Tried to sell my step daughter a new vehicle cos of her situation. Wanted them to at least try to get her in a dependable vehicle. Went some where else

We told him what we had to have in a vehicle and he gave us multiple options to look at with no pressure on us to commit. When we decided on what we wanted, he was very easy to deal with, personable, and the approval was quick and below the budget we gave him. I woukd highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy!

I wouldnt buy a car here again ever!!!!!!!!!!! Tell u what u want to here until they make the sale then Everyone know Nothing and go talk to that person then that person pass u off and so on and they have no problem double charging u on registration fees dont pay them just keep it and do it urself save urself 20 bucks not the money its the point

The most unprofessional lot I have ever seen, they LITERALLY said they can NOT check customers credit due to their credit checker NOT being at work for DAYS. My own mother was told it would take just 3 - 4 hours to check her credit and get back with her, that was OVER 5 DAYS AGO !!! Stay AWAY from this place and they do NOT truthfully speak to customers in any way, just whatever gets the people out of their doors quicker is what they say.

I just couldnt believe it at first but then it happened. I got a car thank God for good people thats willing to give me a try. Thanks Boo Randall for every thing you and the sales manager.

The manager was not attenative at all. He spoke to us while we were standing in front of his desk and in the middle of conversing, he started to talk to an employee, so we walked out. We informed him of what we were willing to pay cash and financing, but he stated he couldnt do either. Mr. Johnny, the salesman was very customer friendly and attenative.

Mike made me feel very comfortable. He was very optimistic and answered my questions thoroughly! The customer service there is excellent.

Everyone at Cars R Us will do everything in their power to put you behind the wheel of a car. I have had two expierences where i was in a rough situation. And they helped me out when i really needed it. I would recommend to anyone to try out Cars R Us first when shopping for a car!

All of these reviews must be coming from White Americans, My credit wasnt bad I just didnt have any, but I make $53,000 a yr, at $23 per hr, Ive been on my current job for over 4 years, own two vehicles & a motorcycle/ no repos, & I was treated like they didnt give a damn if I bought one of there cars or not.... terrible experience!

Just did a drive through look and spoke to salesman Shedrick Duncan. If I buy it will be through him.

My parents just stopped in to look, sales guy Ben Walker spoke to them telling them he could get them into a car. They told him they were just looking and not interested in getting any hits on their credit. He told them that at their she keeping good credit wasnt necessary. Without them signing ANY concent, he went ahead and pulled their credit. They called and spoke to the manager, Jack Barbour, who told them he couldnt do anything about it bc he didnt pull it. This is a violation of the FCRA. We will be pursuing this... Either for deletion or in court.

How do they run credit w/o getting social security numbers and information from the people they are running it on? im confused. plus, if you dont have any credit its gonna be tough to get started w/ a 20K+ loan. so sick of the racial garbage. yall gotta make some sense if youre gonna be posting on the world wide web.
