I was enjoying shopping there until I lost an earring right at the check out and no one offered to help look for it. They just stood there looking. I purchased my items and left.

Store is looking good today clean,well organized with loads of clearance items.

Donna from here helped me so much that I have to give a special post for her. You could not ask for a better employee. She looked out for me (the customer) when I had a problem with the online order sizes and had to return them.

I really like Bealls Outlet! Bealls in Tallahassee is not an Outlet and their prices are rediculously high. If you cant find what youre looking for you will always find something you like!

Good prices, good clothes sell quickly, has items in clothes, shoes, toys, household, exercise, electronics, etc. You get bargains throughout the store. A little cluttered at the moment due to construction. Great place to shop.

Recently remodeled and expanded. Always savings to be had here. Large variety from clothing, accessories, home, kitchen, toys, and more. Limited in available sizes but it is a discount store so that is to be expected. Friendly staff.

Had to post one star due to great pricing, but I had a terrible experience with customer service at this facility. I had purchased a pair of brown Tans, loafer style footwear from this location. They fit snug but one seemed really tight around the achilles tendon. I wore them for the day around the house to break them in but to no avail. When I told my wife about this discomfort she imformed me that these shoes were two different sizes. I had misplaced the receipt but since I do everything on debit card, it is all recorded. Nevertheless, I did attempt to return these shoes for exchange of the proper sizes. The individuals behind the counter told me, that without a receipt they could not exchange or refund, because they could not prove that I had bought them. I then, requested that they dispose of the shoes in the proper garbage recepticle cause they were no good. Turn to, two weeks later I needed some nice shoes again so I returned to this same store only to find that they had placed my two different size shoes back on the shelf to be sold. I explained to the clerk and manager the situation that I had encountered and they didnt even blink. I did find two exact shoes that were the same size but was still unable to get any bit of credit for my new purchase. It was too much for this store to exchange my shoes that were paired and sold in different sizes...but they sure didnt delay placing those same shoes back out on the floor to sell to another unwitting fool.

Store offers alot.....they are currently under construction....since they are expanding.....the only problem is that they wont accept a Goodys card even though it says Bealls on the back....they explained to me....thats only good for a Bealls Dept Store.....not a Bealls Outlet....other than that it was a good place too shop.

My Favorite place to shop, especially on Fri. You can get a discount.
