I was passing through and had some concerns with my in laws vehicle. So I found myself here and these gentleman not only checked the tire pressure and lug nuts, but also educated me on the problem and refused to take anything in exchange. This place is fantastic. My 20ll Kia, (that I love) was worked on last week and I was very impressed with the problem solved that had been going on for a while. Other auto-repairs said oh you just need an alignment but there was much more to it than that! They fixed my problem and I will be returning there for all my dear Kias needs. Made an appointment for 1:30 and had to wait outside because I didn’t have a mask. It was 90 degrees. After 45 minutes of my car not even being taken back for the oil change yet, I went inside to ask for my keys back. I was super hot and frustrated. At that same moment, they were pulling it around. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Long story short, the actual mechanic ended up verifying it wouldn’t be more than another 15 minute wait in order to complete the oil change but it was after a verbal altercation with the desk lady.Terrible experience.Oh, and they tried to charge me for a more expensive oil change, too. It should have been free.Never again.

We initially came in for new tires. Got a call saying my wife would need new pads and rotors in the back. Which was believable, considering weve never changed them and we heard some noise when applying the brake. So we tell them just do the oil change, brake job, and tire change. They call and we go to pick the car up. Spent over $700 which I believed to be very fair for what they done. All their prices were very good. I work at a lawn mower shop and use to work at OReillys, so I knew what they should cost. I called all around and got the best quote on the cooper tires here at Conrads.Anyways, we left and my wife noticed she didnt have a sticker on her windshield showing the new mileage. So we went and had lunch. Afterwards, I checked her oil and it was a brownish tent. Check mine that I had done at the dealership a week or so ago and looked yellowish like new oil is suppose to look.I called and just explained the situation and she told me she was gonna go check and give me a call back. Needless to say, she called, admitted it was accidentally overlooked, and gave us a refund on the oil change. Also, scheduled us to come back in and do it for free.I really appreciate honesty and as of 2/7/2020 I believe Conrad Tire is a honest and fair company to deal with. From their prices, to correcting mistakes, Im very pleased in what they done for us today. They didnt put a sticker and act like the done it, they just admitted their mistake and corrected it. More fairly then they had to.Not to mention too, the place they do the tires and brakes isnt the same place they do the oil changes.Very pleased customer and definitely would recommend.

Dropped my wifes van off Thursday around 7 am they called me about 830 am and said it was done. The tires ride smooth as glass. I could get 2 sets of tires from Conrad for the price I had been paying at another place in Greensboro. The people there are super nice also. They have my business from now on.

Ive been dealing with Conrad Tire for about 5 years. I have found their service to be the best in the area. Reasonable prices, very friendly folks and a nice facility with the most modern tools make the experience great. They are honest about the repairs, and dont gouge the customers. I get all of my tires from them, even the bigger industrial tires for my Bobcat and my commercial Kubota Lawn mower.Last year I had an incident with a fairly new tire on my wifes car. I purchased the tires in October, at the first rotation in January there was a weird issue with one of them. Conrads looked at the issue, tried to fix it in house, then ordered me a new tire and installed it for free. No other questions asked. That says a lot for a shop in todays marketplace. I have had issues in the past with other tire shops taking forever to get a replacement, or prorating the warranty and then charging me again to install a new one.I use these guys for all of my auto service now.

I am a Hot Shot Trucker and was desperate for tires. I called multiple places who did not have the right tires. The lady on the phone got the manager before I could keep searching and the guy said “I don’t have them, but come in and I will go pickup the tires for you.”The staff had to pull equipment out into the rain to change 9 tires and had three guys working faster than a nascar pit crew. They blocked the road so I could get out safely. I felt these guys went above and beyond within 2 hour notice and in pouring rain.Wanted you guys to know how much I appreciated all of you!

Nice guys. Had two alignments done on different vehicles. Tech took the time to dial in the numbers right as I had asked. You just have to remember to ask them for a print out. Price is very fair.

They did a lot of work to my car and my Mothers Jeep . Always A-1 work ! May not be exactly people friendly at times because they stay so busy . Like I said best job around. Thank yall ! Oh and you can add towing to the bill .

On behalf of those who find nails, screws, or any other crazy objects lodge in your tires this shop is your MUST GO TO especially if it’s anywhere near you. Not only are they fast, super friendly, but on top of that they are kind to your wallet just to finish things off. If your unsure of this fabulous establishment and the staff because of 1 or 2 reviews trying to drag them don’t believe it. The only way you have a bad time is if you don’t know what’s wrong with your car and or don’t want to co-operate with the hard-work they already deal with.

Honest Christian Repair Shop. We have been here several times with different vehicles. Today I was in with my daughters car for a 2nd opinion. My daughter took her car to have oil changed at Thomas Tire in Archdale. Thomas Tire told my daughter that she needed to have her front left wheel bearings replaced because her wheel was going to fall off. I brought it in to have Conrad double check this. Turns out there was a bearing loose and it has been tightened. There was no need to replace them. I am thankful for honest people and for keeping my daughter safe.

What an awesome place to have your car repaired. Friendly staff and community. Never would have found them if it was not for a flat tire. My hope is one day I too will be as will rounded in my business dealings as Conrad tire and Auto.

Had the water pump replaced on my truck. It was a bit of a wait because I didnt have an appointment, but when they finally got my truck in the bay it was done quickly and at a good price.

I took an Escalade to get tires put on and they left all of the tire nuts lose, I had my kids with me when I noticed and when I called them they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Very disappointed

Conrad tire and automotive is a great place to get really nice new and used tires for a good low price, anytime I need a tire or I need to figure something out about my vehicle I call them and they do there best to help me. They are honest hard working guys I will use there services anytime.

Very fair price but a long wait

Beware of this company. My navigator fell off the rack while at their shop getting new tires. It was their employees fault who was on the clock. They will not pay to repair my running boards that broke of completely when the vehicle fell off of the lift. This is over $6,000 in damages to my vehicle.I have pursued them legally through small claims court and their crafty little attorney somehow got them out of it. Now having to shell out over a thousand dollars out of pocket just to appeal and fight them to do the right thing. I hope this business knows what is coming!

I would not recommend, sent my car there spent $400.00 and still had to have it towed off the lot. Not to even mention, while getting it towed it had two flat tires. You would have thought they would had enough respect to at least put air in the tires. I would never recommend the service.

My name is shykera commander-brown Im writing you about the lost I had to endure I had to sale my vehicle 1996 Honda Odyssey. I had my car parked for the month of June til july 24th 2018 before I made the decision to get 1350 engine work done by Conrad automotive I asked people on citizens of thomasville group on facebook everyone said good honest trusting father & son business so I decided to let them fix my engine. They had to basically took my engine to a machine shop and they did what part they had to do to get it in there fit it in all that good stuff... From the beginning Ive been telling Taylor which is the owner of company Rogers son; I said Im single mother of 3 & at the time I was pregnant with my now 2 month old daughter... I just dont have money that I can just go in my backyard n get off a tree... Im living in low income based housing Im a single mother of 4 African American woman who knows the importance of her transportation I was basically just letting him know if I pay all this money will it be done right he manipulated me and really assured me that it would be let me know like any mechanic who wants to sale their services . I payed 1350 thats for my engine work a few weeks after paying basically a new car to fix my car I had to bring my van back because the check engine light popped up Taylor sent one of his mechanics to check the code the guy gets the code turns the check engine light off and checked under the hood put anti freeze in my car tells me oh that code that popped up oh you dont have to worry about that until its time to get a inspection then he sent me on my way mind you I am a woman and when a man especially a man who certified to fix cars tell you you are good to go you leave trust their word and drive to work to our family or to the grocery store we drive like oh our car is good we dont think oh what if something else happens. I constantly complained multiple times every chance I had a break from my 4 kids I would bring my car back to be looked at to tell them some thing is wrong it went from it needs radiator oh it needs spark plugs n wires to OH now you need the 1350 dollar engine repair done. I mean if you a single mother with 2 or more children & you love your car, you care & know the importance of your transportation I WOULDNT recommend them I just had my baby babygirl September 30th 2018 she is 2 months now... from the time I was 6 months pregnant to Sept 30th the day I had her( I was even in the hospital on a 48 hour stay calling Taylor and Roger concerned stressed sad about my car) I have did nothing but stress about my van about my kids missed numerous days of school because I being unable to get them there. I feel I suffered alot took a lost because December 3rd I sold my van I completely have been milked dry from Conrad I had no money to put towards the van. Maybe if Taylor would have listened and check for engine blockage or checked to make sure their their work was absolute put on properly sealed n tight before ignoring neglecting and not hearing me Ive taken my car to 2 other car repair shops 1 was affordablecar center in thomasville nc both suggested I take my car back to Conrad because its definitely something going on with the engine he said it had to do with specifically with the work I had Conrad to fix. I cannot afford to pay another 1350 to fix so I just got rid of my favorite van my 96 Honda Odyssey
