I use this location for all my oil changes. On this particular visit, I had a regular oil change but decided to go with high mileage oil since my car is high mileage at this point. My main complaint on this trip follows: I left their lot and immediately noticed my car sounded loud. Not a knocking/motor sound, more like a leaky exhaust. I drive a Honda Accord, runs very quiet on a regular day. When I left that lot it sounded like I was driving a truck. I called them and told them my issue and was advised to bring my car back, which I did. They checked everything and Im informed everything is tight and sounds fine to them. Im explaining the noise doesnt happen at idle, its during acceleration. They kinda laughed me off and as I drove away the second time, the noise was still present. I pulled into a parking lot about a mile away, got and and checked on my own. My air filter assembly wasnt closed properly, which was causing this new sound. I fixed my own car that day. I was disappointed in their lack of attention to detail, the air filter assembly was clearly loose to my eyes when they did their second check but they insisted everything was good. I am a woman, yes, but Im not stupid. I felt like they treated me like I was a clueless blonde idiot. I fixed my own problem, that 5 men couldnt see. I didnt get paid 🤣

I got my oil changed here. Or so I thought. I took it to get the oil changed not even a month ago. I had to take my car to my dealership to get the water pump repaired. Before they figured out that my water pump was the issue I had mentioned that I had the oil changed. So they check my oil and it was overfilled by a quart and a half and the oil was dark. My oil had never been changed at American Lube fast. It looks like this location just poured oil on top of my old oil.

Tried to go there for a routine oil change on 5/4/21 at 3:30pm. Bays were open and there was a sign on the door saying open but pulled in to nobody telling me to pull in. Got out of my car and the office and waiting area was empty. Saw the feet of one guy under where they perform maintenance and tried to get his attention but he must have had headphones in or was just ignoring me. Went to valvoline instead of wasting my time with a place that doesnt want any business.

I had my oil changed here a month ago. Within 5 minutes of leaving my car broke down. They didn’t latch the air filter cover back on! My car has broken down 2 more times since then. Now my check engine light is on. This is a car that was running fine until I took it here!

American lube fast in Thomasville Ga was quick, professional and very courteous. Thumbs up

Oil change was so fast that they didn’t fully drain the dirty oil out and was dirty. Employees were defensive when questioned. On top of that they didn’t fully attach the undercarriage shield and it started dragging while I drove home. I had no tools to fix that and now it is ruined.

Great service! The associates were so friendly and helped me understand what was going on with my vehicle. They helped me figure out what service was best for my car and my budget! Will definitely recommend!

Got my lil changed here & they didnt do anything but change the oil. My tire pressure wasnt checked but on the receipt it says it was. Also On my receipt it says interior vacuum declined but I was never asked if I wanted the interior vacuumed.

...the most honest car / oil and lube place Ive ever visited anywhere ...there was a confusion on my part as to when the oil needed to be changed, as it wasnt my vehicle ...they pulled it in ...checked the mileage and saw that it still had a couple thousand miles left before being due for a change ...which I didnt know ...he informed me it was fine other than being a half quart low ...he topped it off at no charge ...i tipped him $10.00 ...he couldve changed it anyway and charged me full cost ...but he didnt....I HIGHLY recommend Super Lube .. especially the Thomasville location ...ps i had jst been over charged by $500.00 the previous day at a local dealership near the same location ....Super Lube restored my faith in humanity... seriously! ....cheers Super Lube ❤️👍

Very deceptive practices at this store in Thomasville. I was told synthetic price was $59 .. when I told them I wanted the synthetic oil and that I wanted mobile one oil they didnt tell me that it was a $95 oil change until they had already changed the oil . Very deceptive and they lost a customer for life
