This place is clean and well organized. Good honest manager. It wouldnt take but a little fine tuning to get a 5 star rating once again! Hard working young people also, but most just dont converse or connect with the customer anymore! Yes, times change, but a kind word or warm smile can melt the coldest heart and is ALWAYS remembered by most customers!! Keep up the fine job!

Great place for little quick trips and for something special or unusual. Awesome lunch and dinner choices for hot meal or salads on the go. Deli has great assortment of items and things you cant find just anywhere.

We always get really good customer service from 3 cashiers there names are Ms.Susan,Ms.Jade and Ms. Willene.There is a down side the baggers put too much weight in single bags.Also just recently one of the baggers was trying to rush us out of the store to get the riding cart.He told me that he needed the riding cart for someone else.That really offended me.Just about every visit to that store our grocery bill comes to no less than $90.00.In conclusion at the time I also had to get prescriptions when we were ask to give up the riding cart.thank you

Me and my husband just recently went here for a little shopping and had a bad first experience management is horrible and rude and baggers put too much in one bag all my things had fallin out bag while putting them in the truck employees are never at there register baggers be all over the place I’ve seen a young man having to run the register and bag which is too much when there is a line and lots of grocery I personally don’t recommend this place they deserve 0 stars needs better customer service

They are expanding. Very nice and authentically appealing. They also have a Starbucks. However, they need better customer service. This is why I rarely shop here. I think they have great meat but I refuse to give money to rude people. I would rather pay extra for good service.

This store is always clean. Chris has been the store manager here for years. He always speaks and makes customers feel welcome. Theres always a good selection of groceries to choose from. Its a big chain store with the down home mom and pop store feeling to me. The pharmacy is the same way. Ive only had 1 bad experience and as soon as it was known about I got a call saying the employee was being trained to correct the problem. The pharmacist wouldnt let the employee take the blame. He said it was his fault that the employee handled the situation as he did and he assured me hed correct the problem with a little more training. Theres not many people like that these days. So yeah overall this is a great place to shop.

I will always give it five stars as long as Starbucks is in there. And love the new food stations they have now..

INGLES IS A GOOD PLACE TO EAT & SHOP FOR GROCERIES BUT SOME OF THE INGLES DELI WORKERS ARE LAZY, RUDE AND HAVE ATTITUDES. I ORDERED A SUB SANDWICH WITH EXTRA CHEESE AND THE LADY THAT FIXED MY SUB SANDWICH PUT EXTRA MEAT AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR THIS SUB SANDWICH. Wow! The renovation of the Thomaston Ingles is almost finished and theyve done a great job. The addition of the Starbucks was quite a surprise for our town.

Im sorry but I just tried the new Chinese food they have there and its way to salty, we couldnt eat any of it and I had 3 different plates with different food and its just way to salty we couldnt eat it even the noodles are to salty

It is really expensive. I only go there now when I want to get seafood Walmart doesnt have. Even with the Ingles Advantage card, they are way more expensive than Walmart or really anything else in town. Their seafood is the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of just 1.

Always pleasant experience

I dislike leaving a negative review but in this environment I feel it is important for others to note. Wife and I went to Ingles grocery in Thomaston, GA on Wednesday of last week. (5/27/20) Often, we have sandwich meat cut in the deli department. On this occasion, the young lady that was to cut the meat for us was wearing a mask under her chin. As she began to cut the meat, I noticed that her face was only inches from the meat being cut. I cautioned that her mask was to protect me, not her. She responded with Well we are required to wear one but I prefer to wear it this way. It is uncomfortable to breath with it over my face. Since the meat was already being cut, I tried to squelch the warning bells going off in my mind. The more I thought of it, the more uncomfortable I got. In the back cooler we found prepackaged sandwich meat which I got to replace the deli meat. I noticed that only one of the deli workers was wearing her mask properly. I took the sliced product to the customer counter, explained the problem and gave it to her explaining I did not feel safe eating it. She was wearing her mask, by the way. She took the product and said she would take care of the problem. Since Ingles is one of the few grocery stores in our area, we will go back but unless significant changes are made, we will not purchase deli products.

Their wide selection is the main reason I like shopping there. They offer items from a variety of international dishes. Great meats, produce, and bakery. Dont forget their deli....please.Omly down side is they can be a bit price, seem to be able to go over budget without much effort....cant stop myself.

Ingles has the best meats if your shopping at a grocery store! There arent any butcher shops hardly anymore so this is where my family goes now! Been shopping here since it opened!

Great customer service usually. Theyre in the middle of remodeling & upgrading so prepare for that, but all in all, great.

Vegetables arent fresh anymore, it goes bad fast here . It didnt used to be like this . I bought tomatoes that were supposed to be fresh, cut them in half an there was mold as a seven month prego woman I was disgusted !!

Amazing dinner specials to go and great choices. Healthy or comfort food. Special southern cooking and some hard to find items. Grocery has many gluten free items which are not anywhere else. Variety at its finest.

Fresh produce always available. The best place in our little town to find gluten free items. They are marked and easy to find.

This place is always stocked and always clean. The prices are a little on the higher end but their Advantage Savings card is free and really saves me in a pinch . Best supermarket in the area.

Slightly smaller than the Ingles Im used to but a nice clean store with friendly people. Set up is like all other Ingles so you wont miss a beat. I kinda like the smaller size, for no particular reason. Great store!

I absolutely love this Ingles! Great selections at great prices. Every weekend they have a booth at the front door where they are making home made guacamole that is absolutely to die for! The deli and bakery is top notch and I can always count on Ingles to have amazing sales.

This is the best of the three local Ingles markets. Its clean and well-organized. The personnel our friendly and if the checkout lines start to get long they immediately add cashiers. There is rarely a time when one has to wait very long to get to a cashier.

Kind of high prices and real high on meats, but store is always clean. Hate that all these stores require a card for lower price and is still not a good deal but in our area you dont have much of a choice.

My go to for fresh meat and dairy. Love the sales and mark downs! No grocery chain like it from what Ive found. Very hometown feel.

Although the staff was helpful and friendly, some aisles were cluttered. Worse though, was a frozen box of taquitos I bought and discovered them moldy green and in a large clump as though they had been thawed and refrozen. I was unable to return them to the store because I dont live in Georgia and was leaving for home after dinner. We had to get burgers on the run. I hate that!
