My sister Deborah Williams recommended them to me.I had a 2003 Trailblazer given to me it had sat over 5 years they toeed it fully checked and said it was fixable which they did a very good job and worked with me in a timely manner. They dont do repairs that arent needed I feel they are honedt and very capable in their work and ability, I day Grayson and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommended my son he broke down they came right away and did his steerig and other work they saw he needed at a good price and stand behind their work.

My husband’s semi was broken down and needed a tow (heavy haul). I cannot tell you how many companies we called that are “24/7” just to be told they couldn’t get to him for several days! Auto Doctor was great excellent mechanics and customer service.

My alternator went out as my daughter and I was heading to Tallahassee. Road side sent a tow truck to take us to Auto Doctor which was only a few miles away. ALSO LIBERTY TOWING WAS EXCELLENT AND FAST! Auto Doctor was honest told me that they were 5 days out on new repairs, but of he could get to it sooner, he would! A few days later he called to let me know that it was in fact my alternator and that he has ordered the part and it was on the way, said that the car would be ready on Thursday. My daughter went on Thursday to get the car, she pulls out, lights came back on in the dash board. She takes the car back. He pulled it back in to check it again. The rebuilt alternator was faulty. I asked him how much was a new one from Kia, he checked and said about 100.00 more I said ok I want a new part. He called a few Kia dealerships and found one in Valdosta. He went in his own vehicle got the part and they fixed the car THE SAME DAY. And because of that faulty part he said that he was sorry and he is not charging me the difference, because he runs an honest business! Im writing this review because not many businesses operate with integrity and honesty anymore! THESE FOLKS ARE FOR REAL! As a former NYer, you can only imagine how demanding we can be & what we expect from our mechanics. With all the rust on the northern vehicles, we still want a good price & a miracle. Our big diesel (dually) broke down in Thomasville, GA. Monte from AutoDoctor showed up. He loaded our big truck up, told us what was wrong with it & wanted to know where we wanted him to take it. I told him our normal mechanic. So, we all headed out. On the way, my husband asked him if he knew of a good diesel mechanic, just in case our normal mechanic couldnt help us, & Monte humbly replied...We have a great diesel mechanic at AutoDoctor. I asked him why he didnt tell us sooner & he again humbly replied that he doesnt take business away from another shops. On the way, Monte dropped us off where our motorcycle was & he continued with our truck to our mechanic. Needless to say, our mechanic didnt want to get his hands dirty and told us to just get rid of our truck. Short of ripping my old mechanics head off (Remember I said former NYer), I called Monte. He picked up our truck and took it to AutoDoctor in Thomasville, GA. We had them go thru the truck from front to back....It was ready in 2 days and the price was less than a NYer would have expected. They called us prior to doing any work, quoted a price & when it came time to pay, the bill was even lower than the quote. When we picked up our big truck, we dropped off our 2nd truck, which again was ready in about 3 days (had alot of repairs). I pick it up tomorrow. And tomorrow, Im dropping my NY truck off to them to work on the gas tank. YES, I TRUST AUTODOCTOR. I will NEVER take my vehicle anywhere else.

Grayson didnt just treat the code but was able to find the root cause. Ill be going back when I need to.

My daughter and I were traveling to Adel from Mississippi. The battery light came on in her car. We stop in and it was 5:4pm on Friday night. The guys were superb!! Very helpful and extremely friendly and willing to help fix the problem so we could continue on our trip. I cant thank them enough! Excellent service and great pricing.

Recently my oil pressure gage bottomed our going down the road. I was close to Auto Doctor, so I drove there. Grayson was there and had me fixed and back on the road in less than an hour. My bill was also way less than what I expected it to be. I’ll definitely use Auto Doctor from now on.

These are good people and honest mechanics. Julie and Grayson treated me and my truck right! I originally thought I had a $200 repair-thats what the diagnostics said. It turned out to be a $55 repair. They saved me money and were honest about the fact that I didnt need the more expensive part.
