I went to have a battery installed, and the technician expected me to take out my own battery. I did not have any tools so he hands me a pair of alligator pliers to loosen the terminal posts. I bought my battery at a steal but very poor customer service overall.

Make sure you get there early because sometimes they close early. If you get there the right time you get the best deal in town on a Good refurbished battery

Hit and miss getting a good recondition a battery. Some Ive got have lasted a couple years some only 6 months. Call ahead cuz they may close early if theyre not busy and theyre out in the boonies
