hooked it to my car, So she went beyond and out of her way to help me. I really appreciated her time. She had a smile on her face the whole time. So ask for Savannah, she is a sweetheart.

I want to thank Jaimie Vivas for being the kindest, most helpful person I have ever dealt with in our many years of Verizon service. My problem was complicated. So much so that I had spent many hours...and I do mean many hours...on the phone with my support folks at Netgear the day before, their ending up saying I should go to the people at Apple to resolve the matter. I called Apple in Macon and they said they would “try” to fix the problem, but there were no guarantees. I then called Verizon, and Jaimie, who answered, asked me to let him look at my phone. He thought he could help.Well, he did!My phone problem is cleared up ... and he even found a way to help me choose a new Verizon plan, which gave me unlimited Wifi and costs $70 less per month!If you need help with your phone at Verizon, I hope you ask for Jaimie Vivas.You will be mighty glad.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😊👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

They arent as good as Griffin, GA!

First thing, we went in to talk about adding a line with a new product. I asked for a Google Pixel 3, and they had one in stock, but not the XL. The sales rep was very pushy, obviously more concerned to make his commission than anything else. As I was desperate for a phone that worked, my husband and I went with it. I almost didnt get my warranty for my screen protector because the sales guy kept all of the packaging, and THEY, not just our rep, told us that we would get $200 gift card for signing on a new line. Not only was it not $200, but it was for bringing your own phone, and adding a new one! I have had issues with Verizon in the past, which is why I went to Straight Talk, and now I wish I has stayed with Straight Talk. These authorized dealers are crooked and only care for there pay checks!!!

I called to schedule an appt to come in and set up some new devices, add new line and purchase screen protectors. Savannah took the call and not only did she schedule an appt with me, she came in on her day off to do so! Being a customer service rep myself I must say I have very high expectations as a customer. Savannah not only met my expectations, she exceeded them by far! During my visit to the store I had the opportunity to watch other associates interact with customers stopping in with various issues. These associations were very professional, kind and helpful to the customers. I strongly recommend visiting this store. When you do, please ask for Savannah and let her know Dana sent you!

I was having an issue with my phone so i brought it to the store. I had been having issues with it for a while. So after speaking with Kelly she saw I was eligible for an an upgrade. Which was cool thought it was a longer wait period. Anyway she set me up with a new phone, helped me log in, and do the initial setup. So I didnt have to do anything after leaving the store.

I love this store. So helpful every time I go. Make sure you ask for Faith though.

My son went there to file a claim on insurance for a Galaxy S3, and was given a Motorola Droid.......Im sorry, but we were not paying for insurance on a Motorola Droid. We were paying for insurance on a Galaxy S3, AND we paid the deductible for a Galaxy S3, and we want a Galaxy S3 back. So now I have taken, so far, 2 hours out of a work day to be on the phone to straighten out the problem that THIS STORE initiated. The company SHOULD be responsible for getting the CORRECT phone back in our hands, and they SHOULD have to provide compensation for all this WASTED time on the phone trying to fix a problem THEY created.

I got 2 new smartphones for me and my wife and Kelly made sure that I was taken care of. She helped me set up my new phones and get out from using a flip phone. I will come back here for any help I need thank you
