This Walmart needs an overhaul! Stock is horrible and no one ever answers the phone when you call in with a question or problem and Ive had that happen with all departments within the last 4 months. The phone just rings and rings. They need to start paying us for having to check out ourselves. Theyve fallen in customer service for years.

There were multiple issues with my Walmart Grocery Pickup today that was only compounded by not getting anyone to answer the phone, although I tried three times. First there was an item omitted that I was charged for on my receipt, secondly my napkins were open and not in a bag - with COVID this is not acceptable, and thirdly I had bought a 40 pound bag of sunflower seeds that had a tear in the bag, so when it was lifted out of the back of my vehicle sunflower seeds were pouring out. Since I have a gravel driveway it’s not like we could simply sweep them into something. Then I couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone. The only reason I gave two stars was because I didn’t wait long when I went to pick up my order; however, that hardly makes up for the headaches!

Hard to get a handicapped parking spot, or a cart that has a charged battery. The people who work there are mostly just as lost as you are. Only go there when I have to.

Great location, was very organized and for the 1st time in over a yr they actually had a very well stocked up store out of 190% of the entire store being stocked they had it at a very easy to say 88% no doubt about it.. I was very happy to see that made me feel like house maybe the world is getting q little Etter. Fingers crossed it was sign to say we are and will continue to heal stay positive, safe and prayers 🙏 to everyone

I come to this store a few times a week. Sometimes I have issues finding something need, but most often, everything is okay. A few days ago, when I walked in, it was obvious a couple in front of me was having issues picking up something they ordered and I couldnt help but imagine how stressed the ladies behind the counter were. Kerry (sp?) handled each customer flawlessly. She did not let the issues around her hinder her from providing excellent customer service to those in need. When others couldnt help but pay attention to the unhappy couple, Kerry kept her attention on the customer in front of her and made the transactions wrap up as fast as possible. Thank your so much Kerry!! You made a stressful situation much more tolerable.

I had a a tire blow out on I 85. I brought in the wheel and had a tire replaced very quickly and for a good price! Shout out to Ryan, Jerry and Ernest for their kindness and efficiency!

I bought 2 tires for our jeep and I didnt wait for 30 minutes to get it done ✅. The employees were very nice and courteous. I would recommend the auto department to anyone that is looking to purchase tires.

Primary goal was to pickup fresh cut deli meat & cheese (at 5pm on weekday) walked over -lighting was out for department - 3 employees cleaning up deli / bakery area… I asked if they were open - NO HAD TO CLOSE EARLY DUE TO LACK OF HELP… NO ONE to work the evening hours… WE just finished cleaning up to leave…Went to pick up few groceries - This store had as many EMPTY COOLERS & FREEZERS as they did with food in them.. OUT OF SO MANY ITEMS…Also - NEVER IN MY 40 years of shopping have I ever seen a store stock the shelves with EVERY PRODUCT ALONG THE TOP SHELVES TURNED BACKWARDS…. With content information label turned to buyer… EVERY ITEM- BACKWARDS- totally disrupted my OCD THINKING- haha 😂..

One of the few times I came to Walmart and one of the online shopper employees went out of her way to help me find a product that was in four different locations in the store showing it had stock but it was really sold out but she actually was able to help me find it in another location of the store when I asked other employees in that store they gave me the runaround this was the only person thats ever helped me at Walmart in my entire life.

Online it states the store closes at 11pm. I arrived around 10:50pm. I needed to run in and grab something quickly and was told I couldn’t go in bc the manager closes the doors at 10:45pm.

I went into this store yesterday afternoon/evening. Female employees were all over the allergy pill isles. They were just gossipping and texting on their phones. Several of them bumped into me. Not sure if that was on purpose. On the positive side, a very nice younger female employee helped me in the beauty section. Another helped me at the check out. Walmart should hire more young people.

It was like always. Super busy not enough employees

Needed help with an item and one of the floor employees told me that I needed to talk to a cashier. Went to the cashier and was to to go to customer service. I went to customer service and they had to call up one of the managers. Never saw a manager. And Im pretty sure stock employees are scalping their products before they even reach the shlves.

Very disappointed, they need to have more registers open. The self scan registers should be fewer than they have & more employee ran registers are better. No one should have to wait 15 minutes or more to check out.

It was ok. You need to bring back the cashiers. I saw a couple of people not scanning some of their items but bagging them and leaving the store. Loss Prevention was watching them but did nothing.

This location is clean and stays pretty well stocked of the item I purchase on a regular basis. My only problem is getting help when I need it. The employees are not knowledgeable of items in their departments and on several occasions have even been rude and disrespectful when Ive asked for help. One instance an employee told me she had no idea how to help me and instead of trying to find me help or calling for help on a radio she had she told me I needed to go find someone else to help me. After walking all over the store and asking 3 different people for help I just gave up and went to another store where I knew someone would be willing to help me or at least help me find someone who could help me.

Busy, busy, busy. Problems acqiuring some stock. Items may be out of stock for a while, then all of a sudden, they have so much stock there is a problem getting it on shelves.

This location never seems to have items in stock. Shelves look bare. Stockers seem to be roaming the store not looking like theyre working. The cashiers are rude. I usually use a cashier instead of a self scanner in hopes that people keep their jobs & not be replaced by a machine. Well forget that. Atleast the machine isnt rude or you dont feel like youre bothering it. The one exception is the garden center. Employees are helpful & pleasant. The rest of the store needs to take note of their customer service

Needed a headlight bulb for my car. They were all locked in a case on the back wall of the store. I couldnt find an associate that would help other than call over the inter com for help. I waited 30 min. No one ever came. Finally i went up front and asked to get into the case. I was told that since the automotive dept was close i couldnt buy a bulb. What does the tire changes not being there have to do with unlocking a case that ia in the main store?

Walmart is Walmart everybody knows what goes on and what kind of environment it is so not sure what a feedback is going to do. Bring back price scanners. Finding the price of an item is ridiculous items trying to read item numbers and match them with barcodes just put a price checker back out there not everybody carries around phones with scanner apps. My phones memory is full enough. Bring back Carolina chicken wings. Put Sams choice soda machines on both exits. Either replace the wheels on the shopping cart or buy some new shopping carts. Every time I go in there I have to do a test run to make sure I dont get a shopping cart that you can hear from across the store.

Not so friendly staff although there’s a great selection and everything is mostly clean. They don’t really enforce masks I see people walking around with no masks. You guys should invest in tap to pay, food lion even has it. With the mail being so slow I haven’t received my debit card in 3 months and tap to pay is the only way I’ve been able to shop. I finished grocery shopping and had to leave.

Is a staple in our town since K-Mart closed. The nice part is that its a one-stop shop for groceries, housewares, electronics, tools, toys, etc. The bad part is: you can never find an associate to help you when you need one. I always have to hunt one down to get some help.

Today picked up our groceries through Walmart’s grocery pickup. When we got home we noticed our tomatoes had mold all over them. This is the 2nd time we have received something molded. Very disappointed!

Lately they are only getting a selected variety of cereal, not as many as they use too. Milk went from 1.98 to 2.37 in 6 days. There are other items they been having a shortage on also

Great electronic department!! Knowledgeable with nice attitudes. Employees willing to explain items. Employees willing to stop what they are doing to show you where items are located. Clean store. Shopping carts are kept cleaned at the door.

Theyre security people follow you around to much. It makes you feel like your a criminal. They watch and try to listen in on your conversations. Most of the employees are rude and smartalic. I do not enjoy shopping there.

I arrived at Walmart around 20 til 11pm as I often do to avoid a crowd to get in and out getting 1 or 2 items only tonight I was told I couldnt enter that the store was no longer allowing customer s 0 after 1045 well I then looked at my phone and it was actually 1043 I wasnt allowed in not to get the only one item by the front counter I needed I even offered an employ to take my cash and get item and bring to me without enter the security guard called a manager for help to speak with us now Durning this time 3 gentlemen entered the side door and was inside when I complained weve been here longer and there walking right in whats up well the guard then went in the store and ran those three out after they were already inside which wasnt my intentions I just would have liked a fair warning maybe a listing on line it a sign no one enter at a quarter tiki walked to my car proceeded to leave and as driving away by the door the manager arrived locked the side door then approached my car leaning inside to tell me it had been this way since starting covid hours and this man no being a manager to keep social distancing I will never shop at Walmart again

Look at these clearance signs!!!. I love this walmart. We come here from high point because both of the walmarts in high point are expensive and not customer freindly as compare to this 1in thomasville. Will be visiting soon.

Has what you need, but most things are low quality and the selection isnt the best for most items. Wide variety of items carried though so perfect for quick temporary jobs. The checkouts are a problem if youre buying alot. Everything is self checkout, which for people with accessibility issues is very difficult. Theres also the issue of checking your ticket at the door, Ive had staff grab my cart, dig through my bags even. It is very invasive and uncomfortable experience.

Grocery order canceled unexpectedly 30 mins before I arrived to pickup due to “high demand”. Didn’t get the message since I was driving to their location. Customer service no longer exists!!! No manager on duty to handle. Order was only 5 items.

Very rarely do they have what you need, there shelves have gotten to mostly empty, sometime when you ask for help they point in the direction a product is instead of showing you where it is. It use to be a lot better, but in the last year the store has gone down 🔻 in rating and in productivity; this is why Im giving it a 2* rating.

I had an extremely friendly associate (she had black dreads and was stocking beauty department) help me while I was shopping, however an associate with short blonde hair, working the closing shift on March 10th was rude, ignorant and down right nasty. So they are either }pumped up, jumping up in down, or you got that one kid, usually teenager, shakes his head.... *I dont wanna go mom gaawh*. He doesnt have a choice so sulking tears its ugly head and Mr. Emo makes his appearance...Now imagine this, you wake up. Your kids are gone. Its just you. No kids to enjoy. No trips even as meaningless as walmart give you any enjoyment.....Thats my life now.

My opinion is that every customer on the self-checkout the employer should clean after the people leave because I seen that people cough on their hands they removed their masks in their touching the screens and when I ask a co-worker if she can clean it she got an attitude with me and I did told her that nobody at Walmart was using the guidelines from the covid-19.
